Description
結晶構造の繰返し単位の周期が同じであり、かつ結晶構造が単斜晶、正方晶、斜方晶、菱面体晶の内から選ばれ、結晶構造が異なる二つの物質として、結晶構造が菱面体晶で、Glazer法でa−a−a−を有するBiFeO3と室温付近の結晶構造は立方晶であるが、約−160℃以下の低温域では正方晶で、Glazer法ではa0a0a−を有するSrTiO3をセラミック原料として選んだ。

実施例2として、結晶構造が菱面体晶で、Glazer法でa−a−a−を有する(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3と室温付近の結晶構造は立方晶であるが、約−160℃以下の低温域では正方晶で、Glazer法ではa0a0a−を有するSrTiO3をセラミック原料として選び、(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3とSrTiO3の固溶体である一般式 ((Bi0.5Na0.5)xSr(1−x))TiO3で表される誘電体磁器組成物を作製した。
実施例3として、結晶構造が菱面体晶で、Glazer法でa−a−a−を有する(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3と、結晶構造が正方晶で、Glazer法ではa0a0a−を有する(Ca0.35Sr0.65)TiO3をセラミック原料として選び、(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3と(Ca0.35Sr0.65)TiO3の固溶体である一般式 ((Bi0.5Na0.5)x(Ca0.35Sr0.65) (1−x))TiO3で表される誘電体磁器組成物を作製した。
実施例4として、結晶構造が菱面体晶で、Glazer法でa−a−a−を有する(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3と、結晶構造が斜方晶で、Glazer法ではa+a−a−を有するCaTiO3をセラミック原料として選び、(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3とCaTiO3の固溶体である一般式 (Cax(Bi0.5Na0.5) (1−x))TiO3で表される誘電体磁器組成物を作製した。

Claims (6)
- 単斜晶、正方晶、斜方晶、菱面体晶のうちから選択される少なくとも2つの結晶構造を有する単位格子で構成されるペロブスカイト型磁器組成物であり、前記結晶構造は、Glazer法による対称性の表記xn1yn2zn3を用いた場合、n1、n2、n3は+と−のうち少なくとも1つから選ばれる、または0、+、−の中から少なくとも2つ選ばれることを特徴とする磁器組成物。
- 前記正方晶がGlazer法による対称性の表記で、x=yであり、x0y0z−であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の磁器組成物。
- 前記菱面体晶がGlazer法による対称性の表記で、x=y=zであり、x−y−z−であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の磁器組成物。
- 前記単斜晶と前記正方晶と前記菱面体晶うちから少なくとも2つ選ばれる請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の磁器組成物。
- 前記磁器組成物が一般式ABR3で表され、AがBa、Bi、Ca、Na、Sr、Kのいずれかから少なくとも1つ選ばれ、BがNb、Ta、Ti、Zr、Fe、Hf、Sn、Co、Mnのいずれかから少なくとも1つ選ばれ、RがOもしくはNから選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載される磁器組成物。
- セラミック原料粉末をボールミルで混合し、混合した原料スラリーを乾燥した後、バイン ダーと混錬し、加圧成型し、脱バインダー処理後、1000℃〜1400℃で保持後、反 応焼結することを有する磁器組成物の製造方法。
