採用されるAFC戦略(例えば、データ支援又は非データ支援、開ループ又は閉ループ)次第で、異なるオフセット許容値ΔfMAX及び追跡速度が達成可能である。一般的には、Rsのシンボルレート対して、最大許容オフセットは、(光電子フロントエンド帯域幅により制限されても)少なくともΔfMAX=0.1Rsであり、残りの(AFC後の)オフセット
は、性能低下を回避するために取得されるべきである。
方法は、光路を、元の経路の同一ルートに沿って、連続した自由スペクトル周波数だけに変更させることにより、(トラフィックの中断なく)デフラグを実行する。以下で、プッシュプル技術のグローバルなデフラグ性能が、この特定の制約も説明することにより評価される。性能評価は、N=21のノード及びL=25のリンクを含む、テレコムイタリアスパークルの接続形態を有するフレキシブル光ネットワークを介したシミュレーションにより行われる。一組の一方向光路要求が考慮される。各光路は、100Gb/sで動作し、幅12.5GHzのk=4のスロットを占有する。具体的には、6つの関連都市の間でのノードペアごとの1つの光路要求の均一なトラフィック行列が考慮される(合計30の一方向要求)。F=10の連続した公称中心周波数(即ち、40のスロット)のリンク容量は、考慮されるトラフィック行列を収容するために利用される。各シミュレーションでは、(例えば、動的な又は予期せぬネットワーク成長により)断片化された光ネットワークを再生するために、時間t=0での(即ち、デフラグ前の)P0の組のアクティブ光路は、各要求を、Fの利用可能な周波数のうちの一つを介して、その最短経路に沿って、不規則に割り当てることにより、定義される。複数の等しいコスト最短経路が存在するときに、不規則な選択が実行される。その後、Λtが、ネットワーク全体

Claims (18)
- 光ネットワークの送信元ノードと宛先ノードとの間の光路のスペクトル位置を変更する方法であって、前記光ネットワークは、スペクトル割り当てのためのフレキシブルグリッドを使用し、前記光路には、第1のスペクトルリソースが第1のスペクトル位置に割り当てられており、前記方法は、前記送信元ノードで、
前記第1のスペクトルリソースと周波数が連続する追加のスペクトルリソースを前記光路に対して予約すること、
前記光路が、前記第1のスペクトルリソースの前記第1のスペクトル位置での使用から、第2のスペクトルリソースの第2のスペクトル位置での使用まで、周波数を変更するように、光源を前記送信元ノードで再調整することであって、前記第2のスペクトルリソースは、前記追加のスペクトルリソースのうちの少なくともいくつかを備える、再調整すること、及び
前記第1のスペクトルリソースのうちの少なくともいくつかを解放することを含み、
前記送信元ノードは、前記再調整中に、トラフィックを、前記光路を介して送り続け、
前記再調整することは、複数の隣接する周波数スロットを同時に使用しながら、前記第1のスペクトル位置から前記第2のスペクトル位置に向けて、使用される周波数を変更することを含む、方法。 - 前記第2のスペクトルリソースは、前記第1のスペクトルリソースと周波数が連続するか、前記第1のスペクトルリソースと周波数が重複するうちの少なくとも一つである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のスペクトルリソースは、中間スペクトルリソースにより、前記第1のスペクトルリソースからオフセットされ、追加のスペクトルリソースを予約することは、前記中間スペクトルリソースを予約し、かつ前記解放することはまた、前記中間スペクトルリソースを解放する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中間スペクトルリソースが利用可能であるかを判定することをさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記宛先ノードには前記光路を受けるための受信機があり、前記光源を再調整することは、前記受信機の自動周波数調整性能範囲内の速度で実行される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記光路に割り当てられたスペクトルリソースの量は、前記第1のスペクトル位置及び前記第2のスペクトル位置で同一のままである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記宛先ノードに、前記再調整前に、前記光路の前記スペクトル位置の変更を通知することをさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 光ネットワークの送信元ノードと宛先ノードとの間の光路のスペクトル位置を変更する方法であって、前記光ネットワークは、スペクトル割り当てのためのフレキシブルグリッドを使用し、前記光路には、第1のスペクトル位置に第1のスペクトルリソースが割り当てられており、前記方法は、前記宛先ノードで、
前記第1のスペクトルリソースと周波数が連続する追加のスペクトルリソースを前記光路に対して予約すること、
前記第1のスペクトルリソースの前記第1のスペクトル位置での使用から第2のスペクトルリソースの第2のスペクトル位置での使用までの前記光路での周波数の変更に追従すること、及び
前記光路が、前記第1のスペクトルリソースの前記第1のスペクトル位置での使用から、第2のスペクトルリソースの第2のスペクトル位置での使用まで、周波数を変更した後に、前記第1のスペクトルリソースのうちの少なくともいくつかを解放することであって、前記第2のスペクトルリソースは、前記追加のスペクトルリソースのうちの少なくともいくつかを備える、解放することを含み、
前記宛先ノードは、前記光路の前記スペクトル位置の前記変更中に、トラフィックを、前記光路を介して受信し続け、
前記追従することは、複数の隣接する周波数スロットを同時に受信しながら、前記第1のスペクトル位置から前記第2のスペクトル位置に向けて、受信に使用される周波数を変更することを含む、方法。 - 前記光路が、前記第1のスペクトルリソースから前記第2のスペクトルリソースまで、周波数を変更する際に、前記光路を追跡することをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記光路の前記スペクトル位置の前記変更の通知を受信することをさらに含む、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記光路が、前記第1のスペクトルリソースの前記第1のスペクトル位置での使用から、第2のスペクトルリソースの第2のスペクトル位置での使用まで、周波数を変更する際に発生する警報を抑制することをさらに含む、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 光ネットワークの送信元ノードと宛先ノードとの間の光路のスペクトル位置を変更する方法であって、前記光ネットワークは、スペクトル割り当てのためのフレキシブルグリッドを使用し、前記光路には、第1のスペクトル位置に第1のスペクトルリソースが割り当てられており、前記方法は、ネットワーク管理システムで、前記送信元ノード又は前記宛先ノードに、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実行させることを含む、方法。
- スペクトル割り当てのためのフレキシブルグリッドを使用する光ネットワークのノードで使用する装置であって、前記装置は、
第1のスペクトル位置に第1のスペクトルリソースが割り当てられる光路をサポートするために配置されるトランスポンダであって、光源を備えるトランスポンダ、及び
前記第1のスペクトルリソースと周波数が連続する追加のスペクトルリソースを前記光路に対して予約すること、
前記光路が、前記第1のスペクトルリソースの前記第1のスペクトル位置での使用から、第2のスペクトルリソースの第2のスペクトル位置での使用まで、周波数を変更するように、前記光源を前記ノードで再調整することであって、前記第2のスペクトルリソースは、追加のスペクトルリソースのうちの少なくともいくつかを備える、再調整すること、及び
前記第1のスペクトルリソースのうちの少なくともいくつかを解放することにより、
前記光路のスペクトル位置の変更をサポートするように配置されたコントローラーを備え、
前記ノードは、前記光路の前記スペクトル位置の前記変更中に、トラフィックを、前記光路を介して送信し続けるために配置され、
前記再調整することは、複数の隣接する周波数スロットを同時に使用しながら、前記第1のスペクトル位置から前記第2のスペクトル位置に向けて、使用される周波数を変更することを含む、装置。 - スペクトル割り当てのためのフレキシブルグリッドを使用する光ネットワークのノードで使用する装置であって、前記装置は、
第1のスペクトル位置に第1のスペクトルリソースが割り当てられる光路をサポートするために配置されるトランスポンダ、及び

前記光路が、前記第1のスペクトルリソースの前記第1のスペクトル位置での使用から、第2のスペクトルリソースの第2のスペクトル位置での使用まで、周波数を変更した後に、前記第1のスペクトルリソースのうちの少なくともいくつかを解放することであって、前記第2のスペクトルリソースは、前記追加のスペクトルリソースのうちの少なくともいくつかを備える、解放することにより、
前記光路のスペクトル位置の変更をサポートするように配置されたコントローラーを備え、
