また、第2タッチ駆動電極Tx2は、第1タッチ駆動電極Tx1と同様に、y軸方向に沿ってx軸方向に配列された複数のタッチ駆動電極パターンTx21〜Tx28がボトルネック部Tbによって接続されるように形成される。
本発明の技術思想を、前記好ましい実施の形態によって具体的に示したが、前記実施の形態は発明の理解を助けるためのものであり、本発明が実施例に限定されるわけではないことは当然である。更に、本発明の技術分野における通常の専門家であれは、本発明の技術思想の範囲で多様な実施の形態が可能であるということを理解するはずである。
Claims (7)
- 複数の第1ボトルネック部によって、隣接する第1電極パターンが互いに接続される複数の第1電極パターンをそれぞれ含み、第1方向に配列される、複数の第1電極と、
前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に配列される、複数の第2電極と、
前記複数の第1電極パターンと接触し、前記第1ボトルネック部を通過する第1電極の抵抗減少配線と、
を含み、
前記複数の第1電極パターンと、前記複数の第2電極とは、交互に配置され、
前記複数の第1電極パターンの各々に対応して、少なくとも一つの単位ピクセル電極が配置され、
前記第1ボトルネック部は、前記単位ピクセル電極n個(nは自然数)ごとに1つずつ配置され、
前記第1電極の抵抗減少配線は、前記第1ボトルネック部が形成された領域では通過し、前記第1ボトルネック部が形成されない領域では断線することを特徴とする、タッチセンサ一体型表示装置。 - 前記第1電極の抵抗減少配線は、前記単位ピクセル電極ごとに少なくとも1つずつ配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1電極の抵抗減少配線を接続し、第2方向に配列される接続配線をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記第2電極は、前記第1ボトルネック部と交差する領域に幅が狭くなった第2ボトルネック部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 複数の第2電極パターンと接触し、前記第1ボトルネック部と交差し、前記第2ボトルネック部を通過する第2電極の抵抗減少配線をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1電極は、共通電極の機能を兼ねるタッチ駆動電極であり、前記第2電極は、タッチセンシング電極であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
- 前記第1電極は、共通電極の機能を兼ねるタッチセンシング電極であり、前記第2電極は、タッチ駆動電極であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のタッチセンサ一体型表示装置。
