前記第1画素電極は、前記第1画素電極の端部に含む第1幹部と、前記第1幹部から延び出た複数の枝電極とを含み、前記第2画素電極は、前記第2画素電極の端部に含む第2幹部と、前記第2幹部から延び出た複数の枝電極とを含み、前記第1画素電極の枝電極と前記第2画素電極の枝電極は交互に配置され、
前記第1画素電極の前記枝電極と隣接した前記第2画素電極の前記枝電極との間隔が第1間隔である第1領域と、前記第1画素電極の前記枝電極と隣接した前記第2画素電極の前記枝電極との間隔が第2間隔である第2領域と、を有し、

- 前記拡張部において、前記隣接した第1画素電極の枝部と前記第2画素電極の枝部との間の前記第3間隔は、20μm以上28μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1領域において、前記第1画素電極の枝部と前記隣接した第2画素電極の枝部との間の前記第1間隔は10μm以上20μm以下であり、
前記第2領域において、前記第1画素電極の枝部と前記隣接した第2画素電極の枝部との間の前記第2間隔は3μm以上10μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記拡張部において、前記隣接した第1画素電極の枝部と前記第2画素電極の枝部が成す平面形状は多角形状であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記拡張部において、前記隣接した第1画素電極の枝部と前記第2画素電極の枝部が成す平面形状は六角形状、四角形状、または菱形状であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記拡張部において、前記隣接した第1画素電極の枝部と前記第2画素電極の枝部が成す平面形状は円形状であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1基板上に配置され、画素領域の中央部を通り、前記第1画素電極に印加される信号と同一の極性の電圧が印加される導電体をさらに含み、
前記第1領域は、前記第1画素電極の前記枝部に、前記導電体と鋭角を成す前記第1画素電極の前記枝部と、前記枝部と隣接した前記第2画素電極の前記枝部とを含み、
前記第2領域は、前記第1画素電極の前記枝部の端部に、前記導電体と鈍角を成す前記第1画素電極の前記枝部と、前記枝部と隣接した前記第2画素電極の前記枝部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1領域は、互いに隣接した前記第1画素電極の枝部と前記第2画素電極の枝部との間隔が前記第1間隔より広い第3間隔を有する拡張部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1画素電極と前記第2画素電極の前記枝部は、画素領域の外郭部と平行に延びている第1周縁を含み、
前記枝部の幅は、前記第1周縁に沿って前記枝部の端部に向かうほど狭くなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1領域は、互いに隣接した前記第1画素電極の枝部と前記第2画素電極の枝部との間隔が前記第1間隔より広い第3間隔を有する拡張部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1基板上に配置され、前記画素領域の中央部を通り、前記第1画素電極に印加される信号と同一の極性の電圧が印加される導電体をさらに含み、
前記第1領域は、前記第1画素電極の前記枝部に、前記導電体と鋭角を成す前記第1画素電極の前記枝部と、前記枝部と隣接した前記第2画素電極の前記枝部とを含み、
前記第2領域は、前記第1画素電極の前記枝部の端部に、前記導電体と鈍角を成す前記第1画素電極の前記枝部と、前記枝部と隣接した前記第2画素電極の前記枝部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1領域は、互いに隣接した前記第1画素電極の枝部と前記第2画素電極の枝部との間隔が前記第1間隔より広い第3間隔を有する拡張部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 互いに隣接した前記第1画素電極の枝部と前記第2画素電極の枝部との間隔が、前記第1間隔より狭く、前記第2間隔より広い第3領域をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1領域は、互いに隣接した前記第1画素電極の枝部と前記第2画素電極の枝部との間隔が前記第1間隔より広い第3間隔を有する拡張部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1基板上に配置され、画素領域の中央部を通り、前記第1画素電極に印加される信号と同一の極性の電圧が印加される導電体をさらに含み、
前記第1領域は、前記第1画素電極の前記枝部に、前記導電体と鋭角を成す前記第1画素電極の前記枝部と、前記枝部と隣接した前記第2画素電極の前記枝部とを含み、
前記第2領域は、前記第1画素電極の前記枝部の端部に、前記導電体と鈍角を成す前記第1画素電極の前記枝部と、前記枝部と隣接した前記第2画素電極の前記枝部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 前記第1画素電極と前記第2画素電極の前記枝部は、前記画素領域の外郭部と平行に延びている第1周縁を含み、

前記枝部の幅は、前記第1周縁に沿って前記枝部の端部に向かうほど狭くなることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の液晶表示装置。 - 互いに隣接した前記第1画素電極の枝部と前記第2画素電極の枝部との間隔が前記第1領域、前記第2領域、及び前記第3領域とは異なる第4領域をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1領域は、互いに隣接した前記第1画素電極の枝部と前記第2画素電極の枝部との間隔が前記第1間隔より広い第3間隔を有する拡張部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項28に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記第1基板上に配置され、画素領域の中央部を通り、前記第1画素電極に印加される信号と同一の極性の電圧が印加される導電体をさらに含み、
前記第1領域は、前記第1画素電極の前記枝部に、前記導電体と鋭角を成す前記第1画素電極の前記枝部と、前記枝部と隣接した前記第2画素電極の前記枝部とを含み、
