Claims (3)
- 燃料が充填された計測室(11)を有する容器(10)と、
前記計測室(11)内の圧力を検出する圧力検出手段(12)と、
前記計測室内の燃料を排出する燃料排出通路(14)と、
前記燃料排出通路を開閉する電磁弁(15)と、
前記燃料排出通路を流れる燃料の流量を計測する流量計(16)と、
前記圧力検出手段の検出値および前記流量計の計測値が入力されるとともに、前記計測室内に向けて燃料を噴射する燃料噴射弁(100)および前記電磁弁の作動を制御する燃料噴射制御手段(13)とを備え、
前記燃料噴射制御手段は、
前記計測室内の圧力が内圧設定値の下限値未満のときには、前記燃料噴射弁から燃料を噴射させて前記計測室内の圧力を上昇させるとともに、前記計測室内の圧力が内圧設定値の上限値を超えているときには、前記電磁弁を開弁させて前記計測室内の圧力を低下させることにより、前記計測室内の圧力を内圧設定値に調整する内圧設定手段(S2〜S5)と、
前記計測室内の圧力が内圧設定値のときに前記燃料噴射弁から燃料を所定時間噴射させた後に、前記計測室内の圧力が内圧設定値の下限値と上限値の範囲内になるように設定された所定時間の間前記電磁弁を開弁させ、前記電磁弁の開弁中の前記流量計の計測値に基づいて前記燃料噴射弁の燃料噴射量を算出する噴射量算出手段(S6、S7)とを備えることを特徴とする噴射量計測装置。 - 前記内圧設定手段は、前記計測室内の圧力が内圧設定値の上限値を超えているときには、前記計測室内の圧力が内圧設定値の下限値未満まで低下しないように設定された所定時間の間前記電磁弁を開弁させて、前記計測室内の圧力を低下させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射量計測装置。
- 前記燃料排出通路における前記計測室と前記流量計との間に設けられる弁は、前記電磁弁のみであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の噴射量計測装置。
