However, in the structure of the rotary table described in Patent Document 1, one process (labeling process) is completed by rotating the first rotary table once, and then the adherend is transferred to the second rotary table. Since another process (suction process) is completed by rotating the second rotary table once, a plurality of labels can be attached to one adherend by rotating the first rotary table multiple times. Can not.

An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet sticking equipment can be easily affixed to a plurality of the adhesive sheet to one adherend.

[Operation of sheet pasting device]
Next, the process of laminating the adhesive sheet AS on the plate-like member 11 in the sheet sticking apparatus 1 will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 3, the original RS is passed through the pasting means 5 and the peeling adhesive tape 73 is passed through the peeling means 7 as shown in FIG.

Then, when the plate-like member 11 is conveyed by the carry-in means CV1, it is detected by a detection means such as an optical sensor (not shown), and the leading plate-like member 11 is at a predetermined position below the supply means 4 shown in FIG. Stop.
Next, the supply means 4 drives the linear motion motor 43 waiting at the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 2, lowers the chuck cylinder 46, and places the positioning pin 45 in the central hole 11 </ b> A of the plate-like member 11. After the insertion, the chuck cylinder 46 is driven, the positioning pin 45 is separated, and the plate-like member 11 is held. Next, after the supply means 4 drives the linear motion motor 43 to raise the plate-like member 11, the linear motion motor 41 is driven, and the plate-like member 11 is placed above the support portion 23 located at the supply station 4S. When transported, the supply unit 4 stops driving the linear motor 41. Thereafter, the supply means 4 drives the linear motion motor 43 to lower the plate-like member 11 so that the positioning pin 45 is positioned in the central hole 11A. Next, the positioning means 3 drives the chuck cylinder 36 to separate the positioning pins 35 to hold the plate-like member 11, the support means 2 drives the suction means (not shown), and the suction port of the support portion 23 forms a plate-like shape. The member 11 is held by suction.
Thereafter, after the supply means 4 drives the chuck cylinder 46 and brings the positioning pin 45 closer, the linear motion motor 43 and the linear motion motor 41 are driven, and the linear motion motor 43 is moved to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Return.

And the support means 2 drives the rotation motor 21, and rotates the turntable 22 to the arrow DA direction in FIG. Since the rotation of the turntable 22 is at five stations at equal intervals, the rotation of the turntable 22 is a rotation of 72 degrees, which is equivalent to 1/5 of a lap, and the support portion 23 that holds the plate member 11 on the first lap is peeled off. The same processing as that described above by the supply means 4 is sequentially performed on the support unit 23 positioned at the station 7S and thereafter newly positioned at the supply station 4S.
Here, when the plate-like member 11 in the first round is positioned at the peeling station 7S, the peeling means 7 does not operate because the adhesive sheet AS is not attached to the plate-like member 11.
When the plate-like member 11 after the second round is located at the peeling station 7S, the peeling means 7 drives the linear motor 71A and the rotation motor 72D as shown in FIG. The frame 72A is moved to the right in the figure. As a result, the pressing roller 72C presses and affixes the peeling tape 73 to the protective sheet PS, and at the same time, the driving roller 72E winds the peeling tape 73 in the direction of the collecting roller 72G and is rotated by a driving device (not shown). The roller 72G collects the peeling tape 73 and the protective sheet PS, thereby peeling the protective sheet PS from the adhesive sheet AS. When the entire protective sheet PS is peeled from the adhesive sheet AS, the peeling means 7 drives the linear motion motor 71A to return the frame 72A to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG.

Thereafter, the support means 2 drives the rotation motor 21 and rotates the rotary table 22 by 72 degrees in the direction of the arrow DA in FIG. 1, whereby the support portion 23 holding the first round plate-like member 11 is stuck. The same processing as described above by the peeling means 7 is performed on the plate-like member 11 which is located at the station 5S and thereafter newly located at the peeling station 7S.
When the plate-like member 11 is located at the sticking station 5S, the sticking means 5 drives the linear motor 52D waiting at the position indicated by the two-dot chain line on the right side in FIG. After abutting on the adhesive sheet AS positioned on 51C, a suction means (not shown) is driven to hold the adhesive sheet AS by suction.
Next, the pasting means 5 synchronously drives the rotation motor 51D and the linear motion motor 52A, and with the adhesive sheet AS being sucked and held by the suction holding part 52F, the original fabric RS is fed out and the adhesive sheet AS is peeled by the peeling plate 51C. Peel off. Thereafter, the sticking means 5 continues to drive the linear motion motor 52A, and when the adhesive sheet AS sucked and held by the suction holding portion 52F is positioned on the plate-like member 11 located at the sticking station 5S, the driving of the linear motion motor 52A is driven. The rotation motor 52C is stopped, and the pressing roller 52G presses the right edge of the adhesive sheet AS in FIG. 3 so as to coincide with the right edge of the plate-like member 11. Next, when the sticking means 5 drives the linear motion motor 52A and moves the suction holding part 52F to the left in FIG. 3 (sticking direction), the adhesive sheet AS is stuck to the plate member 11. Thereafter, the sticking means 5 drives the linear motion motor 52D, the rotation motor 52C, and the linear motion motor 52A, and returns the suction holding portion 52F to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line on the right side in FIG.
In addition, since the direction of the plate-shaped member 11 with respect to the turntable 22 was changed by the positioning means 3 and the curvature direction detection means 6, the plate-shaped member 11 located in the sticking station 5S after the second round is pasted first. Another adhesive sheet AS is stuck in a state intersecting with the sticking direction of the adhesive sheet AS. Accordingly, the tension direction applied to the plate-like member 11 by the adhesive sheet AS to be overlaid is different, and the occurrence of warpage of the plate-like member 11 is suppressed.

Thereafter, the support means 2 drives the rotation motor 21 and rotates the rotary table 22 in the direction of the arrow DA by 72 degrees, whereby the support portion 23 that sucks and holds the plate member 11 in the first round is warped direction detection station 6S. The plate member 11 that is located at the position and is newly located at the pasting station 5S is subjected to the same processing as described above by the pasting means 5.
When the plate member 11 is positioned at the warp direction detection station 6S, the support unit 2 stops the suction and holding of the plate member 11 positioned at the warp direction detection station 6S by a suction unit (not shown), and the positioning unit 3 moves the linear motion motor 31. And the plate-like member 11 is separated upward from the placement surface 23A.
The warping direction detection means 6 captures an image from the side of the plate-like member 11 on the outer side in the surface direction, and the positioning means 3 drives the rotation motor 33 so that the plate-like member 11 is within a plane parallel to the placement surface 23A. Is rotated once. Thereby, the warp direction detection means 6 detects the warp direction and the magnitude of the warp of the plate-like member 11.

When it is detected by the warp direction detection means 6 that the plate-like member 11 is warped, the positioning means 3 drives the rotation motor 33 and the direction in which the plate-like member 11 is warped, that is, the plate The plate-like member 11 is rotated so that the direction of the tension of the adhesive sheet AS acting on the shaped member 11 intersects the sticking direction of the sticking means 5.
Next, the positioning means 3 drives the linear motor 31 to lower the plate-like member 11 and place it again on the placement surface 23A, and the support means 2 drives the suction means (not shown) to warp direction detection station 6S. The plate-like member 11 located in the position is supported by suction.
In addition, when the plate-like member 11 is located at the warp direction detection station 6S in the final periphery (for example, the fourth turn when four adhesive sheets AS are laminated), the warp direction detection unit 6 may not operate. .

Thereafter, the support means 2 drives the rotation motor 21 and rotates the rotary table 22 by 72 degrees in the direction of the arrow DA, so that the support portion 23 holding the first plate member 11 by suction is positioned at the discharge station 8S. Thereafter, the same processing as described above by the warp direction detecting means 6 and the positioning means 3 is performed on the plate-like member 11 newly positioned at the warp direction detecting station 6S.
Here, when the plate-like member 11 is located at the discharge station 8S other than the final circumference (for example, the first to third rounds when the four adhesive sheets AS are overlaid), another adhesive sheet AS is attached to the plate-like member 11. Therefore, the discharging means 8 does not operate.
When the plate-like member 11 is located at the discharge station 8S on the final circumference, the support means 2 stops the suction and holding of the plate-like member 11 located at the discharge station 8S by the suction means (not shown), and the discharge means 8 is shown in FIG. 2 The linear motion motor 83 waiting at the position indicated by the solid line is driven, the chuck cylinder 86 is lowered, the positioning pin 85 is inserted into the central hole 11A, the chuck cylinder 86 is driven, and the positioning pin The plate-like member 11 is held by separating 85.

Next, after the positioning means 3 drives the chuck cylinder 36 and brings the positioning pins 35 closer, the discharging means 8 drives the linear motion motor 83 to raise the plate member 11 and drive the linear motion motor 81. Then, the linear motion motor 83 is moved to a position indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 2, and the linear motion motor 83 is driven to place the plate member 11 on the unloading means CV2. Thereafter, the discharging means 8 drives the chuck cylinder 86 to bring the positioning pin 85 closer, the discharging means 8 drives the linear motion motor 83 and the linear motion motor 81, and the linear motion motor 83 is at the position indicated by the solid line in FIG. Return.

Further, the support means 2 drives the rotation motor 21 and rotates the rotary table 22 by 72 degrees in the direction of the arrow DA, so that 23 holding the first plate member 11 by suction is again positioned at the supply station 4S. The plate-like member 11 becomes the plate-like member 11 in the second round, and thereafter, the plate-like member 11 newly located at the discharge station 8S is subjected to the same processing as described above by the discharge means 8.
Here, when the plate-like member 11 after the second round is positioned again at the supply station 4S, the supply means 4 does not operate.
In the second and subsequent rounds, the operation as described above is performed, the rotary table 22 is rotated in accordance with the number of overlapped sheets of the adhesive sheet AS, and when the predetermined number of sheets are overlapped, the discharge means 8 carries out the discharge means. It will be mounted on CV2 and carried out.
Thereafter, when the turntable 22 is rotated, the empty support portion 23 is positioned at the supply station 4S, and a new plate-like member 11 can be supplied, and the same operation as described above is repeated.

According to the embodiment as described above, the rotary table 22 is rotated, and the plate-like member 11 supported by the support portion 23 of the rotary table 22 is applied to the pasting station 5S to which the adhesive sheet AS is pasted by the pasting means 5. Since the sheet is passed a plurality of times, a plurality of adhesive sheets AS can be attached to the plate member 11.

[Modification]
As described above, the best configuration, method and the like for carrying out the present invention have been disclosed in the above description, but the present invention is not limited to this.
That is, the invention has been illustrated and described with particular reference to certain specific embodiments, but without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, Various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art in terms of material, quantity, and other detailed configurations. In addition, the description of the shape, material, and the like disclosed above is exemplary for ease of understanding of the present invention, and does not limit the present invention. The description by the name of the member which remove | excluded the limitation of one part or all of such restrictions is included in this invention.

For example, the plate-like plate-like member 11 has been exemplified and described as the adherend. However, the adherend is not limited to the plate-like shape, and various shapes such as a spherical shape, a columnar shape, a cone shape, and a sheet shape can be used. Can be targeted.
Moreover, although the case where the adhesive sheet AS was stuck and overlapped was demonstrated, it is good also as a case where the adhesive sheet AS is stuck on the different position of a to-be-adhered body, for example.

And although the case where the five support parts 23 were provided in the turntable 22 was demonstrated, the present invention is sufficient if two or more support parts 23 are provided in the turntable 22.
In the above-described embodiment, five stations are provided. For example, when an adhesive sheet AS that does not have the protective sheet PS is pasted, four stations without the peeling unit 7 may be provided, and other functions may be provided. When adding, it is good also as six or more stations.
Further, the supply station 4S and the discharge station 8S may be used as one common station, and the supply unit 4 and the discharge unit may be used in common.
Furthermore, for example, when the adherend is not a plate-like member, the warp direction detection station 6S may not be provided if warpage does not occur even if the adhesive sheet AS is applied.
Further, when peeling off the protective sheet PS laminated on the adhesive layer AD pasted on the final circumference, after the final circumference, the rotary table 22 is made another round without operating other than the peeling means 7, and the peeling is performed. After the protective sheet PS is peeled off by the means 7, it may be carried out by the discharge means 8.

Furthermore, as a process of changing the position of the plate-like member 11 with respect to the rotary table 22, the support state may be changed to any support state such as turning the adherend over.
Moreover, the support part 23 can apply any conventionally well-known support method which can support a to-be-adhered body, such as hold | maintaining the surrounding surface of the plate-shaped member 11 with an arm, a nail | claw, etc., for example.

Furthermore, the peeling means 7 may be configured to grip and peel the edge portion of the protective sheet PS, for example.

Further, the type and material of the adherend and the adhesive sheet AS in the present invention are not particularly limited. For example, the adhesive sheet AS is a three-layer having an intermediate layer between the base sheet BS and the adhesive layer AD. The double-sided adhesive sheet may be a single layer or a double-sided adhesive sheet, or a double-sided adhesive sheet that can peel the base sheet BS from the adhesive layer AD. It may be a layer having an intermediate layer or a single layer or a multilayer having no intermediate layer. Further, the adherend may be an appropriate article (for example, food or a resin container), and the adhesive sheet AS may be a label, the adherend is a semiconductor wafer, and the adhesive sheet AS is a protective sheet, A dicing tape, a die attach film, etc. may be sufficient. In this case, the semiconductor wafer can be exemplified by a silicon semiconductor wafer, a compound semiconductor wafer, etc., and the adhesive sheet AS to be affixed to such a semiconductor wafer is not limited to these, but any other sheet, film, tape, etc. Applications and shapes of adhesive sheets can be applied. Further, the adherend may be an optical disk substrate, and the adhesive sheet S may have a resin layer constituting a recording layer. As described above, as an adherend, not only other plate-like members such as glass plates, steel plates, earthenware, wood plates, resin plates, etc., but also members and articles in any form can be targeted.

Further, the drive device in the embodiment includes an electric device such as a rotation motor, a linear motion motor, a linear motor, a linear motion motor, an articulated robot, an actuator such as an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, a rodless cylinder, and a rotary cylinder. In addition to the above, it is possible to adopt a combination of them directly or indirectly (some of them overlap with those exemplified in the embodiment).
