Description
The present invention relates to a tape-type disposable diaper.
A general tape-type disposable diaper is provided with a fastening tape on both sides on the back side and a target sheet on the outer surface of the abdomen, and by attaching and detaching the fastening tape to and from the target sheet, Development is performed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). As a means for attaching and detaching the fastening tape, a hook sheet (male material) of a mechanical fastener (surface fastener) having a number of hook-shaped projections in addition to the adhesive material layer is widely used. When such a hook sheet is used, a target sheet is used. For example, a loop sheet of a mechanical fastener (female material, which is provided with a large number of loop yarns on the surface of a sheet base material on which hook projections are entangled) is widely used.
However, in the fastening tape attaching / detaching structure using the hook sheet, the sound when the hook sheet is peeled off from the target sheet is loud, and the sound of the infant sleeping with the diaper or other infant sleeping on the side is large. There are problems such as being awakened by the size of, or drawing the attention of others in public places.
Moreover, since a certain amount of force is required to peel the mechanical fastener, the force acting on the abdomen is also a cause of waking up an infant sleeping with the diaper attached.
Then, the main subject of this invention is in suppressing the peeling sound of a hook sheet at the time of removing a fastening tape.
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of
A liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable sheet located on the back side thereof, an absorber disposed between the liquid-permeable top sheet and the liquid-impermeable sheet, and provided on both sides of the back portion. In the tape-type disposable diaper comprising the fastening tape and the fastening tape configured to be removable on the outer surface of the ventral part,
The fastening tape is formed by fixing a sub-sheet having a hook sheet that can be attached to and detached from the outer surface of the abdomen part to the main sheet attached to the back part by an adhesive or welding. Yes,
The hook sheet has a number of engagement protrusions for attaching to and detaching from the outer surface of the ventral part.
The main seat has a root portion attached to the back side portion, an extension portion extended from the root portion, and an unfixed main knob allowance provided at a tip portion of the extension portion. And
Wherein the main sheet is subjected its base end side from the main knob removal on the extending portion, the auxiliary sheet are peelably secured by adhesive or welding,
The hook sheet is provided on the base end side from the main picking margin in the sub-sheet,
A portion on the tip side of the hook sheet in the sub-sheet is formed as a sub-pick allowance that can be plucked over the main pick allowance,
The force required to peel the sub sheet from the main sheet is weaker than the force required to peel the hook sheet from the outer surface of the ventral part,
When reattaching the fastening position of the fastening tape to the abdomen, the main picking allowance and the sub picking allowance are overlapped to operate the entire fastening tape, and when changing diapers The main sheet is separated from the sub-sheet by picking only the main pick-up margin without picking the sub-pick allowance, and the sub-sheet and the hook sheet are left on the ventral portion outer surface, By separating the main seat, it is configured so that the connection between the ventral portion and the dorsal portion is released.
A tape-type disposable diaper characterized by that.
(Function and effect)
In the tape type disposable diaper of the present invention, since the hook sheet can be separated from the fastening tape, the fastening tape is removed from the ventral outer surface without peeling off the hook sheet from the ventral outer surface of the diaper, and the ventral portion of the diaper is removed. Can be expanded and exchanged. Therefore, the peeling sound of the hook sheet when removing the fastening tape can be suppressed. Infants, especially premature babies and newborns, are unstable in sleep and wake up with a small noise, but according to the present invention, diapers can be changed without disturbing sleep. In addition, since the child's sleep is not disturbed, the burden of child-rearing on the mother can be reduced.
In addition, the hook sheet separated from the fastening tape can be removed from the diaper and used for fixing in a post-treatment for rolling and folding the used diaper. Fastening tape that does not separate the hook sheet as before, when the diaper is replaced, the fastening tape peeled off from the outer surface of the abdomen part is bent to the inner side of the diaper and adheres to the excrement adhered to the inner surface of the diaper. It is difficult to pick up the fastening tape at the time of excretion, and the excrement adheres to the outer surface of the waist side of the ventral part or the dorsal part B due to leakage from the front and rear edges, and the waist is hidden so that this adhering part is hidden Fixing using a fastening tape may be difficult when rounding from the side. On the other hand, in the present invention, since the hook sheet is separated and remains on the outer surface of the abdomen, excrement is difficult to adhere when changing diapers, and the separated hook sheet has a completely fixed position during post-processing. Therefore, no matter how round the diaper is, it can be properly fixed.
Further, as a hook sheet separating means, adopting a structure in which the hook sheet is fixed to the main sheet constituting the fastening tape in such a manner as to be peelable by adhesive or welding, the structure is simple and the manufacturing is easy. This is preferable.
Further, as a hook sheet separating means, when a structure in which the hook sheet is fixed to the main sheet constituting the fastening tape so as to be peeled off by an adhesive or welding as described above, particularly when the fastening tape is operated, When reattaching the attachment position to the side portion, the hook sheet may be accidentally peeled off from the main sheet and separated. Therefore, as described above, the main sheet having the main picking allowance and the sub sheet having the sub picking allowance are laminated so as to be peelable, the hook sheet is attached to the sub sheet, and the main picking allowance and the sub picking allowance are integrally picked. Therefore, it is preferable that the entire fastening tape including the hook seat mounting portion can be operated. When the hook sheet is separated from the fastening tape, it is sufficient to pick only the main tab allowance and peel it from the sub sheet. In this case, the sub sheet and the hook sheet remain on the outer surface of the ventral part.
As described above, according to the present invention, there are advantages such as the ability to suppress the peeling sound of the hook sheet when the fastening tape is removed.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that “front-rear direction (vertical direction)” means a direction connecting the ventral side (front side) and back side (rear side), and “width direction” means a direction (left-right direction) orthogonal to the front-rear direction. The “vertical direction” means a wearing state of the diaper, that is, a direction orthogonal to the width direction when the diaper is folded in two at the crotch portion so that the abdomen portion and the back portion of the diaper are overlapped. Further, the term “elongation rate” means a value when the natural length is 100%.

On both sides of the upper edge B1 side portion, a pair of back side flap portions BF, BF extending to the outside in the width direction from the crotch portion C are provided. Moreover, the

Hereinafter, the material and the characteristic part of each part are demonstrated in order.

The

(Intermediate sheet)
An intermediate sheet (also referred to as a second sheet) 40 can be provided between the
As the
The

The side three-dimensional gather 60 includes a gather
The inner surface of the gather

Unlike the illustrated embodiment, the front and rear direction end portions of the gather

(Absorber)
The

If there is no SAP particle in the upper part, the lower part, and the middle part of the
Superabsorbent polymer particles include “powder” in addition to “particles”. As the particle diameter of the superabsorbent polymer particles, those used in this type of absorbent article can be used as they are, and those having a particle size of 1000 μm or less, particularly 150 to 400 μm are desirable. The material of the superabsorbent polymer particles can be used without any particular limitation, but those having a water absorption of 40 g / g or more are suitable. High-absorbent polymer particles include starch-based, cellulose-based, and synthetic polymer-based starch-acrylic acid (salt) graft copolymers, saponified starch-acrylonitrile copolymers, and sodium carboxymethylcellulose crosslinks. Or an acrylic acid (salt) polymer can be used. As the shape of the superabsorbent polymer particles, a commonly used granular material is suitable, but other shapes can also be used.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the

The end flap part is a part that extends to the front side and the rear side of the absorbent
The length in the front-rear direction of the back end flap BE is preferably the same as or shorter than the length in the front-rear direction of the attachment portion of the
The length in the front-rear direction of the ventral end flap portion EF and the back end flap portion EF is preferably about 5 to 20% of the length L in the front-rear direction of the entire diaper. In diapers for infants, 10-60 mm, In particular, a thickness of 20 to 50 mm is appropriate.
(Back elastic sheet)
In the illustrated form, a belt-like back-side
In addition, it is preferable that a part of the elastic expansion /

(First form of fastening tape)
Characteristically, at least the
The material of the sub-sheet 16 is not particularly limited, and can be selected from the same materials as the
In the tape type disposable diaper of this embodiment, since the
In addition, the

In the first embodiment, the
(The third form of fastening tape (reference form))
When the
That is, in the third embodiment, the
In the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11A, in the engaged state of the
The material of the
The size of the
On the other hand, the
The peeling force of both the
Also in the third embodiment, the
