Description
The present invention includes a tree butter glass (organic glass), and to a favorable method for producing such a resin glass.
Conventionally, resin products having both excellent moldability and light weight have been widely used as, for example, interior and exterior parts of vehicles such as automobiles, electrical, electronic parts, and building parts. And among such resin products, for example, highly transparent resin products made of molded products made of polycarbonate are superior in lightness, impact resistance, and workability compared to inorganic glass, As resin glass which substitutes inorganic glass, it is used for the window glass of vehicles, such as a car, various displays, or the cover of various instruments, etc., for example.
By the way, polycarbonate resin products have problems in weather resistance such as discoloration and strength reduction when exposed to ultraviolet rays, and are more resistant to abrasion (abrasion resistance and scratch resistance) than inorganic glass. It also has the disadvantage of being inferior. Therefore, if the resin product made of polycarbonate is used outdoors, such as a window glass of an automobile, and the surface damage is a serious defect, such resin is used. It is necessary to take measures to improve the weather resistance and abrasion resistance of the product.
Under such circumstances, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2010-253683 (Patent Document 1), an undercoat layer made of an acrylic resin layer having a high weather resistance is formed on the surface of a resin base material made of a resin molded body such as polycarbonate. A resin product (referred to as a plastic laminate in the above publication) is formed by further laminating a top coat layer made of a plasma CVD layer of a silicon compound having excellent abrasion resistance on the undercoat layer. Has been revealed). In such a resin product, more sufficient characteristics can be exhibited in weather resistance and abrasion resistance.
In recent years, further enhancement of functionality has been demanded for window glass of automobiles as the trend toward higher-grade automobiles has increased. That is, the window glass of an automobile has, for example, a function of suppressing transmission of visible light and infrared light, thereby suppressing visibility inside the vehicle from the outside of the vehicle and ensuring heat insulation. It is required to protect the privacy of the people and to reduce the cooling load in the summer, and there is also a demand for improvement in design by coloring.
In order to satisfy these requirements in transparent resin products applied to automobile window glass, a thin film layer of metal is formed by sputtering on the surface of a transparent resin film, generally called a smoke film. It is conceivable to attach a film for an automobile window glass to the surface of a resin product to reduce the transparency of the resin product and to decorate the resin product with a metal color or a dark color.
However, when sticking the smoke film on the surface of the resin product, it is not easy to completely adhere the smoke film to the entire surface of the resin product, and therefore, between the surface of the resin product and the smoke film, There is a possibility that an air reservoir that deteriorates the appearance of the resin product may occur. In addition, in a resin product having a smoke film attached to the surface, the smoke film is disposed on a top coat layer made of a silicon compound CVD layer, and the metal sputtered film of the smoke film is exposed to the outside. . Therefore, in such a resin product, although the abrasion resistance of the resin substrate can be sufficiently ensured by the top coat layer, scratches and abrasion of the exposed metal sputtered film cannot be prevented at all.
In addition, instead of sticking a smoke film on the surface of a resin product, it is also conceivable to form a metal thin film layer on the top coat layer of the resin product by sputtering. If it does so, the problem of generation | occurrence | production of the air pool at the time of sticking a smoke film on the surface of a resin product can be eliminated advantageously. However, even in this case, since the metal thin film layer is disposed in a state of being exposed on the surface of the resin product, the problem of scratches and wear of the metal sputter layer cannot be solved at all.
Here, the present invention has been made in the background as described above, and the problem to be solved is that the metal thin film layer is laminated and formed with sufficient abrasion resistance on the surface of the resin base material. As a result, the resin that has been improved so that the suppression of transmission of visible light and infrared light by the metal thin film layer and the improvement of the design by metal decoration of the metal thin film layer can be realized more effectively. To provide glass . Another object of the present invention is to provide a method capable of advantageously producing such a resin glass .
Then, the present invention is to solve the above problems, and has as its gist the undercoat layer is laminated on the surface of the resin substrate made of polycarbonate resin molded article Rutotomoni, said undercoating In a resin glass in which a top coat layer made of a plasma CVD layer of a silicon compound is further laminated on the upper side of the layer, a metal vapor deposition layer made of a metal plasma CVD layer is formed on the surface of the undercoat layer . The resin glass is characterized in that the top coat layer is formed on the surface of the metal vapor deposition layer .
According to one advantageous aspect of the present invention, the undercoat layer is formed using a UV curable acrylic resin.
The present invention, the undercoat layer is laminated on the surface of the resin substrate made of polycarbonate resin molded article Rutotomoni, the upper side of the undercoat layer, the topcoat layer composed of a plasma CVD layer of silicon compound Is a method for producing a resin glass obtained by further laminating, wherein (a) a step of preparing the resin base material, and (b) a step of laminating and forming the undercoat layer on the surface of the resin base material. When, on the surface of the (c) the undercoat layer, laminating forming the vapor-deposited metal layer by a plasma CVD method, on the surface of the; (d) a metal deposition layer, the pre Quito topcoat layer by a plasma CVD method The gist of the method for producing a resin glass characterized by including a step of laminating and forming is also included.
That, in the resin glass according to the present invention, a plasma CVD method (chemical vapor deposition) on the thus formed metal deposited layer is laminated on the surface of the resin substrate. Such a metal vapor deposition layer is sufficiently thinner than a coating film layer formed by coating, and has a uniform thickness. Therefore, in such a resin glass , transmission of visible light and infrared light can be effectively suppressed by the metal vapor deposition layer while sufficiently securing necessary transparency, and decoration of metal color or dark color is advantageous. Can be applied. In addition, since the metal vapor deposition layer is formed between the undercoat layer and the top coat layer, the metal vapor deposition layer is protected by the top coat layer having excellent abrasion resistance. Adhesion and wear are advantageously prevented, and the abrasion resistance of the metal deposition layer can be effectively improved.
Accordingly, in the resin glass according to the present invention as described above, the privacy protection in the vehicle and the reduction of the cooling load in summer can be effectively achieved by suppressing the transmission of visible light and infrared light by the thin metal deposition layer. In addition, an improvement in design by decorating the metal vapor deposition layer can be advantageously realized. In addition, these excellent characteristics can be stably exhibited over a longer period of time by improving the abrasion resistance of the metal vapor deposition layer, and at the same time, quality deterioration due to long-term use of the resin glass can be effectively prevented. is there.
And, according to the method for producing a resin glass according to the present invention, substantially the same operation / effect as the excellent operation / effect exhibited in the resin glass having the structure according to the present invention can be enjoyed effectively, and Resin glass exhibiting such excellent characteristics can be advantageously produced industrially.
Hereinafter, in order to clarify the present invention more specifically, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
First, FIG. 1 shows a
More specifically, the
The
The thickness of the
The
Although the thickness of the
The specific type of the CVD method used for forming the
In the present embodiment, in particular, a metal
Such a metal
In addition, the kind of metal which comprises the metal
The metal
Further, here, the
In addition, although the thickness of such a metal
By the way, the
That is, first, a
Thereafter, a coating layer such as an acrylic resin or a polyurethane resin is formed on the surface of the
Next, the
As apparent from FIG. 2, the
In addition, a
Then, when the
Further, the first
Subsequently, a vacuum pump (not shown) connected to the
When the reaction gas is filled in the
In this step, time measurement is started by a timer device (not shown) simultaneously with the start of the operation of the power supply device, and the operation of the power supply device is stopped when the measurement time reaches a preset time. Accordingly, the operation for stacking the metal
Next, when the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Further,
On the lower
An
In addition, two first and
As will be described later, the silicon compound gas accommodated in the
The silicon compound constituting the silicon compound gas contained in the
Here, oxygen gas is accommodated in the
When the
Next, after the
When the pressure in the
When the
Then, in the space in the
When performing such a silicon compound generation process by plasma CVD, generally, before introducing the silicon compound gas and the oxygen gas into the
Thereafter, when a preset time has elapsed from the opening operation of the first and second opening /
Thus, the silicon compound layer is formed on the entire surface of the
As is clear from the above description, in the
Therefore, in the
Further, in the
And the
The specific configuration of the present invention has been described in detail above. However, this is merely an example, and the present invention is not limited by the above description.
For example, as the plasma CVD apparatus used for forming the
Further, the
Furthermore, when the metal
Further, even when the metal
Moreover, in the said embodiment, in order to maintain the transparency of the
In addition, in the said embodiment, although the specific example of what applied this invention to the resin glass for the rear windows of a motor vehicle was shown, this invention is on the surface of the resin base material which consists of a polycarbonate resin molded product. Of course, the present invention can be advantageously applied to any resin product in which the undercoat layer and the topcoat layer made of the silicon compound layer are laminated in that order.
In addition, although not enumerated one by one, the present invention can be carried out in a mode to which various changes, modifications, improvements, etc. are added based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art. It goes without saying that all are included in the scope of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
