Here, the parameters that determine the characteristics of the solenoid include an inductance component in addition to a resistance component. Therefore, the technique described in
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a solenoid energization control device capable of appropriately controlling the current energized to the solenoid even when the characteristics of the solenoid vary.

With such a characteristic configuration, current control can be performed without degrading the current response even when there are variations in characteristics such as the inductance and resistance of the solenoid. Therefore, the current supplied to the solenoid can be appropriately controlled.
In addition, it is preferable that a target value filter for increasing the gain of the target current in a high frequency region is provided, and the integration calculation unit uses a target current whose gain is increased by the target value filter as the target current.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. The solenoid energization control device (hereinafter referred to as “energization control device”) 100 according to the present invention has a function of appropriately controlling the current energized to the solenoid even when the characteristics of the solenoid vary. Such a solenoid is used for, for example, opening / closing control of an electromagnetic valve and driving of an actuator. The
The
ワークメモリは、揮発性で問題なく、高速にデータの読み書きが可能なDRAM(dynamic RAM)やSRAM(static RAM)により構成される。 The program memory is a non-volatile memory that stores a control program and the like. The parameter memory is a non-volatile memory that stores various parameters that are referred to when the program is executed. The parameter memory may be included in the program memory without being distinguished from the program memory. The program memory and parameter memory are preferably constituted by a flash memory, for example. The work memory is a memory that temporarily stores temporary data during program execution. The work memory is composed of DRAM (dynamic RAM) and SRAM (static RAM) that are volatile and can read and write data at high speed.
駆動回路5は、MOSFET(metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor)やIGBT(insulated gate bipolar transistor)などのパワー半導体を用いたスイッチング回路や、マイクロコンピュータ4の出力信号のドライブ能力を向上するドライバ回路などを有して構成される。
The
The
As illustrated in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the program memory, the work memory, and the like are illustrated as being integrated on one chip (microcomputer 4). A singing system may be configured. In the present embodiment, the
Hereinafter, details of the
The
The
The state
The characteristic
FIG. 4A shows a step response when such a characteristic parameter is set, and FIG. 4B shows a step response when no characteristic parameter is set. FIGS. 4A and 4B show examples in the case where the temperature of the
The command
The state feedback
The
In this way, in the
Next, processing performed by the
Next, the deviation between the target current Ir and the detected current Ifb after passing through the
The
As described above, according to the
