Claims (4)
- 芯線が繊維導体である電線を接続する端子であって、
クローズドバレル形態のバレル部内に前記繊維導体が挿入されており、前記バレル部には電線挿入方向に向かって徐々に加締め量が大きく、幅方向に徐々に大きく膨らむ加締め状態の部位が形成されており、前記バレル部の加締め状態の部位より電線挿入方向側は、加締め加工前の形状であることを特徴とする端子。 - 請求項1記載の端子であって、
前記バレル部の内部には、前記繊維導体と前記繊維導体を被覆する被覆部の箇所が共に配置され、前記バレル部の加締め状態の部位では前記繊維導体と前記被覆部の箇所が共に圧縮接続されていることを特徴とする端子。 - クローズドバレル形態のバレル部の内部に電線の繊維導体を配置する電線セット工程と、
前記バレル部に、電線挿入方向に向かって徐々に加締め量を大きくし、幅方向に徐々に大きく膨らむ状態で加締めて加締め変形部を形成すると共に、前記バレル部の前記加締め変形部より電線挿入方向側は加締め力を作用させずに加締め加工前の形状とするバレル加締め工程とを備えたことを特徴とする端子の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の端子の製造方法であって、
前記バレル加締め工程では、バレル押圧部材を移動して前記バレル部に加締め力を作用させ、前記バレル押圧部材の加締め移動は、その加締め量を徐々に大きくしつつ複数回行うことを特徴とする端子の製造方法。
