Description

The present invention, for example, in a structure in which a lead-out cable such as a flexible flat cable (FFC) or a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) is connected to a connected device such as an imaging device using a CCD camera or other electronic devices, The present invention relates to a drawing cable holding structure for holding a drawing cable so as not to be pulled out.

Conventionally, in a small-sized imaging device or the like from which a drawer cable (FFC, FPC, etc.) has been drawn out, the drawer cable may be hung by hand when being handled manually in a factory or the like. However, since the lead-out cable is not supposed to be used in this way, there is a possibility that the lead-out cable may come off from the main body of the imaging device or the like.
Therefore, for example, in the invention described in Patent Document 1, the FPC connector (3) and the substrate opening (4a) are provided on the substrate (4) side, while the FPC connector (3) is provided on the FPC (2) side. The male connector to be connected is provided with FPC both side protrusions (2a), and an FPC holding member (1) having an inward protrusion (1a) on the drawing direction side of the FPC both side protrusions (2a). ing.
According to this prior art, in the state where the FPC holding member (1) is locked to the FPC side protrusions (2a), the protrusion (1a) of the FPC holding member (1) is formed on the substrate opening (4a). ) Can be prevented from being detached from the FPC connector (3).

However, according to the prior art, since the FPC side protrusions (2a) must be processed on the front end side of the FPC (2), it is difficult to apply to a general-purpose FPC. In addition, since the FPC holding member (1) having a complicated shape must be formed, a high production preparation cost for a mold or the like is required.
Moreover, when a strong tensile force is applied to the FPC (2), the male connector having the protrusion (1a) may be detached from the FPC (2).

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional circumstances, and a problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a lead-out cable holding structure that can prevent the lead-out cable from being pulled out from the connected device with a simple structure. There is to do.

One means for solving the above problem is a lead-out cable holding structure in which a lead-out cable connected to a connected device is inserted and held in an insertion holding portion provided in the connected device, The inner wall of the insertion holding portion is formed so that the interval is narrowed in the cable drawing direction, and a pull-out preventing protrusion that protrudes so as to contact or be close to the inner wall is fixed to the outer surface of the drawing cable. It is characterized by.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the pull-out cable can be prevented from being pulled out of the connected device with a simple structure, and the removal preventing projection is pressed against the inner wall of the insertion holding portion. Therefore, it also has a dustproof effect.

It is a perspective view which shows an example of the to-be-connected apparatus to which the drawer cable holding structure which concerns on this invention is applied. It is a perspective view which shows the state which removed the cover from the said to-be-connected apparatus. It is a perspective view which shows the to-be-connected device with the cover removed. It is a perspective view which shows the state which removed the drawer cable from the to-be-connected apparatus. It is a principal part enlarged plan view in the connected apparatus of the state where the cover was removed, (a) shows the state where the drawer cable was held, and (b) shows the state where the drawer cable was removed. It is a perspective view which shows an example of the drawer cable with which the removal prevention protrusion was mounted | worn. It is a side view of the drawer cable. 2 is a perspective view illustrating an example of a main body unit 10. FIG.

A first feature of the present embodiment is a lead-out cable holding structure in which a lead-out cable connected to a connected device is inserted and held in an insertion holding portion provided in the connected device. The inner wall of the insertion holding portion is formed so that the interval is narrowed in the cable drawing direction, and a pull-out preventing protrusion that protrudes so as to contact or be close to the inner wall is fixed to the outer surface of the drawing cable.
According to the above configuration, when the pull-out cable is pulled, the pull-out preventing projection is sandwiched between the narrowed portions between the inner walls in the insertion holding portion, and the pull-out preventing projection is pressed against the outer surface of the pull-out cable. Therefore, even when the pulling force applied to the drawer cable is relatively strong, it is possible to prevent the pull-out prevention projections from dropping from the drawer cable and the drawer cable being pulled out. Therefore, for example, even with a simple structure in which a retaining protrusion is bonded to the outer surface of a general-purpose drawer cable, sufficient adhesive strength can be obtained.
In addition, since the prevention protrusion is pressed against the inner wall of the insertion holding portion, it is possible to prevent foreign matters such as dust and dust from entering the connected device from the gap around the lead-out cable.

As a second feature, the removal prevention protrusions are provided on both sides so as to sandwich the lead-out cable so as to more effectively press the removal prevention protrusions by the inner wall.

As a third feature, the escape prevention protrusion is formed of an elastic material so that the escape prevention protrusion is effectively pressed.

As a fourth feature, in order to effectively prevent rattling of the lead-out cable in the longitudinal direction, the inner wall of the insertion holding portion is continuously narrowed between the inner walls in the cable lead-out direction. An inclined surface and a restricting protrusion that protrudes in a direction to narrow the space between the inner walls at a portion on the side opposite to the inclined surface than the inclined surface and restricts the movement of the disconnection preventing protrusion in the anti-cable drawing direction are provided.

As a fifth feature, the lead-out cable is a flat cable, and the pull-out prevention protrusion protrudes from the flat surface of the flat cable and protrudes from both ends of the flat cable in the width direction. Yes.
In this configuration, the end portion of the flat cable in the width direction can be prevented from coming into contact with the connected device or the like and being damaged by the portion protruding in the width direction of the removal preventing projection.

As a sixth feature, in order to prevent rattling of the flat cable in the width direction, it includes a main body portion and a cover portion attached to the main body portion, and the space between the main body portion and the cover portion. The release prevention protrusion is sandwiched from both sides in the width direction.

Next, a preferred embodiment having the above features will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

1 to 4 show an example of a connected device 1 to which the lead-out cable holding structure according to the present invention is applied. The connected device 1 includes a main body portion 10 and a cover portion 20 attached to the main body portion 10. In this embodiment, a coin counter equipped with an image sensor such as a CCD camera is constructed. A drawer cable 30 is connected to the connected device 1.

And the insertion holding | maintenance part 12 which penetrates and hold | maintains the middle part of the extraction | drawer cable 30 is integrally provided in the side part side of the main-body part 10 (refer FIG.4, FIG.8 etc.).

As shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), the insertion holding portion 12 has the one piece portion 12a and the other piece portion 12b arranged symmetrically with a gap therebetween so as to sandwich the lead-out cable 30 in the thickness direction. These one piece 12 a and other piece 12 b are integrally formed with the main body 10.

The one piece portion 12a is provided so as to protrude from the side surface of the main body portion 10 to the inner side. The one piece portion 12a includes an inclined surface 12a1 that continuously narrows between the other piece portion 12b in the cable drawing direction (right direction according to FIG. 5), and a side opposite to the cable drawing direction than the inclined surface 12a1 ( In FIG. 5, it has a regulation projection 12a2 projecting to the other piece 12b side so as to narrow the space between the inner walls on the left side.
Similarly, the other piece 12b is also provided with an inclined surface 12b1 and a restricting projection 12b2.

The inclined surfaces 12a1 and 12b1 are arranged on both sides so as to sandwich a pull-out preventing projection 33 of the lead-out cable 30 described later (see FIG. 5A).
The restricting protrusions 12a2 and 12b2 are located on the inner side of the main body 10 with respect to the inclined surfaces 12a1 and 12a1, and are close to or in contact with the end face of the pull-out preventing protrusion 33 on the side opposite to the cable drawing direction.

The cover portion 20 is formed in a box shape having a lower opening that covers the upper side of the main body portion 10 and is detachably attached to the main body portion 10. The means for fastening the cover part 20 to the main body part 10 is screwed according to the illustrated example, but it can also be fitted or other fastening means.
A slit 21 through which the lead-out cable 30 is inserted is formed on the side wall of the cover portion 20. The slit 21 fits outside the one piece 12a and the other piece 12b of the insertion holding portion 12 (see FIG. 5) and reinforces the one piece 12a and the other piece 12b.
The cover portion 20 is fixed to the main body portion 10 so as to sandwich a pull-out preventing protrusion 33 of the lead-out cable 30 described later between the cover portion 20 and the main body portion 10.

The lead-out cable 30 includes a cable main body 31, a connection portion 32 provided at the foremost portion of the cable main body 31, and a pull-out preventing projection 33 provided at a midway portion on the cable body 31 side of the connection portion 32. Are integrally provided.

The cable body 31 is a flexible flat cable in which a plurality of electric wires are insulated and stored. The cable body 31 includes a bent portion 31 a that is bent a plurality of times between the connecting portion 32 and the disconnection preventing protrusion 33.
The bent portion 31a is bent so that the front end side of the cable main body 31 with respect to the bent portion 31a is perpendicular to the base end side surface of the bent portion 31a and is guided forward. The bent portion 31a secures a slack between the connecting portion 32 and the disconnection preventing projection 33 in the cable body 31, and the slack prevents the connecting portion 32 from being pulled out of the connected portion 11a. .

The connection part 32 is a male connector connected to the to-be-connected part 11a (female connector) of the substrate 11, and for example, a general-purpose product may be used.

The escape prevention protrusion 33 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape from an elastic material such as an elastic synthetic resin material or a rubber material. The pull-out prevention protrusions 33 are provided on both sides so as to sandwich the cable body 31 in the thickness direction. These two drop prevention protrusions 33 and 33 are each bonded to a substantially flat flat surface of the cable body 31 with a double-sided tape, and project substantially perpendicularly from the flat surface.
In the width direction of the cable main body 31, each drop prevention protrusion 33 is formed longer than the width of the cable main body 31.

As shown in FIG. 5, the lead-out cable 30 configured as described above is inserted in the lateral direction between the one piece 12 a and the other piece 12 b of the insertion holding portion 12. When the cover portion 20 is fixed to the main body portion 10, the pull-out prevention protrusion 33 of the lead-out cable 30 is sandwiched and fixed between the main body portion 10 and the cover portion 20.

Next, the characteristic operation and effect of the lead-out cable holding structure in the connected device 1 having the above configuration will be described in detail.

When the lead-out cable 30 is pulled with respect to the main body 10, both pull-out prevention protrusions 33, 33 of the lead-out cable 30 try to move in the cable lead-out direction (right direction in FIG. 5A), and the inner wall of the insertion holding part 12 It is pressed so as to bite between the two inclined surfaces 12a1, 12b1.
For this reason, both omission prevention projections 33 and 33 are pressed against both inclined surfaces 12 a 1 and 12 b 1 and elastically deformed, and are pressed against the flat surface of the cable body 31.
Therefore, it can prevent that the adhesion part of each protrusion prevention protrusion 33 and the flat surface of the cable main body 31 will peel off.
Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the cable main body 31 from being pulled out due to the removal prevention protrusion 33 falling off from the cable main body 31 with a simple structure.
In addition, the pull-out preventing projection 33 is elastically deformed and pressed against the inner wall of the insertion holding portion 12 (specifically, the inclined surfaces 12a1 and 12b1) and the flat surfaces of the cable body 31, so that the lead-out cable It is possible to prevent a foreign matter such as dust or dust from entering the connected device through the gap around the gap 30.

In the manufacturing process of the connected device 1, when the drawer cable 30 is assembled to the main body portion 10, first, the disconnection prevention protrusion 33 protruding from the cable main body 31 abuts on the main body portion 10, so that the cable main body 31 is It is possible to prevent the body part 10 from coming into direct contact and being damaged.
Further, in the width direction of the lead-out cable 30, rattling is prevented by the removal prevention protrusion 33 being sandwiched between the main body 10 and the cover part 20, and the removal prevention protrusion 33 is inserted in the length direction. Shaking is prevented by being positioned between the inclined surfaces 12a1, 12b1 inside the holding portion 12 and the restricting projections 12a2, 12b2.
