Description

本発明は、壁等の被着体の意匠性を向上させる化粧シートに関する。   The present invention relates to a decorative sheet that improves the design of an adherend such as a wall.

For example, in order to enhance the design of building materials such as exterior walls of buildings, entrance doors of houses, exterior / interior of automobiles, exterior / interior of vehicles / ships, signboards / signs, etc. May wear.
A decorative sheet having a metal layer is known (Patent Documents 1 and 2). In a decorative sheet having a metal layer, a metallic appearance can be obtained.
By the way, in the metallic appearance, the metallic luster may be suppressed in order to give a high-class feeling. The decorative sheets described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 also have a configuration for suppressing gloss. Specifically, in the decorative sheet described in Patent Document 1, resin fine particles are contained in the transparent surface layer disposed on the surface side of the metal layer, and in the decorative sheet described in Patent Document 2, the transparent surface layer is included in the transparent surface layer. An uneven pattern is formed.

Moreover, when polyethylene terephthalate is used, it is preferable to use a biaxially stretched film.
The transparent base material layer 11 is usually uncolored, but may be colored.
Moreover, in the transparent base material layer 11, in order to improve the adhesive strength with the adhesive layer 50, you may apply | coat a primer to the surface at the side of the adhesive layer 50 side. Examples of the primer include polyurethane and polyester.

透明基材層11の厚さは10〜100μmが好ましく、12〜50μmがより好ましい。透明基材層11の厚さが前記上限値以下であれば、充分な透明性が確保され、金属層12の視認性が向上する。また、透明基材層11の厚さが前記下限値以上であれば、充分な機械的強度が得られる。   10-100 micrometers is preferable and, as for the thickness of the transparent base material layer 11, 12-50 micrometers is more preferable. If the thickness of the transparent base material layer 11 is not more than the above upper limit value, sufficient transparency is ensured, and the visibility of the metal layer 12 is improved. Moreover, if the thickness of the transparent base material layer 11 is more than the said lower limit, sufficient mechanical strength is obtained.

Here, “matte” is to reduce the glossiness (%) measured according to JIS Z8105 by 5% or more, and “non-matte” is that the glossiness is less than 5%.

In this embodiment, when the transparent base material layer 11 is a matte layer, as a matting method, the method of embossing previously on the surface at the side of the metal layer 12 of the transparent base material layer 11 is taken. When embossing is performed in advance on the surface of the transparent base layer 11 on the metal layer 12 side, irregularities can be formed on the surface of the metal layer 12 on the transparent surface layer 20 side, and the metallic luster can be suppressed.
When the adhesive layer 30 is a matte layer, the matte method includes a method of scattering light incident on the adhesive layer 30 by containing light scattering particles having a refractive index different from that of the adhesive, and the adhesive layer 30. What is necessary is just to take the method of embossing the surface of this and to scatter the light which injects into the adhesive bond layer 30 previously. By scattering the light incident on the adhesive layer 30, the metallic luster of the metal layer 12 can be suppressed.
Examples of the material for the light scattering particles include inorganic materials such as silica, silica-alumina, titanium oxide, titania, calcium carbonate, and carbon, and organic materials such as acrylic resin and urethane resin.
The light scattering particles preferably have a refractive index difference from the resin constituting the adhesive layer 30 of 0.1 or more because the light scattering property is higher and the matting effect is higher. .2 or more is more preferable.
The shape of the light scattering particles is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a spherical shape, a scale shape, a polyhedral shape, and a needle shape. The volume average particle diameter of the light-scattering particles is preferably 0.1 to 100 μm, and more preferably 0.5 to 50 μm.
