Description
Claims (14)
- 操縦面(111,211,331,431,541,121−225)と、飛行機のロール、ヨー、ピッチ及び空力制動の飛行機能を制御する、前記操縦面と関連する複数のアクチュエータとを備える、飛行機用の飛行制御システムにおいて、前記飛行機能の少なくとも一つを制御する前記複数のアクチュエータ(111a1−211a1,121a−225a)の全てが共通の所定の使用可能パワーを出力する電気機械式アクチュエータであり、前記複数の電気機械式アクチュエータと関連する前記操縦面の一部分が前記電気機械式アクチュエータから前記所定の使用可能パワーを受けることができる分割された操縦面(111,211,331,431,541)であって、該分割された操縦面は、一つのアクチュエータが故障の場合の使用可能パワーと所要パワーに対するアクチュエータのウェートとの比に対応する効率で制御され、前記分割された操縦面の各々が少なくとも2つの独立した表面(113,114,...,545)からなり、1つの前記電気機械式アクチュエータが固着して関連する前記操縦面の1つの前記独立した表面が固着した場合には、固着した該独立した表面は固着した前記電気機械式アクチュエータとは別の電気機械式アクチュエータから前記所定の使用可能パワーを受けて制御され、関連する前記操縦面の残りの機能的な前記独立した表面は、固着した前記独立した表面とは別に、関連する前記電気機械式アクチュエータから前記使用可能パワーを受けて制御可能であり続け、該残りの独立した表面が固着した前記独立した表面の応力による第1の効果に応じた飛行機の運動に対抗するような第2の効果を奏して飛行機を制御し続けることを特徴とする飛行制御システム。
- 前記分割された操縦面の一部分は分割された昇降舵(333,334,433,434)を含む、請求項1記載の飛行制御システム。
- 前記分割された操縦面の一部分は分割された方向舵(543,544,545)を含む、請求項2記載の飛行制御システム。
- 前記分割された操縦面の一部分は分割された補助翼(113,114,115,213,214,215)を含む、請求項1−3のいずれかに記載の飛行制御システム。
- 前記分割された操縦面の一部分は分割された昇降舵及び/又は方向舵及び/又は補助翼を含み、分割された昇降舵の各々は2つの独立した昇降舵表面(333,334,433,434)からなり、分割された方向舵の各々は2つの独立した方向舵表面(543,544,545)からなり、分割された補助翼の各々は2つの独立した補助翼表面(113,114,213,214)からなる、請求項1−4のいずれかに記載の飛行制御システム。
- 前記分割された操縦面の一部分は分割された昇降舵及び/又は方向舵及び/又は補助翼を含み、前記分割された操縦面の各々は3つの独立した表面からなる、請求項1−4のいずれかに記載の飛行制御システム。
- 前記分割された操縦面の独立した表面の各々は少なくとも1つの電気機械式アクチュエータにより制御される、請求項1−6のいずれかに記載の飛行制御システム。
- 前記分割された操縦面の独立した表面の各々は同時に機能する少なくとも2つの電気機械式アクチュエータにより制御される、請求項7記載の飛行制御システム。
- 少なくとも1つのグループの前記分割された操縦面の独立した表面の各々は単一の電気機械式アクチュエータにより制御され、前記分割された操縦面のグループに属する少なくとも1つの独立した表面(115,215)がバランシング手段(116,216)を備える、請求項1−7のいずれかに記載の飛行制御システム。
- 飛行機の空力制動機能を制御するエアブレーキ操縦面(121,..,225)に属する各操縦面は単一の電気機械式アクチュエータ(121a,...,225a)により制御される、請求項1−9のいずれかに記載の飛行制御システム。
- 前記電気機械式アクチュエータは不可逆伝動に従って構成され、前記電気機械式アクチュエータの不可逆性は回転運動を平行移動に変換する装置により保証される、請求項10記載の飛行制御システム。
- 飛行機の空力制動機能を制御するエアブレーキ操縦面(121,..,225)に属する各操縦面は少なくとも2つの電気機械式アクチュエータ(121a,121a2,...,225a2)により制御される、請求項1−9のいずれかに記載の飛行制御システム。
- 前記飛行機能の少なくとも2つを制御する操縦面と関連する電気機械式アクチュエータ はすべて同一である、請求項1−9及び12のいずれかに記載の飛行制御システム。
- 請求項1−13のいずれかに記載の飛行制御システムが設けられた飛行機。
