Description

In the present invention, when a utility pole erected on the ground breaks near the base due to a human accident such as a vehicle collision or a natural disaster such as an earthquake, in order to temporarily restore the broken utility pole, The present invention relates to a breakable utility pole temporary support device that temporarily supports a broken portion on the ground and a breakable utility pole temporary support method.

A utility pole may break at the base due to a collision of a vehicle or the like with the utility pole or a natural disaster. If the utility pole breaks, it may incline and block roads and sidewalks, resulting in traffic congestion and accidents such as human touching electric wires and electric shocks. For this reason, in order not to change the inclination of the broken utility pole (become large) or collapse, install a pole body on the side of the utility pole, temporarily support the top from the base of the utility pole to the pole body, It is necessary to maintain the distance from the road (sidewalk) and to secure the ground clearance of the electric wires and pole equipment.

14-18 is explanatory drawing which shows the operation | work procedure for temporarily fixing the conventional broken telephone pole. FIGS. 14A to 18A are perspective views, and FIGS. 14B to 18B are views of the broken power pole 101 viewed in the axial direction.

As the vehicle collides with the utility pole 100 extending in the vertical direction, the utility pole 100 becomes a broken utility pole 101 broken at the ground as shown in FIG. Suppose that it has shifted | deviated from the underground remaining part 104 of the lower part from the underground buried under the ground. When temporarily supporting the broken ground portion 102, as shown in FIG. 15, the worker opens the opening of the remaining ground portion 104 in the reinforcing bar 103 in the utility pole 100 that is exposed when the utility pole 100 is broken. The covering reinforcing bar 103 is cut. Next, as shown in FIG. 16, the worker bends the reinforcing bar 103 protruding from the broken ground part 102 and the remaining ground part 104 so that the reinforcing bar 103 does not exist on the opening of the remaining ground part 104. Next, as shown in FIG. 17, the worker inserts the reinforcing pipe 110 into the ground remaining portion 104, and puts stone or concrete debris into the gap between the inner wall of the ground remaining portion 104 and the reinforcing pipe 110. Pack and fill the gaps. Then, as shown in FIG. 18, the worker wraps the fixed chain 112 around the broken ground portion 102 and the reinforcing pipe 110, so that the broken ground portion 102 is temporarily supported by the reinforcing pipe 110.

Conventionally, as this type of technology, there is a technology described in Patent Document 1. According to Patent Document 1, when the broken pole is temporarily restored, the reinforcing pipe is attached to the circular hole of the remaining ground part, and the reinforcing pipe is inclined easily when the broken ground part of the broken pole is fixed to the reinforcing pipe. A technique is described in which a single spacer is inserted into and the reinforcing tube is pulled toward the broken ground by hitting it with a hammer or the like.

However, since the reinforcement pipe used for temporary support has a considerable weight (75 kg), a large vehicle is required for transportation, and many people (about 3 to 5 persons) are required for installation work of the reinforcement pipe. Requires labor.

In particular, much work and time are required for the work of cutting the reinforcing bars and the work of bending the reinforcing bars shown in FIGS. In other words, moving or cutting the reinforcing bars connecting the remaining part of the utility pole and the broken ground part leads to instability of the broken ground part, which means that the broken ground part becomes unstable. It leads to the possibility of doing. Furthermore, if the broken ground part collapses, it may lead to accidents such as power outages and electric shocks. For this reason, it is necessary to perform the work of cutting the reinforcing bars and the work of bending the reinforcing bars carefully and safely, and much labor and time are required accordingly.

The present invention solves such problems, makes it easy to transport a member used for temporary support of a broken ground part, and realizes improved safety in the temporary support work of a broken power pole. An object is to provide a temporary support device and a broken pole pole temporary support method.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration.

(1) From a ground remaining part extending along the vertical direction and having an opening on the ground side, and a broken ground part located above the ground remaining part and moved by breakage from the position of the ground remaining part A breakable electric pole temporary support device that is attached to a broken electric pole and temporarily supports the broken ground portion, wherein the temporary pole body is erected on the ground from the inside of the remaining ground part, and the broken ground is disposed on the temporary pillar body. A fixing member for fixing the portion, wherein the temporary pillar body has a plurality of through holes formed on a plate surface, and is inserted into the ground remaining portion so that the plurality of through holes are the ground remaining portion. The temporary column body 10 includes an underground disk member 12, a rod-shaped member 14, a ground disk member 16, and a cap portion 18.

The underground disk member 12 is made of a member having a plurality of through holes 20 formed on the disk surface, inserted into the remaining ground portion, and disposed at a predetermined position inside the remaining ground portion 104. .

The rod-like member 14 is a metal rod made of a reinforcing bar, and a plurality of rod-like members 14 are inserted into the remaining ground portion 104. As for the number of the rod-shaped members 14, four or more are desirable. In the present embodiment, the case of five is described as an example.

The ground-side disk member 16 is made of a member having a plurality of through holes 22 formed on the disk surface, and the plurality of through-holes 22 of the plurality of ground-side disk members 16 are inserted into the ground remaining portion 104. The rod-shaped member 14 is inserted from the upper end of the rod-shaped member 14 and is disposed at a predetermined position of the portion of the rod-shaped member 14 that extends to the ground. In the present embodiment, the three ground side disk members 16 are arranged at predetermined positions of the rod-shaped member 14.

The cap portion 18 covers the upper end portions of the plurality of rod-like members 14 inserted into the remaining ground portion 104 together.

2A and 2B are explanatory views showing the configuration of the underground disk member 12, FIG. 2A is a plan view, and FIG. 2B is a side view.

The underground side disc member 12 includes an underground side cylindrical portion 12a that is an outer periphery and an underground side small cylindrical portion 12b that is disposed inside the underground side cylindrical portion 12a. According to the present embodiment, the underground cylindrical portion 12a is a cylindrical body having an outer diameter of 250 mm and a height of 20 mm, and the underground small cylinder portion 12b is a cylindrical body having an inner diameter of 40 mm and a height of 20 mm. The middle small cylindrical portion 12b is arranged in a total of 17 pieces, one at the center of the underground cylindrical portion 12a, four around the center, and 12 around the middle. The holes of these 17 underground small cylindrical portions 12 b become through holes 20.

FIGS. 3A and 3B are explanatory views showing the configuration of the ground side disk member 16, in which FIG. 3A is a plan view and FIG. 3B is a side view.

The ground-side disc member 16 includes a ground-side cylindrical portion 16a serving as an outer periphery and a ground-side small cylindrical portion 16b disposed inside the ground-side cylindrical portion 16a. According to the present embodiment, the ground side disc member 16 and the underground side disc member 12 are the same except that the ground side cylindrical portion 16a and the ground side small cylindrical portion 16b are cylinders having a height of 25 mm. Dimensions. That is, the ground-side disk member 16 has a higher strength than the underground-side disk member 12 because the height, that is, the width in the axial direction is large.

4A and 4B are explanatory views showing the configuration of the rod-shaped member 14, in which FIG. 4A is a side view, FIG. 4B is a front view, and FIG. 4C is a plan view.

The rod-shaped member 14 is a substantially cylindrical long metal rod. At the upper part of the rod-shaped member 14, hooks 24 are formed at a plurality of locations. The hook portion 24 is composed of a concavo-convex portion in which a plurality of concave portions extending in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the rod-shaped member 14 are arranged. Moreover, the uneven | corrugated | grooved part is formed in the front side and the back side, and if the front side is a recessed part, the convex part is formed in the back side. The width of the recess is set to 30 mm, for example, so that the ground side disk member 16 can be hooked. According to this embodiment, the hook part 24 is formed in four places.

A protrusion 26 is formed at the lower part of the rod-shaped member 14. The protruding portion 26 is formed in an isosceles triangular shape through which the rod-shaped member 14 passes on the center line. According to the present embodiment, the length of the bottom side of the protrusion 26 is set to 70 mm. For this reason, when the lower end portion of the rod-like member 14 is inserted into the through hole 20 of the underground side disk member 12, the protrusion 26 comes into contact with the plate surface of the underground side disk member 12, and has a predetermined length. More insertions are restricted. In other words, only a portion having a predetermined length from the lower end of the rod-shaped member 14 is inserted into the underground disk member 12.

FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram showing the configuration of the cap unit 18. The cap portion 18 is formed of a bottomed cylindrical member whose upper portion is closed, and a plurality of hole portions 18 a are formed side by side on the circumferential surface of the cap portion 18. Although details will be described later, when attaching the metal chain to be the fixing member 50 to the cap portion 18, the U-shaped shackle 19 to which the metal chain is connected is passed through the holes 18a and 18a, thereby fixing the fixing member to the cap portion 18. 50 metal chains are connected.

Further, the cap portion 18 is provided with a plurality of ring portions 18b extending downward in a ring shape. The plurality of ring portions 18b are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction.
In addition, in the cap part 18, as shown in FIG. 6, you may attach the U-shaped metal fitting 18c instead of the some hole 18a.

Next, a breakable power pole temporary support method for temporarily supporting the breakable ground portion 102 using the breakable power pole temporary support device 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 to 10, FIGS. 7A to 10A are perspective views, and FIGS. 7B to 10B are views of the broken pole 101 viewed in the axial direction. .

As the vehicle collides with the utility pole, the utility pole 100 breaks at the ground as shown in FIG. 14, and the broken ground portion 102 above the ground at the power pole is lower than the ground buried in the ground. Suppose that it has shifted | deviated from the remaining part 104 on the ground. In the work of temporarily supporting the broken ground part 102 using the broken utility pole temporary support device 1, first, an operator, as shown in FIG. 7, rebars connecting the broken ground part 102 and the remaining ground part 104. The underground disk member 12 is inserted from the gap, and the underground disk member 12 is installed at a predetermined position in the remaining ground portion 104 so that the through hole 20 faces in the vertical direction. Specifically, after preparing a plurality of string-like members 30 having end portions attached with carabiners, first attaching one string-like member 30 to the underground disk member 12 via the carabiner. Then, the underground side disk member 12 is inserted into the remaining ground portion 104. Next, another string-like member 30 is attached around the underground disk member 12 with the underground disk member 12 positioned at the upper part of the remaining ground portion 104. Then, the underground disk member 12 is positioned at a predetermined position in the remaining ground portion 104 by lowering the string-like member 30 into the remaining ground portion 104. Furthermore, the underground side disk member 12 is adjusted so that the plurality of string-like members 30 are operated so that the through-hole 20 faces in the vertical direction. Finally, by fixing the string-like member 30, the underground disk member 12 is installed in the remaining ground portion 104. In addition, since the string-like member 30 will support the some rod-shaped member 14 and the ground side disc member 16, it is desirable that it is a thing with high intensity | strength like a metal wire, for example.

Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the worker inserts the five rod-shaped members 14 from the gaps of the reinforcing bars connecting the broken ground portion 102 and the ground remaining portion 104, and in the underground side disk member 12. It is inserted into any of the 17 through holes 20 (see FIG. 2). According to the present embodiment, the lower end portion of the rod-shaped member 14 is formed in the central through hole 20 and the through holes 20 corresponding to the four corners of the square, and the protrusion 26 (see FIG. 4) is formed in the underground side disk member 12. Insert until it touches. As a result, the upper end portions of the five rod-shaped members 14 protrude substantially vertically upward from the opening of the remaining ground portion 104.

Next, the worker passes the through hole 22 of the ground side disk member 16 from the upper ends of the five bar members 14, and the ground side disk member 16 is hooked by the hook portion 24 of the bar member 14 (see FIG. 4). 9, the ground-side disk member 16 is positioned at a predetermined position of the rod-shaped member 14 as shown in FIG. 9. According to this embodiment, the three ground side disk members 16 are inserted into the rod-shaped member 14. The rod-like member 14 and the ground-side disc member 16 are brought into close contact with each other using a wire or the like so that the ground-side disc member 16 does not deviate from the rod-like member 14. It may be maintained in a hung state.

Next, the worker attaches the cap portion 18 to the upper end portions of the five rod-shaped members 14 as shown in FIG. As a result, the temporary column 10 is erected on the remaining ground portion 104. Further, one end of the string-like member is fixed to the ring portion 18b (see FIGS. 5 and 6) of the cap portion 18, and the other end portion is positioned at the lower portion of the ring portion 18b. The member 16 and the reinforcing bars near the opening of the remaining ground portion 104 are fixed. Thereby, it becomes difficult for the cap part 18 to remove | deviate from the upper end part of the five rod-shaped members 14. FIG.

Next, as shown in FIG. 11, the worker attaches the wire tensioner 60 to the hole 18 a of the cap portion 18 and winds the chain of the wire tensioner 60 around the broken ground portion 102. Similarly, the wire tensioner 60 is attached to the ground side disk member 16 located below the cap portion 18, and the chain of the wire tensioner 60 is wound around the broken ground portion 102. In FIG. 11, the tensioner 60 is attached to one ground side disk member 16, but the tensioner 60 may be attached to all the ground side disk members 16. Then, the operator pulls the broken ground portion 102 toward the temporary column 10 by operating the wire tensioner 60 and tightening the chain.

Next, as shown in FIG. 12, the worker winds the metal chain that becomes the fixing member 50 around the broken ground portion 102, and both ends of the cap portion 18 and the ground-side disk to which the wire tensioner 60 is attached. Fix to member 16. Specifically, a U-shaped shackle 19 (see FIGS. 5 and 6) is attached to the end of the metal chain that becomes the fixing member 50, and the hole 18 a of the cap 18, the U-shaped metal fitting 18 c, and the ground side disk member 16. The metal chain which becomes the fixing member 50 is connected to the cap portion 18 and the ground side disk member 16 by passing through the through hole 22.

Then, the worker removes the wire tensioner 60 after attaching the fixing member 50. Through the above steps, the broken ground portion 102 is temporarily supported by the temporary column 10 as shown in FIG.

According to the present embodiment configured as described above, the temporary column 10 to be erected on the remaining ground portion 104 includes the underground disk member 12, the plurality of rod members 14, and the ground disk. Since it is composed of the member 16 and the cap portion 18, it is possible to reduce the weight of the parts and to assemble on-site, so it is possible to reduce the labor required for transporting the temporary column 10 Become. In addition, the underground side disk member 12 and the plurality of rod-like members 14 can be removed from the gap between the reinforcing bars 103 even when the reinforcing bars 103 in the utility poles exist at the upper part of the opening of the remaining ground portion 104 at the broken part of the broken poles 101. It becomes possible to insert the underground side disk member 12 and the rod-shaped member 14 into the remaining ground portion 104. For this reason, it becomes possible to omit the operation | work concerning the cutting | disconnection and bending of the reinforcing bar 103 near the opening of the remaining ground part 104 in the past, and the work time which fixes the broken ground part 102 to the temporary column body 10 is shortened. It becomes possible.

Moreover, according to this embodiment, since the axial length (height) of the ground-side disk member 16 is larger than the axial length (height) of the underground-side disk member 12, the temporary column is provided. The strength of the ground part of the body 10 can be improved. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the ground side disk member 16 from being deformed when a load is applied to the ground side disk member 16 by connecting the fixing member 50 to the ground side disk member 16. become.

Moreover, according to this embodiment, when the rod-shaped member 14 has the protrusion part 26, it is controlled that the lower end part of the rod-shaped member 14 is inserted more than predetermined length. This makes it possible to align the plurality of rod-shaped members and to define the length of the plurality of rod-shaped members extending to the ground.

Moreover, according to this embodiment, since the rod-shaped member 14 has the hook part 24, it is possible to position the ground side disk member 16 inserted into the rod-shaped member 14 at the position where the hook part 24 is formed. Thus, it is possible to prevent the ground-side disk member 16 from falling along the rod-shaped member 14 during the work.

Further, according to the present embodiment, since the fixing member 50 is connected to the ground side disk member 16 and the cap portion 18, the pulling by the fixing member 50 does not directly act on the rod-shaped member 14. This makes it possible to prevent the rod-shaped member 14 from being deformed when the fixed ground member 102 is temporarily supported by the temporary column body 10 by the fixing member 50.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, embodiment of this invention is not restricted to embodiment mentioned above. For example, the ground side disk member 16 may be configured as shown in FIG.

In FIG. 13, the ground-side disc member 16 includes a ground-side cylindrical portion 16a serving as an outer periphery and a ground-side small cylindrical portion 16b disposed inside the ground-side cylindrical portion 16a. According to this embodiment, the ground side cylindrical portion 16a is a cylindrical body having an outer diameter of 250 mm and a height of 25 mm, and the ground side small cylindrical portion 16b is a cylindrical body having an inner diameter of 40 mm and a height of 25 mm. That is, the height of the ground side disk member 16 is set to be larger than the height of the underground side disk member 12.
