Claims (15)
- 式(Y1−w−x−y−zScwLaxGdyLuz)2−a(SO4)3:Meaの波長変換化合物を有する波長変換材料であって、Meは、UV−C放射可能な三価の陽イオン又は三価の陽イオンの混合物を表し、w、x、y、zの各々は、0.0から1.0の範囲にあり、w+x+y+z≦1.0であり、0.0005≦a≦0.2である、波長変換材料。
- Meは、Pr3+、Nd3+、Bi3+の少なくとも1つを有する、請求項1記載の波長変換材料。
- 0.002≦a≦0.1である、請求項1記載の波長変換材料。
- 共ドーパントとして少なくとも1つの他の三価の陽イオンを更に有する、請求項2記載の波長変換材料。
- 請求項1記載の波長変換材料を有する、波長変換スクリーン又は被覆。
- 変換される紫外光の光源と、前記光源からの紫外光を変換するための、請求項1記載の波長変換材料、あるいは、請求項5記載の波長変換スクリーン又は被覆と、を有する、照明装置。
- Ar、Kr、Xe、F2、Cl2、Br2、I2のうちの1以上を有する気体を含む放電容器を有する放電ランプであって、前記放電容器の壁の少なくとも一部が、請求項1記載の波長変換材料を備える、請求項6記載の照明装置。
- 請求項1記載の波長変換材料、請求項5記載の波長変換スクリーン又は被覆、あるいは、請求項6記載の照明装置、を有する、医療機器。
- 光線療法装置である、請求項8記載の医療機器。
- 請求項1記載の波長変換材料、請求項5記載の波長変換スクリーン又は被覆、あるいは、請求項6記載の照明装置、を有する、美容機器。
- 紫外線照射のための請求項6記載の照明装置を有する、システム。
- 殺菌用紫外線照射による殺菌、消毒、又は、浄化のための、請求項11記載のシステム。
- 殺菌、消毒、又は、浄化のための、請求項1記載の波長変換材料の使用。
- 美容における、請求項1記載の波長変換材料の使用。
- 請求項1記載の波長変換材料の生成方法であって、
Y、Lu、Sc、La、又は、Gdの酸化物を、前記三価の陽イオンの硫酸塩又は酸化物と硫酸含有の媒体中で反応させるステップと、
前記媒体を除去するステップと、を有する、方法。
