Claims (8)
- 非鉄金属部材の製造方法であって、
非鉄金属の所定形状のベース部材を形成する工程と、
前記ベース部材の表面に密着膜を形成する工程と、
前記密着膜が形成された前記ベース部材にショットピーニングを行って非鉄金属部材を得る工程と、
を含み、
前記密着膜を形成する工程は、前記ベース部材に塗装を行う工程を含み、
前記塗装の後に、前記ベース部材にショットピーニングを行う、非鉄金属部材の製造方法。 - 前記密着膜は、前記ベース部材の前記ショットピーニングが行われる部分において連続して形成されている、請求項1に記載の非鉄金属部材の製造方法。
- 前記ベース部材に塗装を行う工程は、前記ベース部材を加熱する工程を含む、請求項1または2に記載の非鉄金属部材の製造方法。
- 前記ベース部材に塗装を行う工程は、複数種類の塗膜を積層する工程を含み、
前記複数種類の塗膜を積層した後に、前記ベース部材にショットピーニングを行う、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の非鉄金属部材の製造方法。 - 前記密着膜は有機塗料を含む塗膜である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の非鉄金属部材の製造方法。
- 前記非鉄金属は、マグネシウム合金またはアルミニウム合金である、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の非鉄金属部材の製造方法。
- 前記非鉄金属部材は前記ベース部材の表面に凹凸を有する、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の非鉄金属部材の製造方法。
- 前記非鉄金属部材はホイールである、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の非鉄金属部材の製造方法。
