Claims (5)
- 複数の動翼組立体(30)の構造であって、
プラットフォーム(32)と、
前記プラットフォーム(32)から半径方向外向きに延在する翼形部(34)と、
前記プラットフォーム(32)から半径方向内向きに延在するシャンク(36)であって、正圧側側壁(42)、負圧側側壁(44)、上流側側壁(46)及び下流側側壁(48)を含むシャンク(36)と、
前記上流側側壁(46)に隣接して配置され且つ前記動翼組立体(30)と隣接の動翼組立体(30)との間にシールを形成するように構成されたシール・ピン(112)と、
前記プラットフォーム(32)に隣接して配置され、前端部(117)及び後端部(118)を含むダンパー・ピン(116)であって、前記前端部(117)は前記上流側側壁(46)に隣接して配置され、前記後端部(118)は前記下流側側壁(48)に隣接して配置され、前記動翼組立体(30)と隣接の動翼組立体(30)との間の振動を減衰させるように構成されているダンパー・ピン(116)と
を有し、
前記側壁(42,44,46,48)が少なくとも部分的に内部冷却回路(90)を画成し、
前記冷却回路(90)が、冷却媒体(95)を受け取って、該冷却媒体を前記翼形部(34)へ供給するように構成されており、
前記上流側側壁(46)が少なくとも部分的に内部冷却通路(80)を画成し且つ少なくとも部分的に外部吸込み区域(70)を画成しており、
前記冷却通路(80)が、前記上流側側壁の正圧側側面又は負圧側側面の1つにより画成された前記冷却通路の開口を通じて、前記冷却回路(90)から隣接の動翼組立体(30)の吸込み区域(70)へ冷却媒体(95)の一部分を供給するように構成され、
前記冷却通路(80)は外部冷却通路開口(84)を含み、該冷却通路開口(84)は高温ガス流(28)に関して前記シール・ピン(112)と実質的に整列し、
前記動翼組立体(30)及び隣接の動翼組立体(30)が更にそれらの間に前記吸込み区域(70)を画成し、
前記吸込み区域(70)に供給された冷却媒体(95)が前記隣接の動翼組立体(30)の前記シール・ピン(112)の少なくとも一部分、及び、前記ダンパー・ピン(116)の前記前端部(117)の少なくとも一部分と相互作用して、該シール・ピン(112)及び該前端部(117)を冷却する
ことを特徴とする、複数の動翼組立体(30)の構造。 - 前記上流側側壁(46)は、外面(62)、内面(64)、正圧面(66)及び負圧面(68)を含み、前記吸込み区域(70)が前記負圧面(68)及び前記プラットフォーム(32)に隣接して画成されている、請求項1記載の複数の動翼組立体(30)の構造。
- 前記冷却通路(80)は外部冷却通路開口(84)を含み、該冷却通路開口(84)は高温ガス流(28)に関して前記シール・ピン(112)の上流側に配置されている、請求項1又は2に記載の複数の動翼組立体(30)の構造。
- 前記冷却媒体(95)が前記吸込み区域(70)内で高温ガス流(28)と混合して、該高温ガス流(28)を冷却する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の複数の動翼組立体(30)の構造。
- 前記冷却媒体(95)は、高温ガス流(28)が前記吸込み区域(70)に入るのを防止する吸込み障壁を構成する、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の複数の動翼組立体(30)の構造。
