Description
−周期的な生理学的信号の2周期以上におよぶ期間にわたり生理学的信号を繰り返し収集するステップであり、次の期間は前の期間に隣接している又は重なっているステップ、
−各々の期間内にある生理学的信号から既定のパラメタの組の値を抽出するステップであり、前記パラメタは前記期間内にある生理学的信号を特徴付けているステップ、及び
−前記抽出した既定のパラメタの組の値に基づいて各々の期間内にある生理学的信号を分類するステップ、
を有する。
−前記周期的な生理学的信号を測定するのに適したセンサ、
−その期間に生理学的信号が解析される、周期的な生理学的信号の2周期以上におよぶ期間を繰り返し規定する期間規定ユニットであり、次の期間は前の期間に隣接している又は重なっている、期間規定ユニット、
−前記期間内にある生理学的信号から既定のパラメタの組の値を抽出する抽出ユニットであり、前記パラメタは前記期間内にある生理学的信号を特徴付けている、抽出ユニット、並びに
−前記期間内にある生理学的信号を、前記抽出した既定のパラメタ値の組に基づいて分類する分類ユニット
を有する。
Claims (15)
- 周期的な生理学的信号を処理する装置の作動方法において、
前記装置の収集手段が、前記周期的な生理学的信号の2周期以上におよぶ期間にわたり前記生理学的信号を繰り返し収集するステップであり、連続する期間は互いに隣接している又は部分的に重なっている、ステップ、
前記装置の抽出手段が、各々の期間内にある前記生理学的信号から既定のパラメタの組の値を抽出するステップであり、前記パラメタの値は前記期間内にある前記生理学的信号を特徴付けている、ステップ、及び
前記装置の分類手段が、前記抽出した既定のパラメタの組の値に基づいて各々の期間内にある前記生理学的信号を、前記生理学的信号の品質について分類するステップ、
を有する方法。 - 前記生理学的信号を分類するステップの後、各々の期間に対し、前記装置の周波数抽出手段が、前記分類した生理学的信号の周波数を抽出するステップをさらに含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記周波数を抽出するステップの後、前記装置の計算手段が、各々の期間内にある生理学的信号の前記抽出した周波数に対する信頼値を、対応する期間にある前記生理学的信号から抽出した前記既定のパラメタの組の値、及び前記抽出した周波数値に基づいて計算するステップ、
をさらに含む請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記分類するステップは、各々の期間に許容又は拒否とラベル付けするステップを有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生理学的信号の周波数は、拒否とラベル付けされた各々の期間には抽出されない、請求項2及び4に記載の方法。
- 前記生理学的信号は、患者の呼吸及び/又は脈拍を表している請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記既定のパラメタは、前記生理学的信号を、時間、周波数及び/又は空間における位置の関数として特徴付ける請求項1に記載の方法。
- 次の期間と前の期間との間に重なりがある場合、前記分類するステップは、前記前の期間と重なっていない前記次の期間の一部に対してのみ行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記分類するステップは、前記既定のパラメタの組の統計的データベースにも基づいている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記生理学的信号を繰り返し収集するステップの前に、前記装置の条件付け手段が、前記生理学的信号を条件付けするステップをさらに含み、前記生理学的信号を繰り返し収集するステップは、条件付けられた前記信号を繰り返し収集するステップを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 多重生理学的信号が同時に収集され、前記抽出及び分類するステップが前記多重生理学的信号の各々に対し別々に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 周期的な生理学的信号を監視するための装置において、前記装置は、
前記周期的な生理学的信号を測定するのに適したセンサ、
前記周期的な生理学的信号の2周期以上におよぶ期間を繰り返し規定する期間規定ユニットであり、前記期間において前記生理学的信号が解析され、連続する期間は互いに隣接している又は部分的に重なっている、ユニット
現在の期間内にある前記生理学的信号から既定のパラメタの組の値を抽出する抽出ユニットであり、前記パラメタは前記現在の期間内にある前記生理学的信号を特徴付けているユニット、並びに
前記期間内にある前記生理学的信号を、前記抽出した既定のパラメタの組の値に基づいて、前記生理学的信号の品質について分類する分類ユニット
を有する装置。 - 前記センサは多軸加速度計を有し、測定される前記生理学的信号は、前記多軸に対応する多重サブ信号を有し、前記サブ信号は同期して解析される、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 分類した前記生理学的信号の周波数の値を決定するための周波数決定ユニットをさらに有する、請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、多重センサを有すると共に、その各々が別々に又は組み合わせて解析される多重生理学的信号を測定するに適している、請求項12に記載の装置。
