Description

The present invention relates to a product processing apparatus and ice confectionery manufacturing apparatus.

In general, an ice confection manufacturing apparatus uses an elongated cup-shaped mold called an ice tube. The ice tube is filled with a fluid raw material such as an ice cream mix and cooled in a brine cooling tank, and then the product in the ice tube is extracted. The inner surface of the ice tube has a smooth tapered surface to facilitate the extraction of the product.

In many cases, the shape extracted from the ice tube is the final product shape, but in recent years, the surface has been coated with chocolate or the like on the coating, and nut pieces and colorful pieces have been added in order to respond to the diversity of consumer preferences. Many kinds of products with added value are provided by topping chocolate grains and the like.

When the coating is formed on the product surface as described above, the coating may be peeled off or the topping grains may be detached if the temperature of the product surface is not sufficiently low. In particular, if the coating is formed thick or a large amount of large topping is sprayed, the possibility of the separation / detachment increases.

For this reason, the product is immersed in a cooling liquid layer such as liquid nitrogen immediately before or after forming the coating. In order to make the surface of the product sufficiently low in temperature, the immersion time may be increased. However, if the immersion time is increased, the production line must be temporarily stopped during that time, so that the production efficiency is lowered.

Therefore, the applicant of the present application has previously proposed an ice confection manufacturing apparatus that can lengthen the cooling time without reducing the production efficiency (Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-67258). In this apparatus, a cooling liquid tank is formed long along the product conveyance direction, so that it can be sufficiently cooled without reducing the conveyance speed of the product on which the coating is formed.

Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-67258

However, in the apparatus of Patent Document 1, the coolant tank is considerably larger than the conventional one, resulting in high cost. Also, a larger space than before is required to install the apparatus. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a product processing apparatus and ice confectionery manufacturing apparatus capable of performing sufficient cooling processing of a product with high production efficiency without increasing the size of a processing section for processing such as cooling.

FIG. 1 is a schematic side view showing the entire ice confection manufacturing apparatus 100. The apparatus 100 includes a first conveyor 10 on the upstream side in the transport direction and a second conveyor 20 on the downstream side in the transport direction. The 1st conveyor 10 is for manufacturing the intermediate product of ice confectionery with a stick. The second conveyor 20 is for forming a coating such as chocolate on the surface of the intermediate product.

Both the first conveyor 10 and the second conveyor 20 are configured as horizontal slat conveyors. The upstream end of the second conveyor 20 is arranged so as to overlap the upper part of the downstream end of the first conveyor 10. At the downstream end of the first conveyor 10, the stick Pa of the intermediate product P is gripped by the gripping claws 40 of the second conveyor 20 as will be described later with reference to FIG. In this way, the intermediate product P is transferred from the first conveyor 10 to the second conveyor 20 and conveyed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the first conveyor 10 has a plurality of slats 12 spanned between chains 11 arranged in the width direction. The chain 11 is stretched between the drive sprocket 14 and the driven sprocket 15 as shown in FIG. As the drive sprocket 14 rotates counterclockwise, the upper side of the first conveyor 10 moves to the left as indicated by the arrow.

A plurality of (12 in the illustrated example) ice tubes 13 are held at equal intervals on the inner surface side of the slat 12 so that mass production is possible. The ice tube 13 is an elongated cylindrical container for molding a product (intermediate product) P, and is formed in a cup shape with an open upper end. The number of ice tubes 13 held in one slat 12 can be set as appropriate according to the specifications of the manufacturing apparatus 100, and is of course not limited to twelve in the illustrated example.

Along the first conveyor 10, a fluid raw material A filling machine 30, a surplus raw material A suction machine 31, a fluid raw material B refilling machine 32 different from the raw material A, a stick insertion machine 33, and a brine cooling tank 34. A mold releasing and thawing device 35 is provided. By raising the temperature of the ice tube 13 with the mold release thawing device 35, the intermediate product in the ice tube 13 is easily released, and the intermediate product P is smoothly transferred to the second conveyor 20. In addition, the said raw material A is fruit juice syrup etc., and becomes a shell part of the surface of a popsicle etc., and the raw material B becomes a soft cream part in the said shell.

As shown in FIG. 3, the 2nd conveyor 20 is comprised so that the some product holding bar 22 may be conveyed with the chain 21 opposed in the width direction. As will be described later, a plurality of gripping claws 40 for gripping the stick Pa of the product P are arranged on the product holding bar 22 at equal intervals.

The chain 21 of the second conveyor 20 is stretched between a driving sprocket 26 and a driven sprocket 27. The drive sprocket 26 is intermittently driven in synchronization with the drive sprocket 14 of the first conveyor 10.

The chain 21 has a roller 21c at a connecting portion of the link plate 21b, and the roller 21c is configured to roll along a roller guide 25 formed on the machine frame 23.

Overhang portions 22 a are provided at both ends of each product holding bar 22, and the leading ends of the overhang portions 22 a are slidably supported by guide rails 24 formed in the machine frame 23 of the second conveyor 20. A rising portion 22b is formed on the upper side of the overhang portion 22a. On the other hand, a pair of dogs 21a is disposed inside the chain 21 for each link plate 21b. The product holding bar 22 is conveyed by the chain 21 while the rising portion 22b is held between the dogs 21a.

As shown in detail in FIG. 4, the product holding bar 22 has a plurality of gripping claws 40 at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction. The grip claw 40 has a claw portion biased in a closing direction by a spring, and holds the end portion of the stick Pa of the product P downward with the claw portion.

When the product holding bar 22 approaches the drive sprocket 26 along the second conveyor 20, the claw portion of the gripping claw 40 is pressed to the open side by the open claw fixed to the machine frame 23 or the like of the second conveyor 20. Thereby, the nail | claw part is forcibly opened against a spring, the product P currently hold | maintained at the product holding bar 22 via the holding nail | claw 40 is discharge | released with dead weight, and is conveyed to a predetermined | prescribed product packaging process.

In the vicinity of the product holding bar 22 passing through the driven sprocket 27, the transport surface of the first conveyor 10 is slightly raised. When the end of the stick Pa protruding upward from the ice tube 13 of the first conveyor 10 rises, the end of the stick Pa pushes and opens the claw of the empty gripping claw 40 against the spring. It is comprised so that it may be hold | gripped by.

A coolant tank 50 and a chocolate tank 60 are disposed below the second conveyor 20. The coolant tank 50 is upstream in the transport direction, and the chocolate tank 60 is downstream in the transport direction. Note that the arrangement of the upstream side and the downstream side may be reversed.

A first elevating cylinder 70 and a second elevating cylinder 80 are disposed above the cooling liquid tank 50 and the chocolate tank 60, respectively. The 1st raising / lowering cylinder 70 functions as a product transfer means to deliver the product P between the 2nd conveyor 20 and the back-and-forth movement member 90 as a product movement means mentioned later.

The first elevating cylinder 70 and the second elevating cylinder 80 simultaneously receive the product holding bar 22 conveyed by the second conveyor 20 and lower it toward the cooling liquid tank 50 and the chocolate tank 60, respectively. When the product holding bar 22 descends toward the cooling liquid tank 50 and the chocolate tank 60, the plurality of products P held by the product holding bar 22 are immersed in the cooling liquid tank 50 and the chocolate tank 60.

As shown in FIG. 5, the first elevating cylinder 70 is disposed as a pair of left and right. A support claw 72 is attached to the lower end portion of the rod portion 71 of the first elevating cylinder 70. The support claw 72 has a horizontal groove 72a having a U-shaped cross section facing each other, and the tip of the protruding portion 22a of the product holding bar 22 can be inserted into the groove 72a from the horizontal direction. The second elevating cylinder 80 can be configured in the same manner as the first elevating cylinder 70.

As shown in FIG. 5, the guide rail 24 has a notch 24 a located above the coolant tank 50. The position of the notch 24a is a “delivery position X” which will be described later with reference to FIG.

The cutout portion 24a is formed to be slightly larger than the support claw 72, and the support claw 72 is configured to be able to enter and leave the cutout portion 24a from below in the vertical direction of the cutout portion 24a. When the guide surface 24b of the guide rail 24 and the height of the concave groove 72a of the support claw 72 coincide with each other, both end portions 22a of the product holding bar 22 guided by the guide rail 24 are inserted into the concave groove 72a of the support claw 72. It becomes possible.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the front and rear moving member 90 as the product moving means sandwiches the second conveyor 20 in the width direction above the cooling liquid tank 50 and at the height of the lowered position of the support claw 72. In other words, they are facing each other. The front / rear moving member 90 is composed of a plate member extending in the horizontal direction (conveying direction of the second conveyor 20), and the first engaging portion 91 and the second engaging portion are formed by a concave notch at the upper edge of the front / rear moving member 90. The part 92 is formed side by side in the transport direction of the second conveyor 20. The first engaging portion 91 and the second engaging portion 92 are configured to be able to receive the protruding portions 22a on both ends of the product holding bar 22 from the upper side in the vertical direction.

The back-and-forth moving member 90 is supported so as to be slidable in the transport direction (horizontal direction) of the second conveyor 20 by support fittings 96 and 97 fixedly disposed on the machine casing 23 of the second conveyor 20 and the like. An arm portion 98 is formed at one end portion of the front-rear moving member 90 so as to hold the support fitting 96 from below. In addition, two presser guides 99 that prevent the back-and-forth moving member 90 from floating above the support metal fitting 96 are fixedly disposed on the machine frame 23 of the second conveyor 20 and the like.

A rack 93 is formed at the lower edge of the front-rear moving member 90, and a drive pinion 94 is engaged with the rack 93. The drive pinion 94 is driven by a servo motor (not shown), and when the drive pinion 94 rotates clockwise in FIG. 7, the forward / backward moving member 90 moves to the right as shown in FIG.

When the drive pinion 94 rotates counterclockwise in FIG. 7, the forward / backward moving member 90 moves to the left as shown in FIG. 7B. This back-and-forth movement stroke is set to be equal to the distance between the first engagement portion 91 and the second engagement portion 92 of the back-and-forth movement member 90.

FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the second conveyor 20 and the operation of the front and rear moving member 90 in association with each other. While the product P held on the product holding bar 22 is being conveyed from the right side to the left side by the second conveyor 20, it is cooled in the cooling liquid tank 50 in the order of (1) to (12) in FIG. For convenience of explanation, in FIG. 8, the product holding bar 22 is distinguished by attaching numbers [1] to [5] to both end portions 22 a of the product holding bar 22. In the following description, [1] to [5] indicate the product holding bar 22 or both end portions 22a thereof.

As shown in FIG. 8 (1), the product holding bar [1] is transported to the delivery position X by the second conveyor 20 in a state in which the back-and-forth moving member 90 moves to the left side (front side in the transport direction of the second conveyor 20). Shall be coming. When both end portions [1] of the product holding bar enter the support claws 72 as shown in FIG. 5B, the rod portion 71 of the first elevating cylinder 70 is extended and the product holding bar [1] is moved to the second conveyor 20. Is separated from the guide rail 24 and descends.

When the product holding bar [1] is lowered as shown in FIG. 8 (2), both end portions [1] thereof are received by the first engaging portion 91 of the front-rear moving member 90. Thereafter, the forward / backward moving member moves to the right as shown in FIG. In addition, after the rightward and backward movement of the forward / backward moving member, the rod portion 71 of the first elevating cylinder 70 is shortened and the support claw 72 is returned to the original height position as shown in FIG. However, it is only this first time that the support claw 72 rises in an empty state. Thereafter, the support claw 72 always moves up and down while always supporting the product holding bar 22.

Next, when the second conveyor 20 is driven and the dog 21a of FIG. 3 presses the rising portion 22b of the product holding bar 22, the product holding bars [2] [3]... Intermittently conveyed at a constant pitch downstream in the conveying direction. When both end portions [2] of the product holding bar enter the recessed groove 72a of the support claw 72, the rod portion 71 of the second elevating cylinder 70 is expanded again, so that the product holding bar 22 is as shown in FIG. To descend. Then, both end portions [2] of the product holding bar are received by the second engaging portion 92 of the longitudinally moving member 90. The rod part 71 and the support claw 72 of the first elevating cylinder 70 stand by in a state as they are.

Next, the forward / backward moving member 90 moves to the left as shown in FIG. Then, both end portions [1] of the product holding bar supported by the back-and-forth moving member 90 enter the recessed groove 72a of the support claw 72 that has been waiting. Thereafter, the rod portion 71 of the first elevating cylinder 70 is shortened to raise the product holding bar [1] as shown in FIG. When the product holding bar rises and its both end portions [1] rise to the height position of the guide surface 24b of the guide rail 24, the rod portion 71 of the first elevating cylinder 70 stops operating.

Next, the second conveyor 20 is driven, and the product holding bars [1] [3] [4]... Are intermittently conveyed at a constant pitch along the guide rail 24 downstream in the conveying direction as shown in FIG. The When the third product holding bar [3] is conveyed to the delivery position X, the second conveyor 20 stops driving.

In the same manner as described above, the rod portion 71 of the first elevating cylinder 70 is extended, and both end portions [3] of the third product holding bar are the first engaging portions of the longitudinally moving member 90 as shown in FIG. Passed to 91. Thereafter, the forward / backward moving member 90 moves to the right as shown in FIG. 8 (9), and the second product holding bar [2] arrives at the delivery position X.

Thus, both end portions [2] of the second product holding bar are inserted into the concave grooves 72a of the support claws 72. In this state, the rod portion 71 of the first elevating cylinder 70 is shortened, and the second product holding bar [2] is raised to the height position of the guide surface 24b of the guide rail 24 as shown in FIG. .

When the second product holding bar 22 rises to the height position of the guide surface 24b of the guide rail 24, the second conveyor 20 is driven at a constant pitch as shown in FIG. ] [5]... Are conveyed downstream. As a result, the fourth product holding bar [4] arrives at the delivery position X, and the rod portion 71 of the first elevating cylinder 70 is extended in the same manner as described above, and the fourth product as shown in FIG. 8 (12). The holding bar [4] is transferred to the second engaging portion 92 of the forward / backward moving member 90.

Thereafter, when the front-rear moving member 90 moves to the left side and the third product holding bar 22 arrives at the delivery position X, the rod portion 71 of the first lifting cylinder 70 is shortened, and the third product holding bar [3]. Is raised to the height position of the guide surface 24 b of the guide rail 24. Then, the second conveyor 20 is driven at a constant pitch to convey the product holding bars [2], [3], and [5] to the downstream side, and move to the delivery position X at the fifth product holding bar [5]. Then, the fifth product holding bar [5] is lowered, the right and left moving member 90 is moved right, the fourth product holding bar [4] is raised, the fourth product holding bar [2] [3] [4]. Continue with transport.

By repeating such a series of cycles, the product P held by the product holding bar 22 is immersed in the cooling liquid tank 50 and moved back and forth in the cooling liquid tank 50 so that the surface of the product P is evenly distributed in the cooling liquid. To cool the surface sufficiently.

The transport amount of the second conveyor 20 is lost as much as the stroke of the left or right movement of the back-and-forth moving member 90 and the lift stroke of the first lift cylinder 70 as compared with the prior art. However, the amount of the loss is small and often falls within the waiting time of other slower processes upstream or downstream of the second conveyor 20. Therefore, the product P can be sufficiently cooled while the product P is in the coolant tank 50 without reducing the production efficiency.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea of the claims. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the product holding bars 22 are transferred to the back-and-forth moving member 90 by the support claws 72 one by one. However, two product holding bars 22 are simultaneously supported by the support claws 72 and the product holding bars 22 are You may make it deliver to the back-and-forth moving member 90 one by one. In this case, it is only necessary to provide four engaging portions for supporting the product holding bar 22 on the longitudinal movement member 90.

Further, the movement position of the front-rear moving member 90 is not limited to the two positions of the front and rear. For example, the front and rear moving member 90 may be provided with three engaging portions, and the product holding bars 22 may be sequentially transferred to the three engaging portions by the support claws 72 one by one. In this case, the moving position of the front and rear moving member 90 is three positions on the front side, the center, and the rear side, so that the product staying time in the processing unit can be further extended without reducing the production efficiency, and the cooling effect can be enhanced. .

In the above-described embodiment, the moving direction of the moving member 90 is set to the front-rear direction in order to convey the products in multiple rows. It is also possible to rotate the product intermittently in the processing unit with a body. In this case, the required product processing time can be earned with a smaller processing unit.
