Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a porous structure and a porous self-supporting membrane .
In general, a self-supporting film is manufactured by forming a film on the surface of a substrate and separating the film from the substrate. For example, the method for manufacturing a silicon carbide (SiC) self-supporting film described in Patent Document 1 manufactures a SiC self-supporting film by eliminating the base material by high-temperature heat treatment. In Patent Document 2, as a method for producing a self-supporting film (porous structure) having pores in the film, a porous structure separated from the substrate is manufactured by removing the substrate by chemical etching or machining. .
The method for producing a porous structure described in Patent Document 3 is a mechanical or chemical means by forming a sacrificial layer having a low bulk density between a base material (matrix) and a porous film (sprayed film). The porous structure is manufactured by separating the porous membrane with the above method. Further, Patent Document 4 describes a method for reusing a base material by removing a deteriorated surface protective film from the parts in a method for recycling apparatus component parts.
However, since the method for producing a self-supporting film described in Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2 needs to damage the base material, there has been a problem that cost reduction is difficult because the base material cannot be reused. . Moreover, the manufacturing method of the porous structure described in Patent Document 3 has a problem that the specific description of the manufacturing method of the porous film and the sacrificial layer is insufficient and it is difficult to actually manufacture the porous structure and the sacrificial layer. Further, since Patent Document 4 is a regeneration method that removes the deteriorated surface porous film from the component parts of the apparatus and reuses only the base material, the porous film is eroded by the chemical solution, thereby producing a porous structure. It was difficult.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a porous structure manufacturing method and a porous self-supporting membrane that can easily manufacture a porous structure.

The method for producing a porous structure in the present embodiment can easily produce a porous structure.
