Description
Claims (13)
- 皮膚表面を有する皮膚組織領域を処置する装置の作動方法であって、前記装置は複数の無線周波数電極を有し、前記方法は、
前記皮膚組織領域内の複数の折り目を有する変形形状に維持された変形された皮膚組織領域の向かい合う側に前記皮膚表面に接触して配置される前記複数の無線周波数電極が、前記変形された皮膚組織領域を通じる空間的に連続する無線周波数エネルギ流を発するステップであって、前記無線周波数エネルギ流は、前記変形された皮膚組織領域の少なくとも一部を加熱するのに十分な量である、ステップ、
を有する方法。 - 前記加熱された皮膚組織領域の少なくとも一部は、前記皮膚組織領域が前記変形形状から解放された後に、前記向かい合う側の間の方向の最小値と最大値との間で変化する、前記皮膚表面に対する深さを有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記皮膚組織領域は、表皮層と真皮層とを有し、前記折り目の少なくとも一部の大きさは、前記無線周波数電極間の及び前記変形された皮膚組織領域を通る空間的に連続する前記無線周波数エネルギ流の少なくとも一部が、前記真皮層の一部を通るものである、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記無線周波数エネルギ流は、前記変形された皮膚組織領域の少なくとも一部を摂氏60度より高い温度に加熱するのに十分な量である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 皮膚表面を有する皮膚組織領域を処置する装置であって、
前記皮膚組織領域を、前記皮膚組織領域内の複数の折り目を有する変形形状に形成し、前記皮膚組織領域を前記変形形状に維持するよう構成される皮膚組織変形器と、
前記変形された皮膚組織領域の向かい合う側で前記皮膚表面に接触するよう構成される多数の無線周波数電極と、
を有し、
前記装置は、前記皮膚組織領域を前記変形形状に維持しながら、前記変形された皮膚組織領域の向かい合う側にある前記無線周波数電極間に、前記変形された皮膚組織領域を通じて空間的に連続する無線周波数エネルギ流を適用し、前記無線周波数エネルギ流は、前記変形された皮膚組織領域の少なくとも一部を加熱する、装置。 - 前記装置は、前記空間的に連続する無線周波数エネルギ流の適用の後に、前記皮膚組織領域を前記変形形状から解放するために構成される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記皮膚組織領域を前記皮膚組織領域内に複数の折り目を含む変形形状に形成し、前記皮膚組織変形器の適用により前記皮膚組織領域を前記変形形状に維持し、及び前記変形された皮膚組織領域の向かい合う側に配置されると前記無線周波数電極の適用により前記変形された皮膚組織領域を通じて空間的に連続した無線周波数エネルギ流を適用し、前記空間的に連続した無線周波数エネルギ流の適用の後に、前記皮膚組織変形器の適用により、前記皮膚組織領域を前記変形形状から解放するよう前記装置を作動するよう構成され及び配置される制御ユニット、を有する請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記変形された皮膚組織領域の少なくとも一部を、摂氏60度より高い温度まで加熱するよう構成される、請求項5乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記皮膚組織領域の温度を検出するよう構成されるサーモメータと、前記装置を前記サーモメータからの1又は複数の信号に応じて作動させるよう構成される制御装置と、を有する請求項5乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記皮膚組織変形器は、
前記皮膚組織領域に形成されるべき前記複数の折り目に対応する突出部のパターンを有するマスクと、
真空吸引による皮膚組織折り目の生成のために、形成されるべき前記複数の折り目に対応する1又は複数の真空槽を有する真空システムと、
のうちの少なくとも1つを有する、請求項5乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。 - 前記皮膚組織変形器は、前記皮膚組織領域を、皮膚組織折り目の2次元配列を有する変形形状に変形するよう構成される、請求項5乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記皮膚組織変形器は、前記皮膚表面に部分的に接触されるよう、及び互いに対して移動可能であり、それにより前記皮膚組織領域を前記変形形状に変形するよう構成される複数のプローブ及び/又は無線周波数電極を有する、請求項5乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 表面形状測定装置、を有する請求項5乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
