昇降アーム(12)は昇降用シリンダ(13)により昇降する構成とし、開閉蓋(14)は開閉用シリンダ(15)で開閉する構成とし、
昇降用シリンダ(13)を伸縮させるバルブ及び開閉用シリンダ(15)を伸縮させるバルブを操作する操作レバー(33)を設け、操作レバー(33)は操作ガイドに沿って移動する構成とし、操作ガイドは昇降用シリンダ(13)を操作するための第一操作ガイド(30)と、開閉用シリンダ(15)操作するための第二操作ガイド(31)と、昇降用シリンダ(13)及び開閉用シリンダ(15)を共に操作するための第三操作ガイド(32)を設け
