Claims (20)
- 互いに反対側の第一及び第二の表面を有する内側のコア材料、前記互いに反対側の第一及び第二の表面にそれぞれ接合した、少なくとも44重量%の熱硬化性樹脂を含む第一及び第二のプリプレグ表面シートを含む構造用パネルであって、前記コア材料の第一の表面とそれに対応するプリプレグ表面シートとの間に挟まれている開放構造シートを含み、200gsm未満の接着剤を含み、少なくとも一方のプリプレグ表面シートが、300N/75mmより大きい国際的試験法EN2243−3に従うクライミングドラム剥離試験の力を示す、上記パネル。

- プリプレグ中の樹脂が、ポリエーテルスルホン及びポリエーテルイミドから選択される熱可塑性粒子を含む請求項1から10までのいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- プリプレグ中の樹脂が、少なくとも15Pasの最低粘度を有する請求項1から11までのいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記熱硬化性樹脂が、エポキシ樹脂を含む請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 開放構造シートが、重なり合っている且つ/又は相互に連結している繊維によって形が保たれている一体化したシートである請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載のパネル。

- 開放構造シートが、10%〜95%の開放度を有する請求項1から15までのいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 開放構造シートの材料が、ポリマー材料である請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 開放構造シートが、4〜50gsmの単位面積当たりの重量を有する請求項1から17までのいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 航空機構造用パネルである請求項1から18までのいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- それぞれが密接に接合した開放構造シートを含む少なくとも44重量%の熱硬化性樹脂を含む第一及び第二のプリプレグ表面シートをコア材料の互いに反対側の第一及び第二の表面と接触させるステップと、開放構造シートを互いに反対側の第一及び第二の表面と接触させるようにプリプレグ表面シートを表面と接合させることを含む、少なくとも一方の接合後のプリプレグ表面シートが、300N/75mmより大きい国際的試験法EN2243−3に従うクライミングドラム剥離試験の力を示す構造用パネルを製造する方法。
