Claims (12)
- エンジンの排気ガスを過給機タービンに誘導する排気管;
前記排気管を流れる排気ガスの一部の動圧を利用して前記排気ガスの一部を抽気する動圧発生器;
前記抽気されたガスと還元剤とを混合して前記排気管に提供する還元剤供給器;および 前記過給機タービンの後端に連結され、前記還元剤を用いた触媒還元反応により前記排気ガスに含まれた窒素酸化物を除去するSCR反応器を含み、
前記排気管に提供された前記抽気されたガスおよび前記還元剤は、前記排気管を通って前記過給機タービンと前記SCR反応器に順次誘導され、
前記還元剤供給器は、初期物質を前記抽気されたガスに向かって噴射し、前記噴射された初期物質が前記抽気されたガスと接触して発生する熱反応により、前記噴射された初期物質から前記還元剤を生成し、
前記還元剤供給器は、
熱反応領域に前記初期物質を提供するノズル;および
前記還元剤供給器の外筒と前記熱反応領域との間に位置し、前記ノズルに近いほど面積が小さくなる、複数の孔を有する多孔内筒を含む、窒素酸化物除去装置。 - 前記動圧発生器は、前記排気ガスの一部を前記排気管の下流側から抽気し、
前記還元剤供給器は、前記抽気されたガスと前記還元剤を前記排気管の上流側に提供する請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物除去装置。 - 前記動圧発生器は、
前記排気ガスの一部を抽気して前記還元剤供給器に提供する動圧板;および
前記動圧板を前記排気管に結合させる回転軸を含む請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物除去装置。 - 前記ノズルは、前記初期物質を前記多孔内筒の内部に向かって噴射する請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物除去装置。
- 前記複数の孔は、円状または棒状である請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物除去装置。
- 前記還元剤供給器は、前記多孔内筒内部の空気に旋回力を生じさせる旋回器をさらに含む請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物除去装置。
- 前記初期物質は尿素であり、
前記還元剤はアンモニアガスである請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物除去装置。 - 前記過給機タービンの後端と前記SCR反応器との間に設けられ、前記還元剤と前記排気ガスとを混合する静的ミキサをさらに含み、
前記静的ミキサは、
前記排気ガスが前記静的ミキサを通過する間、前記排気ガスに渦流を誘導するスクリュー板を含む請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物除去装置。 - 前記渦流は、縦方向渦流および横方向旋回運動を含む複流渦流である請求項8に記載の窒素酸化物除去装置。
- 前記スクリュー板は、中心が中空の形態である請求項8に記載の窒素酸化物除去装置。
- 前記スクリュー板の外縁部は、前記静的ミキサの外筒の内縁部と当接する請求項10に記載の窒素酸化物除去装置。
- 前記エンジンは船舶の推進用エンジンである請求項1に記載の窒素酸化物除去装置。
