Description

The present invention relates to a twisted wire manufacturing apparatus and a twisted wire manufacturing method for manufacturing a twisted wire formed by twisting a plurality of electric wires.

A twisted pair wire generally used as a twisted wire is an electric wire that can suppress generation of electromagnetic waves or absorb electromagnetic waves, and is manufactured by twisting a plurality of wires (for example, two wires). ing. Such a twisted pair is manufactured by, for example, the manufacturing method shown in FIG. 7 or manufactured using the manufacturing apparatus 100 shown in FIG. 8 (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In the manufacturing method shown in FIG. 7, one end (the left end in the drawing) and the other end (the right end in the drawing) of each of the two wires W are individually held, By rotating (revolving) at least one of the one end side and the other end side of W together, the two electric wires W are brought into close contact with each other and twisted together.

On the other hand, the manufacturing apparatus 100 shown in FIG. 8 holds one end (the left end in the figure) of the two electric wires W and rotates each electric wire W around the axis of the electric wire W. The plurality of (two) first rotation holding portions 101 for twisting each electric wire W and the other end portion (the right end portion in the figure) of each electric wire W are bundled and held, and the electric wires W are twisted. Is disposed between the second rotation holding unit 102 and the second rotation holding unit 102, and the first rotation holding unit 102 side first. And a moving member 103 that slides toward the rotation holding unit 101 side. The manufacturing apparatus 100 rotates (revolves) the plurality of first rotation holding units 101, rotates (revolves) the second rotation holding unit 102, and moves the moving member 103 toward the first rotation holding unit 101. By doing so, a plurality of electric wires W are twisted between the second rotation holding unit 102 and the moving member 103.

However, when the electric wires W are twisted by the conventional manufacturing method described above, the electric wires W are twisted (elongated in the circumferential direction) due to friction between the electric wires W, and such twists remain even after the twisting. For this reason, the twist of the stranded wire may return. On the other hand, when manufacturing a twisted wire using the conventional manufacturing apparatus 100, the rotation of the first rotation holding unit 101 and the second rotation holding unit 102 is synchronized and the movement of the moving member 103 is also synchronized. Although the twisting of the electric wire W after twisting can be suppressed, there is a problem that the control for synchronizing the respective parts becomes complicated and the structure of the manufacturing apparatus 100 is complicated and the cost is increased.

Therefore, the present invention can reduce the cost of the apparatus and can make the twist pitch of the manufactured twisted wire uniform, and can also prevent the twisting from returning, and the twisted wire manufacturing method. The purpose is to provide.

The twisted wire manufacturing device according to claim 1 is a twisted wire manufacturing device for twisting a plurality of electric wires to manufacture a twisted wire, and gripping the terminal portions on one side of the plurality of electric wires together. A holding member on one side, a plurality of rotation holding members that respectively grip the terminal portions on the other side of the plurality of electric wires, and rotate each electric wire around its respective axis, and rotate the plurality of rotation holding members A plurality of rotation holding members that are movably provided in directions away from each other, and the one side holding member grips the terminal portion on one side of the electric wire and rotates the plurality of rotation holding members. In a restricted state, the plurality of rotation holding members are positioned at remote positions, and the plurality of electric wires are respectively rotated by a predetermined number of rotations by the rotation holding member and twisted, and then the one holding unit The one cancels the rotation restriction of the side of the terminal portion by, while twisting a plurality of wires to each other, and wherein the moving toward the plurality of rotary holding members to each other in the proximity position.

The twisted wire manufacturing apparatus according to claim 2 is the twisted wire manufacturing apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a second drive unit that moves at least one of the plurality of rotation holding members in the separation approaching direction. The plurality of rotation holding members are moved at a constant speed from the remote position to the proximity position by the two driving units.

The twisted wire manufacturing method according to claim 3 is a twisted wire manufacturing method for manufacturing a twisted wire by twisting a plurality of electric wires, and a set of the plurality of wires in the twisted wire. Is composed of one first electric wire portion and the other second electric wire portion folded back at a folded portion of one continuous electric wire, and in a state in which rotation is regulated by gripping the folded portion, The terminal side of the first electric wire part and the terminal side of the second electric wire part are positioned at remote positions, and the terminal side of the first electric wire part and the terminal side of the second electric wire part are respectively rotated by a predetermined number of rotations. After the twisting step of twisting and after the twisting step, the rotation restriction of the folded portion is released, and the first electric wire portion and the second electric wire portion are twisted together, and the first electric wire The terminal side of the part and the terminal side of the second electric wire part A serial twisting moves toward the proximity position from a remote location process, characterized by comprising a.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, in a state in which the rotation of the terminal portion on one side of the electric wire is regulated, the terminal portions on the other side of the electric wire are positioned at remote positions, and each electric wire is rotated (rotated) to be twisted. After that, by releasing the rotation restriction of the terminal part on one side, by rotating (revolving) the terminal part on one side in the direction to eliminate the twisting of each electric wire, Twisted together. As twisting progresses, the position of the end of twisting, which is the boundary between the twisted part (one side) and the part that has not yet been twisted (the other side), from one side to the other side While being moved, the angle formed by the line connecting the end portion of the twisting and each of the other end portions increases, but the rotation holding member is moved from the remote position toward the proximity position. The angle can be adjusted, the force applied to the ends of twisting can be made uniform, and the twisting pitch can be made uniform. At this time, since each electric wire rotates in a direction to eliminate twisting, elongation and stress due to twisting can hardly remain, and return of twisting of the twisted wires can be suppressed. Moreover, since the terminal part on the other side of the plurality of electric wires is positioned at a remote position at a predetermined interval by the plurality of rotation holding members, the electric wires are rotated when twisting by rotating (spinning) each electric wire. It is possible to prevent entanglement with each other. In addition, it is not necessary to synchronize the number of rotations and the rotation speed between the one side and the other side of the electric wire, and it is not necessary to use a moving member in a conventional device, so that the device structure and drive control are simplified and relatively The apparatus can be configured at low cost.

In addition, in this invention, as one terminal part of the electric wire which a holding member of one side hold | grips collectively, the individual terminal part from which the some electric wire was each cut | disconnected may be sufficient, and one electric wire is used. The folded portion that is folded into two may be used as the terminal portion on one side, and moreover, a plurality of folded portions of a single electric wire folded at the folded portion may be used as the one side terminal portion. Good.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the plurality of rotation holding members are moved at a constant speed from the remote position to the close position, a line connecting the end portion of the twisting and each of the other end portions. The angle formed by the minute can be adjusted within a predetermined range, whereby the force applied to the end of twisting is made uniform over the entire length of the electric wire, and the twisting pitch can be made even more uniform.

According to this invention of Claim 3, in the twisting process, the terminal side of the 1st electric wire part and the terminal side of the 2nd electric wire part are located in a remote position, the terminal side of the 1st electric wire part, and the 2nd electric wire part The first electric wire portion and the second electric wire are rotated by rotating the terminal side of each end by a predetermined number of revolutions and then rotating the terminal portion on one side by releasing the rotation restriction of the folded portion in the twisting step. Each wire is rotated (rotated) in the same manner as described above by moving the terminal side of the first electric wire part and the terminal side of the front second electric wire part from a remote position to a close position while twisting each other together. ) Can be prevented from being entangled with each other and twisted pitches can be made uniform. In addition, the elongation and stress due to twisting can hardly remain in the first electric wire portion and the second electric wire portion. And after twisting together a 1st electric wire part and a 2nd electric wire part, manufacturing a twisted wire with few untwisting by cut | disconnecting a 1st electric wire part and a 2nd electric wire part in the vicinity of a folding | turning part. Can do.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the moving means 6 includes a rail 61 that is provided on the base plate 51 and supports the second holding member 53 slidably in the approaching direction, and a shaft of the second holding portion 5. A guide portion 62 provided continuously with the support portion 52 and guided by the rail 61 and a feed screw 63 screwed into a female screw portion 67 provided in the guide portion 62 are provided. Here, the separation approach direction is a direction in which the pair of second holding members 53 approach each other, is a crossing direction that intersects both the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the base plate 51, and twists among the plurality of electric wires 2. A line connecting the boundary between the joined part (one side) and the part not yet twisted (the other side) (hereinafter referred to as a twisted end part 2F) and each of the terminal parts 2D, 2E on the other side The direction in which the second holding member 53 is moved so that the formed angle θ (shown in FIG. 4) is adjusted within a predetermined range. The rail 61 is convexly formed on the upper surface of the base plate 51, and is provided so as to extend linearly along the approaching direction in parallel with each other. The rail 61 is provided with a locking groove 64 that is locked to the guide portion 62. The locking groove 64 is provided in a concave shape from the outer surface of the rail 61 and is formed over the entire length of the rail 61. The guide portion 62 integrally includes an insertion portion 65 that is inserted into an insertion hole 51 a formed in the base plate 51, a locking portion 66 that is locked to the locking groove 64 of the rail 61, and a female screw portion 67. Configured. A pair of the locking portions 66 are provided at positions where the insertion portion 65 is positioned between them. The female thread portion 67 is provided at the lower end portion of the insertion portion 65 and is formed so that the opening penetrates in the approaching direction. The feed screw 63 is composed of a screw shaft having a male screw cut on the outer surface thereof. The feed screw 63 is erected downward from the base plate 51 and is rotatably supported by the base plate 51 by a pair of support portions 59 that support both ends in the longitudinal direction of the screw shaft. In such a moving means 6, the feed screw 63 is rotated by the rotational drive of the motor 73 in a state where the locking portion 66 is locked in the locking groove 64 and the male screw and the female screw portion 67 of the feed screw 63 are screwed together. As the male screw and the female screw portion 67 of the feed screw 63 are relatively rotated, the guide portion 62 is moved in the separating and approaching direction. At this time, the motor 73 is driven at a constant rotational speed by a predetermined rotational speed, so that the feed screw 63 is rotated by a predetermined rotational speed, whereby one of the second holding members 53 is moved to a remote position, that is, the other of the rails 61. It is moved at a constant speed from one end 6A (shown in FIG. 1) away from the second holding member 53 to a close position, that is, the other end 6B of the rail 61.

In the present embodiment, by using the feed screw 63 and the female screw portion 67, the rotational motion of the feed screw 63 is converted into a linear motion, and the position of the second holding member 53 is moved in the separated approach direction. A ball screw that rolls a steel ball in the thread groove may be used in accordance with relative rotation of the internal thread portion 63 and the internal thread portion 67, and the second holding member is converted into a linear motion using a rack and a pinion. 53 may be moved.

The drive unit 7 is provided at an end portion on the other side in the longitudinal direction of the cradle 3 and sends the electric power and the control signal to the electric component 71 and the electric power and the control signal from the electric component 71 to each of the second holding members 53. A pair of motors 72 (first drive unit) that rotationally drive and a motor 73 (second drive unit) that rotationally drives the feed screw 63 are configured.

The operation unit 8 includes two switches 81 and 82 provided on the base plate 41 of the first holding unit 4. The switch 81 is an operation switch that rotationally drives the second holding member 53. When the operator depresses the switch 81, a signal is sent to the drive unit 7, and a control signal from the electrical unit 71 that receives this signal The motor 72 is rotated a predetermined number of times. The switch 82 is an operation switch that rotationally drives the feed screw 63. When the operator depresses the switch 82, a signal is sent to the drive unit 7, and the motor 73 is controlled by a control signal from the electrical unit 71 that has received this signal. Is rotated a predetermined number of times. That is, the operator can perform the driving operation of the twisted wire manufacturing apparatus 1 on the side of the first holding unit 4 away from the second holding unit 5 and the driving unit 7.

Next, a manufacturing method for manufacturing a twisted wire using the twisted wire manufacturing apparatus 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 4 to 6. First, the electric wire 2 turned back at the turn-up portion 2A is set on the table 31 by extending, and the turn-up portion 2A is arranged on the first holding portion 4 side, and each terminal portion of the first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C. 2D and 2E are arranged on the second holding unit 5 side. Next, the gripping operation lever 48 of the first holding member 43 is operated to separate the gripping portion 47 from the gripping receiving portion 46, and the folded portion 2 </ b> A of the electric wire 2 is inserted into the gap between the gripping portion 47 and the gripping receiving portion 46. Thereafter, the grip operation lever 48 is operated to bring the grip portion 47 closer to the grip receiving portion 46, and the folded portion 2A is gripped between them. Further, the first holding member 43 is placed in a rotation restricted state by the rotation restricting portion so that the first holding member 43 does not rotate around the rotation shaft 44.

Next, the grip operation lever 58 of one second holding member 53 is operated to separate the grip portion 57 from the grip receiving portion 56, and the first electric wire portion 2 </ b> B is inserted into the gap between the grip portion 57 and the grip receiving portion 56. After inserting the terminal portion 2D, the grip operation lever 58 is operated to bring the grip portion 57 closer to the grip receiving portion 56, and the terminal portion 2D is gripped therebetween. Similarly, the end portion 2E of the second electric wire portion 2C is held between the holding portion 57 and the holding portion 56 of the other second holding member 53. In this state, one second holding member 53 is positioned at a remote position (shown in FIG. 1). As described above, when the terminal portions 2D and 2E are gripped by the second holding member 53, the tensions of the first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C are made substantially equal, and the first electric wire portion The slack is not generated in the portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C.

Next, when the switch 81 of the operation unit 8 is pushed down by the operator, the terminals 2D and 2E on the other side of the electric wire 2 are positioned at remote positions as shown in FIG. The pair of motors 72 are driven while the rotation of the first holding member 43 is restricted, that is, the rotation of the folded portion 2A of the electric wire is constrained, and the pair of second holding members 53 of the second holding unit 5 are the same. The first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C are twisted in the same direction (twisting step). Here, the direction in which the first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C are twisted is from the second holding portion 5 toward the first holding portion 4 (from the other side to the one side, or each This means that the rotation direction is, for example, the same counterclockwise (or clockwise) direction from the terminal portions 2D and 2E toward the turn-back portion 2A. That is, when the single electric wire 2 is linearly extended without being folded, the first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C are twisted in opposite directions across the position of the folded portion 2A. .

Next, as shown in FIG. 6B, when the pair of second holding members 53 rotate, the first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C are respectively twisted, and the pair of second holding members 53 After rotating by a predetermined number of rotations, the rotation of the motor 72 and the second holding member 53 is stopped. The first holding member 43 is switched to the rotatable state and rotated around the rotation shaft 44 to release the rotation restriction of the folded portion 2A, and the switch 82 of the operation unit 8 is pushed down by the operator.

As shown in FIG. 6C, by releasing the rotation restriction of the first holding member 43, the first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C are rotated in a direction to release each twist, thereby The first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C are twisted together from the folded portion 2A side toward the terminal portions 2D and 2E side (twisting step). When the switch 82 of the operation unit 8 is pushed down, the motor 73 is driven at a constant rotational speed, the feed screw 63 is rotated, and the second holding of one of the feed screws 63 and the female screw portion 67 is accompanied with the relative rotation. The member 53 is moved from the remote position to the close position at a constant speed (shown in FIG. 4). Thereby, from the start of twisting to the end of twisting, the angle θ formed by the line segment connecting the twisted end 2F and the other end portions 2D, 2E is adjusted within a predetermined range. The twisting proceeds. When the feed screw 63 rotates by a predetermined number of rotations, the second holding member 53 is positioned at the close position, and the rotation of the motor 73 and the feed screw 63 is stopped (shown in FIG. 5).

As described above, after twisting the first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C, when it is determined that the twisting is insufficient, the first holding member 43 again causes the folded portion 2A of the electric wire 2 to be turned back. , The pair of second holding members 53 are rotated to twist the first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C, and then the rotation restriction of the turn-up portion 2A is released. The one electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C are further twisted together. And if the 1st electric wire part 2B and the 2nd electric wire part 2C are fully twisted together, the holding | grip of the folding | returning part 2A by the 1st holding member 43 and the holding | grip of terminal part 2D, 2E by a pair of 2nd holding member 53 will each be carried out. After releasing the twisted electric wire 2 and cutting the first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C in the vicinity of the folded portion 2A, the production of the twisted wire is completed.

According to the present embodiment described above, the terminal portions 2D and 2E on the other side of the electric wire 2 are positioned at remote positions in a state where the rotation of the terminal portion (the folded portion 2A) on the one side of the electric wire 2 is regulated. 2 is rotated (rotated) and twisted, and then the rotation restriction of the terminal part on one side (folding part 2A) is released, so that the terminal part on one side in the direction to eliminate the twisting of each electric wire 2 The plurality of electric wires 2 are twisted together by rotating (revolving) the (folded portion 2A) together. As the twisting progresses, the position of the twisting end 2F is moved from one side to the other side, and the second holding member 53 is moved from the remote position toward the close position. It can adjust within the range, and thereby, the force applied to the end portion 2F of twisting can be made uniform, and the twisting pitch can be made uniform. At this time, since each electric wire 2 rotates in a direction to eliminate twisting, elongation and stress due to twisting can hardly remain, and return of twisting of the twisted wires can be suppressed. In addition, since the terminal portions 2D and 2E on the other side of the plurality of electric wires 2 are positioned at remote positions by the plurality of second holding members 53, when the electric wires 2 are rotated (rotated) and twisted. It is possible to prevent the electric wires 2 from being entangled with each other. In addition, it is not necessary to synchronize the number of rotations and the rotation speed between the one side and the other side of the electric wire 2, and it is not necessary to use a moving member in a conventional device, so the device structure and drive control are simplified and compared. The apparatus can be configured at a reasonable cost.

In addition, embodiment mentioned above only showed the typical form of this invention, and this invention is not limited to embodiment. That is, various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.

For example, in the twisted wire manufacturing apparatus 1 of the embodiment described above, a case where a twisted pair wire is manufactured by twisting the first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C of one electric wire 2 folded at the folded portion 2A will be described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and terminal portions on one side of two or more electric wires are collectively held by the first holding member 43, and a plurality of second holding members corresponding to the number of electric wires are held on the other end portion. After each gripping at 53, two or more wires may be twisted together by the same procedure as described above. Further, the folded portions 2A of the two or more electric wires that have been folded are collectively held by the first holding member 43, and the terminal portions on the other side are each held by the plurality of second holding members 53. The first electric wire portion 2B and the second electric wire portion 2C of these two or more electric wires may be twisted together.

Moreover, in the twisted wire manufacturing apparatus 1 of the said embodiment, although the case where the 2nd holding member 53 was moved from a remote position to a close position with the driving force of the motor 73 was demonstrated, not only this but a twisted wire manufacture The apparatus does not have the motor 73, the feed screw 63, and the female screw portion 67, and the second holding member 53 may be naturally moved along with the twisting of the electric wires 2. However, the stranded wire manufacturing apparatus 1 preferably includes a motor 73, a feed screw 63, and a female screw portion 67. According to this, since the motor 73 moves the second holding members 53 from a remote position to a close position at a constant speed, a line connecting the twisted end portion F and each of the other end portions 2D and 2E. The angle θ formed by the minute can be adjusted within a predetermined range.
