Description
The present invention
The first louver and the second louver attached to the instrument panel are connected to an air conditioner mounted on the vehicle body via an air flow passage.
The air flow passage is formed by a single air duct, and a first connection opening end connected to the air duct and a first connection opening end of the first louver, and a
A louver, such as a center louver or an upper louver, is attached to an instrument panel of an automobile to adjust the temperature inside the vehicle by blowing air into the vehicle. The center louver mainly blows air to the passengers in the front seat (driver's seat / passenger seat), and the upper louver mainly blows air to the entire vehicle interior including the rear seat. Hereinafter, a structure in which a center louver and an upper louver are provided on an instrument panel will be described as an example.
HVAC(Heating
Ventilating Air−Conditioning)
Both louvers are formed at an angle toward the respective target position (air blowing direction). In addition, the connected opening end opposite to the air outlets of both louvers is an HVAC (Heating) as an air conditioner that is the air source.
Ventilating Air-Conditioning) is connected to the connection opening end portion of the air duct interposed between the connection opening end portions, and the air duct is configured to have a structure common to both louvers as described at the beginning. Only one piece is provided, and the number of parts is reduced.
When assembling both louvers and the air duct, the connection structure (angle of the connecting part) between the air ducts of both louvers is different from the difference in the direction of both louvers (difference in shape due to the difference in the air flow direction of both louvers). Therefore, even if one louver is assembled to the air duct, the ease of assembling tends to be deteriorated, for example, the other louver is not assembled to the air duct.
Therefore, conventionally, means for changing the assembly order of the louvers has been adopted in order to improve the assemblability of the louvers. Before describing this means, the assembly work of the air duct and each louver will be described.
The assembly work of the air duct and the instrument panel may be performed in an assembly process (line) for attaching the internal parts of the instrument panel to the instrument panel main body, which is different from the part assembly process (line) to the vehicle body. .
In this instrument panel assembly process (line), as shown in FIG. 2, the

However, when the air duct is connected to the
This extra operation is a problem as an assembling defect or deterioration. Therefore, conventionally, attempts have been made to cope with the means including the following (1) to (3).

According to the above means (1) to (3), one extra process (the process (3)) is added to the rotation work, which places a heavy burden on the operator working on the mass-produced line.
As means for improving the assemblability of the louver, a means for providing a separate intermediate air duct connecting the air duct and the louver (see Patent Document 1) separately from the above means cannot reduce the number of parts. .
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the object thereof is to improve the assembling property while having a single air duct common to the first louver and the second louver and reducing the number of parts. It is in the point which provides the ventilation part structure of the vehicle which can be made.
The feature of the present invention is that
The first louver and the second louver attached to the instrument panel are connected to an air conditioner mounted on the vehicle body via an air flow passage.
The air flow passage is formed by a single air duct, and a first connection opening end connected to the air duct and a first connection opening end of the first louver, and a
The virtual extension surfaces of the opening surface of the first connected opening end of the first louver and the opening surface of the second connected opening end of the second louver are substantially perpendicular to each other. (Claim 1)
The air duct is formed with a straight portion serving as a run-up section for giving momentum to the air flow. This is because the air blown out from the first louver and the second louver is evenly distributed in the vehicle interior. However, even if the straight portion is provided in the air duct, if there is a bent portion at the connecting portion between the air duct and both louvers, the momentum of the air flow may decline, and the air conditioning performance may not be satisfied. Therefore, it is set straight from the air duct to the outlet of the first louver or the second louver.
That is, the direction orthogonal to the opening surface of the first connected opening end of the first louver and the opening surface of the second connected opening end of the second louver (of the first connected opening end of the first louver). The air duct extending in the axial direction or the axial direction of the second connected opening end of the second louver) is connected to the first connected opening end of the first louver or the second connected opening end of the second louver. The straight part for ventilation is secured by inserting it straight into the part.
According to the above configuration of the present invention, when the air duct is assembled to one first louver, the opening surface of the second connected opening end of the other second louver has a shape along the assembling direction of the air duct. Therefore, even if the air blowing direction of the first louver and the air blowing direction of the second louver are different from each other, the opening surface of the second connected opening end may interfere with assembly ( The opening surface of the second connected opening end portion does not interfere with the second connecting opening end portion of the air duct and interferes with assembly).
Thus, since the opening surface of the second connected opening end of the other second louver can be set in a shape along the assembling direction, it is possible to eliminate assembling defects that have occurred conventionally.
In addition, since the virtual extension surfaces of the opening surface of the first connected opening end portion of the first louver and the opening surface of the second connected opening end portion of the second louver are substantially orthogonal to each other, the second The opening surface of the second connected opening end of the louver has a shape along the assembling direction, and the second connected opening end of the second louver can be set to an acute shape. As a result, the second connected opening end of the second louver can be smoothly inserted into the air duct, and the second connected opening end of the second louver can also be used as an assembly guide.
Therefore, according to the above-described configuration of the present invention, it is possible to improve the assembling property while the structure can reduce the number of parts. (Claim 1)
In the present invention,
The air duct includes a main body duct having the first connection opening end and the third connection opening end separately at both ends, a branch from the main body duct, and the second connection opening end at the tip. Consisting of a branch duct equipped with,
If the second connection opening end of the branch duct is formed in the vicinity of the branch point of the branch duct, the following action can be achieved. (Claim 2)
The amount of air blown from the first louver and the second louver into the passenger compartment often depends on the opening area of the duct. As described in (Prior Art) (1) to (3), in the case of the method of connecting the second louver (upper louver) last, the branch duct to which the second louver is connected needs strength. . This is because when the second louver is assembled, if the branch duct escapes, it will not be assembled, and the branch duct must be a support when the second louver is assembled.
However, since the air duct is made of a thin resin, the strength is low. In order to give the branch duct strength, the duct opening must be narrowed. If the duct opening is wide, the end of the duct opening is deformed. If the duct opening is narrowed to give strength to the branch duct, for example, if the second louver was also intended to send wind to the rear side of the vehicle, it would not be possible to send a large amount of air to the second louver, The air blowing performance may be reduced.
On the other hand, when the second connection opening end of the branch duct is formed in the vicinity of the branch point of the branch duct as in the above-described configuration of the present invention, the opening area of the connection is increased. In addition, the second connection opening end portion of the branch duct can be given strength, the strength of the branch duct can be secured, and the air volume that can satisfy the air conditioning performance can be secured. (Claim 2)
In the present invention,
The first louver is a center louver that blows air to a front passenger of an automobile,
The second louver is located above the first louver and has the following effects when it is an upper louver that passes air over the front seat occupant and blows air to the rear seat occupant. it can. (Claim 3)
(請求項3) The center louver blows air to the front seat occupant of the automobile, and the upper louver is located above the first louver and passes air over the front seat occupant and blows air to the rear seat occupant. Therefore, the air blowing direction is different. In the structure including the center louver and the upper louver having different air blowing directions as described above, the same action as that of the structure of the first or second aspect can be achieved. (Claim 3)
According to the present invention,
Although the first louver and the second louver have a single air duct common to the first louver and a structure that can reduce the number of parts, it is possible to provide a vehicle air blower structure that can improve assemblability.
Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a center louver 10 (corresponding to a first louver) and an
As shown in FIG. 4, the

According to the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 3, the opening surface 21A1 of the second connected opening
As described above, since the opening surface 21A1 of the second connected opening
Further, the virtual extension surfaces 11C1 and 21C1 of the opening surface 11A1 of the first connected opening
Therefore, according to the above-described configuration of the present invention, it is possible to improve the assembling property while the structure can reduce the number of parts.
[Another embodiment]
(1) The amount of air blown from the center louver and the upper louver into the passenger compartment often depends on the opening area of the duct. As described in [Prior Art] (1) to (3), in the case of the method of connecting the upper louver 20 (second louver) last, the

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, the second connection opening
