Description
The present invention relates to a natural slope stabilization method for stabilizing a slope by using a large number of anchors, a bearing plate attached to the anchor head, and a wire rope connecting between the anchor heads, and in particular, human power on slopes where heavy machinery cannot be used. It is related with the tensioning method of the wire rope.
In this slope stabilization method, it is known that the effect of slope stability is further increased by connecting each anchor head with a wire rope (
In addition, when anchors are installed on slopes, when anchors are arranged in a grid (arranged vertically and horizontally), and when triangles are arranged (the mutual positional relationship of each anchor is located at the apex of a triangle) In the case of a triangular arrangement, as shown in FIG. 1, the
Furthermore, it is described that it is a manpower operation on a slope where heavy machinery cannot be used, and for a tension using a wire rope turnbuckle, an appropriate wire rope tension is obtained using a removable tension meter. (Patent Document 4).
In the slope stabilization method such as the above-mentioned prior art document, it is described that a wire rope is arranged on a plurality of anchor heads, and the wire rope is tensioned using a turnbuckle connected to the wire rope to apply tension. However, there is no particular description of a technique related to drawing the wire rope to such a length that it can be tensioned with the turnbuckle before the tension due to the rotation of the turnbuckle.
The turnbuckle used in the slope stabilization method is the same as a general turnbuckle and the adjustment length is not so long. Therefore, it is possible to adjust the length somewhat so that the tension of the wire rope can be applied by human power, but the adjustment length is limited to the extent that the tension is applied, and the wire rope is routed around each anchor. However, it does not function to the extent that it adjusts the large slack at the stage where it is drawn in a ring shape. Therefore, before tensioning the wire rope with the turnbuckle, it is necessary to work to fix the length by drawing the wire rope sufficiently and then shortening the length and then fixing it with a wire clip. It is required to take enough.
However, the slope stabilization method requires a wire rope with a diameter of about 5 to 15 mm and a length of 5 to 15 m to be shortened and to be loosened. It was not easy, and the construction site was a steep slope, so it was more labor intensive.
In this way, the work of adjusting the length by pulling the wire rope before applying a large tension to the wire rope with the turnbuckle can be easily performed on a steep slope by human power. There has been a demand for a method of stretching a wire rope.
The present invention makes it possible to easily perform the work of removing loosening of the wire rope before applying a large tension force to the wire rope with the turn buckle as described above in the slope stabilization method even on a steep slope. With the goal.
The wire rope tensioning method in the slope stabilization method of the invention of
Install a large number of anchors on a natural slope in a triangular arrangement so that three adjacent anchors are located at the apex of the triangle, and a bearing plate is attached to the head of each anchor and fastened. Wire rope tension in slope stabilization method that gives support pressure to the ground and then connects each of the three anchors of triangular arrangement with a single wire rope connected with turnbuckles with connecting bolts at both ends It is a construction method,
One end side of the wire rope is pre- connected to the connecting portion of the connecting bolt on one end side of the turnbuckle in advance before being arranged on the slope of the wire rope,
Other the wire rope, the turnbuckle between the two anchors that form a slope inclination direction is positioned, and each connecting bolt is screwed into both sides of the turnbuckle and which is the slope inclined upward direction of the wire rope The end side extends through the connecting portion of the connecting bolt on the other end side of the turnbuckle and extends downward in the inclined direction of the slope , and the wire rope is in a temporary annular connecting state that forms an annular shape through the turnbuckle,
Subsequently, the other end side extending downward in the inclined direction of the slope of the wire rope is pulled and drawn downward in the inclined direction of the inclined direction to remove the looseness of the wire rope that forms the ring,
Next, the other end of the wire rope is permanently connected to the connecting portion of the connecting bolt on the other end of the turnbuckle,
Next, the turnbuckle is rotated to apply tension to the wire rope.
Here, the slope inclination direction refers to the direction in which the slope is steepest at a position where the slope is located.
In the invention of
Thus, in the temporary annular connection state, the other end portion of the wire rope is in a state of extending downward in the inclined slope direction through the connection portion of the connection bolt on the other end side of the turnbuckle.
Then, pulling the other end portion in a state extending in the slope inclination downward of the wire rope on the slopes inclined downward, the wire rope is Hikishibora looseness of the wire rope is removed. Thus, the operation | work which draws a wire rope and removes a slack can be performed by the operation | work which pulls a wire rope to the sloping slope downward direction .
The slope where the slope stabilization method is applied is generally a steep slope, but in the towing work that pulls the wire rope downward in the slope inclination direction , in addition to the traction force of the operator's arm force, Since the weight acts as a traction force, the wire rope can be pulled and drawn with a large traction force.
Even on such steep slopes where heavy machinery cannot be used, loosening can be eliminated by drawing the wire rope manually.
As described above, since the position of the turnbuckle is between the two anchors forming the slope inclination direction, the weight of the operator acts most as the traction force in each direction below the slope, and the wire rope tensioner according to the present invention. The installation method works extremely effectively.
Incidentally, the other end of the wire rope, if Oita previously formed a temporary coupling structure for coupling releasably connected to the connecting portion of the connecting bolt on the other end side of the turnbuckle wire rope ends, the wire rope When the temporary connection structure is released after being pulled around each of the three anchors to form a ring, the other end side of the wire rope extends downward from the slope. It is possible to pull and squeeze the other end portion of the material, and workability is good.
As in
In the case where the temporary connection structure of the other end portion of the wire rope is a structure using a thimble and a clamp pipe as in
Hereinafter, the form for implementing the wire rope tensioning method in the slope stabilization construction method of this invention is demonstrated with reference to drawings.

One end A of the
The other end B of the
When the
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, a
Then, the
Next, the

In each of the above-described embodiments, one end A of the
