蓋体の自重を支えると共に、加熱時の容器内部圧力の上昇により蓋体の上昇を許容し、
他方、容器本体は底面、本体側壁及び前記蓋体が嵌合する上部の開口を有し、
該容器本体上端部の内側には、本体の開口に向け本体リブが設けられ、
本体側壁の上部内面には、蓋体の下降位置にて前記蓋リングリブの全体と接触して容器の密閉を形成する密閉摺動壁が設けられると共に、蓋体の上昇位置において、蓋リングリブが接触する本体側壁の摺動壁の一部に、蓋リングリブとの接触から退避して蓋体との間隙を形成するエア抜きが設けられ蓋リングリブの下方から上方への気体の通路が形成されてなる食品保存容器。
