Description
The present invention relates to an absorbent pad for men.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a male absorbent pad including a pad body having a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction intersecting the same, a skin facing surface and a non-skin facing surface on the opposite side, and having a liquid-absorbing core is known. For example, Patent Literature 1 discloses an absorbent pad including a pad body having a first end region and a second end region that are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction, and an intermediate region located between the first and second end regions. Has been.
The absorbent pad includes a bending guide groove having a first groove that intersects with the longitudinal axis and extends obliquely and a second axis that intersects with the longitudinal axis and extends in a direction intersecting the first groove. .
In the absorbent pad disclosed in Patent Document 1, the absorbent pad is deformed along the first and second grooves extending obliquely across the vertical axis. Therefore, since this absorbent pad is deformed into a certain cup shape, even when the wearer's posture changes, the cup shape is maintained, and the wearer feels uncomfortable when wearing and during wearing. There was a possibility that it would be recognized from the outside that the absorbent pad was worn during wearing. Moreover, in the state which shifted clothes, such as underwear, the subject that a wrinkle is easy to be formed in underwear with the absorption pad occurred. Furthermore, since the absorbent pad for men is not attached to the crotch portion of the underwear like that for women, it is attached to the front side of the body, so that there is a problem that positioning is not easy.
The present invention is an improvement of a conventional absorbent pad, and provides an absorbent pad that is not easily wrinkled on clothing, easy to align, deforms according to the posture of the wearer, and is inconspicuous from the outside. It is an issue.
The present invention is based on a male absorbent pad including a pad body having a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction intersecting the same, a skin facing surface and a non-skin facing surface opposite thereto, and having a liquid-absorbing core. .
The absorbent pad according to the present invention is characterized in that the pad main body has a first end region and a first end region covered with a pair of cover sheets facing each other in the longitudinal direction on the skin facing surface side. An intermediate region located between the region and the second end region, both side regions covered with a pair of barrier cuff sheets facing each other in the lateral direction, and the cover sheet and the barrier cuff sheet in the intermediate region A plurality of deformation guide portions that are recessed from the skin facing surface side to the non-skin facing surface side only in the exposed region of the pad body. An arranged deformation induction area is formed, and the vertical dimension of the deformation induction area is 10.0 to 60.0% of the vertical dimension of the pad body, and the horizontal dimension of the deformation induction area. The dimension of the direction is the above The first deformation guiding portion arbitrarily selected from the plurality of deformation guiding portions is a size of 15.0 to 45.0% of the horizontal dimension of the head body. Are arranged side by side in the vertical direction with respect to the third deformation guiding part, arranged side by side in the lateral direction with respect to the fourth and fifth deformation guiding parts, and with respect to the sixth and seventh deformation guiding parts. The deformation guiding portions are arranged side by side in an inclination direction intersecting the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, and the deformation guiding portion has a shape that can be deformed in a plurality of different directions .
The pad body of the absorbent pad according to claim 2 , wherein the pad body is a liquid-permeable body-side liner located on the skin-facing surface side and a liquid-impermeable back sheet located on the non-skin-facing surface side. If, before Symbol barrier cuff sheet has the longitudinally contractible mounted further a cuff elastic member, and said body-side liner, said backsheet, said barrier cuff sheet outside the pad body Joined by a seal line along the periphery, and a non-joined portion that is not joined by the seal line is located in a region where at least one end of the cuff elastic body is present. According to the above absorbent pad, since the rigidity is increased at both ends of the cuff elastic body, in this part, it is difficult to form a curved shape along the body. The entire pad can be deformed into a curved shape along the body, and even when worn on clothes such as briefs that are in close contact with the body, unnatural deformation and wrinkles are hardly noticeable from the outside.
The pad body of the absorbent pad according to
The said deformation | transformation induction | guidance | derivation part of the absorption pad which concerns on
In the absorption pad according to a fifth aspect , in the deformation induction region , the number of the deformation induction portions per unit area is sparse outside the vertical direction. According to the above-mentioned absorption pad, the absorption pad is gently curved without suddenly bending at the boundary between the existence area where the deformation induction part exists and the non-existence area where the deformation induction part does not exist.
The said pad main body of the absorption pad which concerns on Claim 6 further has the adhesive fastening part located in the said non-skin opposing surface side, and the said fastening part is an outer side of the said vertical direction rather than the said deformation | transformation induction area. Extend to. According to the above-mentioned absorption pad, since the fastening part sticks to the clothes on the outer side in the vertical direction of the deformation induction area, it is integrated with the clothes up to the outer side of the deformation induction part. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the absorption pad from being suddenly bent at the boundary between the existence area where the deformation induction part exists and the non-existence area where the deformation induction part does not exist.
According to the absorbent pad according to the present invention, only in the middle region, the plurality of deformation guide portions are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, so when wearing the absorbent pad and during wearing The intermediate region is deformed according to the posture of the wearer. For this reason, there is no fear that the wearer may feel uncomfortable when wearing and during wearing, and there is no possibility that the outside will know that the absorbent pad is worn during wearing. Further, even when the clothes such as underwear are shifted, the absorbent pad is deformed by the deformation guiding portion, so that it is difficult to form wrinkles on the clothes. In addition, since the deformation guiding portion is disposed only in the intermediate region, the deformation guiding portion serves as a mark when worn and positioning is easy.
The following embodiment relates to the male absorbent pad shown in FIGS. 1 to 14 and includes not only an indispensable structure of the invention but also a selective and preferable structure.
<First Embodiment>
1 to 9 show an example of a first embodiment of an
In the longitudinal direction Y, the
The
<Pad body>
As shown in FIG. 2, the pad
The
The
The dimension L1 in the vertical direction Y of the pad
Referring to FIG. 3, on the back surface side of the
<Deformation induction part>
Referring to FIGS. 2 and 7, in the pad
In this embodiment, five
As shown in FIG. 8, each
The
<Barrier cuff sheet>
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
A string-like or strand-like cuff
The

The first and
Each of the first and
Referring to FIG. 11, in a state where the
Referring to FIG. 2, the
Referring to FIG. 6, when the wearer wears the
The excrement excreted during wearing is mainly absorbed and held in the
According to this
Moreover, in this
When force is applied to the pad
Further, when force is applied to the
Further, according to the
Furthermore, according to this
Moreover, according to this
Furthermore, according to the
Further, when the
Second Embodiment
Referring to FIG. 12, in the present embodiment, in the
According to the
<Third Embodiment>
Referring to FIG. 13, in the present embodiment, the number of
According to the
<Fourth embodiment>
Referring to FIG. 14, in the present embodiment, among the plurality of
According to this

In addition, the number of the deformation | transformation induction | guidance |
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the
