Description
1. 2枚以上の繊維の布層と、前記布層の少なくとも幾枚かの間に配置されたポリマー層とを含み、500psiおよび160℃で20分間プレス加工後の前記布層と隣接したポリマー層との間の20℃で測定される剥離強さが1kg/cm未満であり、かつポリマー樹脂プラス布に対する前記樹脂の質量%が8%〜15%の間であり、かつ前記ポリマー層が、熱可塑性材料、熱可塑性材料のブレンド、熱硬化性材料、熱硬化性材料のブレンド、およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される材料を含み、その場合に前記ポリマー層が熱可塑性材料および熱硬化性材料を含有しない、耐衝撃性複合品。
2. ポリマー樹脂プラス布に対する樹脂の前記質量%が、10%〜13%の間である、上記1に記載の複合品。
3. 前記布層が、少なくとも部分的に製織されている、上記1に記載の複合品。
4. 前記布層が、アラミド、UHMWPE、UHMWPP、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリアゾール、およびこれらの組合せまたはブレンドからなる群から選択されるポリマーを含む、上記1に記載の複合品。
5. 前記布が、ポリ(p−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)を含む、上記3に記載の複合品。
6. 前記布層の少なくとも2枚の間に配置された酸エチレンコポリマーを含む、上記1に記載の複合品。
7. 前記エチレンコポリマーが、ナトリウム、カリウム、リチウム、銀、水銀、銅(I)、ベリリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、ストロンチウム、バリウム、銅(II)、カドミウム、水銀、スズ、鉛、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、亜鉛、アルミニウム、スカンジウム、鉄、イットリウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、バナジウム、タンタル、タングステン、クロム、セリウム、鉄、およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択されるイオンで中和される、上記6に記載の複合品。
8. 前記布が撥水塗工される、上記1に記載の複合品。
9. 前記布が、フッ素系材料で少なくとも部分的に仕上げ処理される、上記1に記載の複合品。
10. 前記フッ素系材料が、フッ素化アクリレートコポリマーおよびフッ素化メタクリレートコポリマーからなる群から選択される、上記9に記載の複合品。
11. 前記ポリマー層が、界面活性剤、可塑剤、およびこれらの混合物または組合せからなる群から選択される材料をさらに含む、上記1に記載の複合品。
12. 前記界面活性剤が1−デカノールである、上記11に記載の複合品。
13. 上記1に記載の前記複合品を含むパネル。
14. 上記1に記載の前記複合品を含むヘルメット。
Claims (3)
- 2枚以上の織られた繊維の布層と、前記布層の少なくとも幾枚かの間に配置されたポリマー層とを含み、ポリマー樹脂プラス布に対する前記樹脂の質量%が8%〜15%の間であり、かつ前記ポリマー層が、酸-エチレンコポリマーを含み、その場合に前記ポリマー層が熱可塑性材料および熱硬化性材料を含有せず、布がフッ素化材料で少なくとも部分的にコートされている、耐衝撃性複合品。
- 請求項1に記載の前記複合品を含むパネル。
- 請求項1に記載の前記複合品を含むヘルメット。
