本体部あるいは固定部の少なくとも一方には前記軸を挿通する穴があり、当該穴は軸よりも大きく、軸と穴は相対的に移動可能であり、
無負荷状態で本体部を垂下された姿勢を基準として、前記本体部の厚み方向は、軸の長手方向を向いており、
