Description
Claims (13)
- マトリックス(26)を備えた複合材料部品(24)を製造するための繊維構造体(10、10’)にして、三次元製織によって製作され、主要部位(12)と主要部位(12)に隣接した辺縁部(14)とを有し、前記マトリックスを強化する繊維構造体であって、
前記辺縁部(14)は主要部位(12)の厚み(E1)よりも大きな厚み(E4)を有することと、辺縁部(14)は主要部位(12)と連続するように配置された第1部位(16)と第1部位(16)上に重ね合わされた第2部位(18)とを備え、前記辺縁部(14)はこのようにして、前記第1部位(16)と第2部位(18)がそれぞれに前記部品(24)を固定するためのフランジ(28)とカウンターフランジ(30)を形成するように、第2部位(18)に向けて折り曲げられるように構成されることを特徴とする、繊維構造体(10、10’)。 - 辺縁部(14)が自由端部(14a)を有し、第1部位(16)は辺縁部(14)の自由端部(14a)の傍で部分的に第2部位(18)から分離している、請求項1に記載の繊維構造体(10、10’)。
- 第1部位(16)の厚み(E2)が第2部位(18)の厚み(E3)とは異なる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の繊維構造体(10、10’)。
- 第2部位(18)が、第1部位(16)の縦糸繊維よりも短い縦糸繊維を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の繊維構造体(10、10’)。
- 主要部位(12)が縦方向(L)と横方向(T)に延在し、第1部位(16)は縦方向(L)に主要部位(12)と連続して延在し、第1部位(16)の繊維の大部分は縦方向(L)に配向され、第2部位(18)の繊維の大部分は横方向(T)に配向される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の繊維構造体(10、10’)。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の、複合材料部品を製造するための繊維構造体(10、10’)によって強化されたマトリックスを備えた複合材料部品(24)であって、前記繊維構造体(10、10’)の第1部位(16)と第2部位(18)によってそれぞれ形成されたフランジ(28)とカウンターフランジ(30)を有することを特徴とする、複合材料部品(24)。
- 前記複合材料部品(24)が案内羽根(40)を形成し、フランジ(28)とカウンターフランジ(30)は前記案内羽根(40)の根元部(42)の近傍内に位置付けられる、請求項6に記載の複合材料部品(24)。
- 円形断面の円筒状部分(50)を形成し、円筒状部分は軸方向(X)に沿って延在し、フランジ(28)とカウンターフランジ(30)は環状であり、円筒状部品(50)の軸方向端部(52)の近傍内に位置付けられる、請求項6に記載の複合材料部品(24)。
- 繊維構造体(10、10’)によって強化されたマトリックスを備えた複合材料部品(24)を製造するための前記繊維構造体(10、10’)を製造する方法であって、繊維構造体(10、10’)は、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のものであり、三次元製織によって製作される、方法。
- 第2部位(18)を製作するために、繊維構造体(10、10’)の製織中に追加の繊維(20T2)が加えられる、請求項9に記載の繊維構造体(10、10’)を製造する方法。
- 第2部位(18)のごく一部が第1部位(16)から外される、請求項9または請求項10に記載の繊維構造体(10、10’)を製造する方法。
- 繊維構造体(10、10’)によって強化されたマトリックスを備えた複合材料部品(24)を製造する方法であって、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の繊維構造体(10、10’)を提供するステップと、
前記部品(24)を固定するためのフランジ(28)とカウンターフランジ(30)を備えたアセンブリを形成するように前記繊維構造体(10、10’)の辺縁部(14)を折り曲げるステップと、
前記繊維構造体(10、10’)をポリマー(26)で高密度化するステップにおいて、前記繊維構造体(10、10’)の繊維(20L、20T、20T2)は、ポリマー(26)によって形成されたマトリックス内に埋め込まれる、ステップと、
を備える方法。 - 辺縁部(14)の自由端部(14a)が、第1部位(16)の自由端部(16a)と第2部位(18)の自由端部(18b)とが互いに連続して位置するように、機械加工される、請求項12に記載の複合材料部品(24)を製造する方法。
