Description

The present invention relates to an access floor panel. More specifically, the through holes are provided in the upper and lower panels of the panel so as to be spaced from each other at a predetermined interval, so that noise caused by a resonance phenomenon is not generated. Since the upper, middle and lower plates are combined to form a panel, it is light in weight and easy to install, as well as an access floor panel that can be reused to reduce environmental pollution. It is about.

In general, offices such as intelligent buildings equipped with office automation facilities increase the wiring efficiency of electric wires and communication lines used for various electric / electronic devices, and consider the indoor air permeability and aesthetics. An access floor panel having a double floor is widely used, and the office environment such as simplification of the room and prevention of static electricity can be improved by burying the wiring in the floor.

The access floor panel is usually formed to have a certain length, and is fixed to support members spaced from each other at a certain interval on the bottom surface, and is used by being connected to each other. This is a cement mortar and PB (Particle Board). ) A plywood is formed by filling a metal panel, and a plywood is divided into a metal panel on which metal plates are stacked so that a hollow portion is formed in a constant thickness.

Here, the PB plywood is a product produced by mixing a crushed wood (chip) with an adhesive by hot pressing, and is also called a chip board.

The metal panel filled with the cement mortar has a problem that it is not only difficult to transport and install because it is filled with cement mortar, but also causes excessive safety and induces a safety accident. .

The metal panel filled with the PB plywood is lighter in weight than the metal panel filled with cement mortar. However, the pulverized wood is mixed with an adhesive to produce a product by hot pressure. In the case of being dried by being expanded by moisture, there is a problem that it is easily damaged by external impact before being expanded by moisture.

In order to sequentially install the metal panel filled with the cement mortar and PB plywood at the bottom, the metal panel must be cut and installed in a space smaller than the metal panel. There was a problem that dust was generated from mortar and PB plywood and the surroundings were contaminated.

In addition, when trying to dispose of the metal panel filled with the cement mortar and PB plywood, it is difficult to separate the cement mortar and PB plywood from the metal panel, which makes it difficult to recycle. If the metal panel is discarded in a state where it is in a wet state, there is a problem of polluting the environment.

In addition, the metal panel formed by stacking metal plate materials so that a hollow portion is formed inside is light and empty inside, so it is easier to install than a metal panel filled with cement mortar and PB plywood. Of course, since cement mortar and PB plywood are not filled into the metal panel, environmental pollution due to the filling filled in the metal panel can be eliminated, but in the hollow portion sealed by the impact transmitted when the pedestrian walks There was a problem that sound reverberation and vibration due to resonance phenomenon occurred greatly, and stuttering due to resonance phenomenon occurred.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of the conventional defects as described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide through holes so as to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance between the upper plate and the lower plate of the panel. Thus, an object of the present invention is to provide an access floor panel that blocks resonance of noise and prevents noise from occurring due to a resonance phenomenon.

Another object of the present invention is to form a panel by combining an upper plate, a middle plate and a lower plate, so that it can be reused while being light in weight and easy to install, thus reducing environmental pollution. It is to provide an access floor panel that can be used.

An intermediate lower plate fixing part 150 for fixing the intermediate plate 120 and the lower plate 110 through the through hole 133 of the upper plate 130 is further included. The middle lower plate fixing part 150 has a coupling hole 151 penetrating through the middle plate 120, a coupling hole 152 penetrating through the lower plate 110 on the same line as the coupling hole 151, and a coupling hole 151 of the lower plate 110. And a fixing member 153 that is coupled to the coupling hole 152 of the intermediate plate 120 and wraps and fixes the intermediate plate 120 and the lower plate 110.

The fixing member 153 is preferably any one of a rivet, a coupling rib protruding from the coupling holes 151 and 152 of the middle plate and the lower plate 120 and 110.

Next, the manufacturing process of the present invention configured as described above will be described.

First, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the upper plate, the middle plate, and the lower plate 130, 120, and 110 are formed from a metal material, respectively. Through holes 133 and 113 are provided through the upper plate 130 and the lower plate 110, and the through holes 133 and 113 must be formed so as not to be located on the same line.

Here, it is preferable that the bent piece 132 formed on the edge of the upper plate 130 is bent at 90 °, and each corner is bent.

The upper plate 130 in which the bent piece 132 is bent is disposed on the mold 10 so that the bent piece 132 is in close contact with the inner surface of the mold 10, and the edge of the plate body 131 is attached to the locking step portion 11. The plate body 121 of the intermediate plate 120 is mounted on the plate body 131 of the upper plate 130.

At this time, after the plate body 121 of the middle plate 120 moves while being in close contact with the bent piece 132 of the upper plate 130 and is attached to the plate body 131, the plate of the lower plate 110 is placed on the plate body 121 of the middle plate 120. When the body 111 is mounted, the plate body 111 of the lower plate 110 moves while closely contacting the folding surface 132 of the upper plate 130 and is mounted on the plate body 121.

In this process, if the plate body 121 of the middle plate 120 and the plate body 111 of the lower plate 110 are mounted on the plate body 131 of the upper plate 130, the bent piece 132 of the upper plate 130 is pressed by a press (not shown). By doing so, the folded piece 132 wraps the end of the plate body 121 of the middle plate 120 and the plate body 111 of the lower plate 110, thereby completing the production of the floor panel 100.

Here, the middle plate 120 and the upper plate 130 of the floor panel 100 can be fixed by the middle and upper plate fixing portion 140. The middle and upper plate fixing part 140 is fixed through the coupling holes 141 and 142 in a state where the coupling holes 141 and 142 are formed through the middle plate 120 and the upper plate 130 on the same line as the through hole 113 of the lower plate 110. The member 143 is used for fixing.

The fixing member 143 is one of a coupling rib or a rivet protruding from the coupling holes 141 and 142, and the pressing member 20 such as a cylinder presses the rivet or the coupling rib through the through hole 113 of the lower plate 110. To do. When the coupling rib protrudes from the coupling hole 141 and wraps the coupling hole 142, the coupling rib projects from the upper plate 130 by the thickness of the coupling rib. Therefore, a structure that projects from the coupling hole 142 and wraps the coupling hole 141 is preferable. .

Here, when pressing the coupling rib with the pressing member 20, the upper plate 130 is attached to the deformation preventing mold 30 to prevent deformation, and the end of the pressing member 20 protrudes from the deformation preventing mold 30. A space must be formed.

Further, the middle plate 120 and the lower plate 110 of the floor panel 100 can be fixed by the middle and lower plate fixing portion 150. The middle and lower plate fixing part 150 is fixed through the coupling holes 151 and 152 in a state where the coupling holes 151 and 152 penetrate the middle plate 120 and the lower plate 110 on the same line as the through hole 133 of the upper plate 130, respectively. The member 153 is fixed.

The fixing member 153 is one of a coupling rib or a rivet protruding from the coupling holes 151 and 152, and a pressing member 20 such as a cylinder presses the rivet and the coupling rib through the through hole 133 of the upper plate 130. . When the coupling rib protrudes from the coupling hole 151 and encloses the coupling hole 152, the coupling rib projects from the lower plate 110 by the thickness of the coupling rib. Therefore, the coupling rib projects from the coupling hole 152 and wraps the coupling hole 151. preferable.

Here, when pressing the coupling rib with the pressing member 20, the lower plate 110 must be attached to the deformation preventing mold 30 to prevent deformation, and the deformation preventing mold 30 has an end portion of the pressing member 20. A space must be formed to protrude.

The floor panel 100 formed by the above-described process is installed by attaching an edge portion to a support member formed so as to be spaced from the bottom surface at a predetermined interval, and the floor member 100 is provided with the edge portion attached to the support member. The panel 100 can be fixed by pressing a fastening member (not shown) fastened to the support member.
