Through this space, electrical wiring 102 and piping (not shown) are arranged behind the ceiling. The wiring or the like is led from the back of the ceiling between the moisture-proof sheet 13a of the heat insulating material 13 and the runner material 5.

Further, the excess portion on the upper side of the moisture-proof sheet 13a is positioned on the lower surface side of the flange 3a and temporarily fixed with an adhesive tape. When the member locking tool 2 is attached to the flange 3a in this state, an excess portion on the upper side is sandwiched between the receiving portion 21b of the member locking tool 2 and the lower surface of the flange 3a, and the heat insulating material 13 Is held. It should be noted that the surplus portion on the lower side can be simply hung downward.

Thus, in the above moisture-proof structure, the building can be moisture-proof without providing a moisture-proof sheet on the back surface of the outer wall panel 4. In addition, it is no longer necessary to place a moisture-proof sheet so that the column is greatly involved in a building with a heat insulating material provided outside the column beam, which is the structural frame of the building. Excellent moisture-proof construction can be performed. Furthermore, compared with moisture prevention using a moisture-proof sheet provided on the back surface of the outer wall panel 4, the wall moisture-proof surface B, the beam-top moisture-proof surface C, the wall bottom floor moisture-proof surface D, the beam under-moisture-proof surface E and the above-mentioned Moisture prevention by the ceiling-to-wall moisture-proof surface F has an advantage that indoor moisture hardly reaches the pillars.

In addition, it replaces with the said heat insulating materials 12 and 13 which form a moisture-proof surface, and the flexible material which does not have heat insulation can be used. This flexible material includes a material in which a bag is filled with a fiber material, a material in which a bag is not filled with a fiber material, or a flexible sheet such as an air cap. On the other hand, about the said heat insulating material 11, what has heat insulation is used so that the heat insulation defect | deletion in an attic may be prevented. Moreover, by using the same thing as the said heat insulating materials 11, 12, and 13, cost reduction, reduction of arrangement | positioning mistake, etc. can be aimed at.

Further, in the above embodiment, the on-beam moisture-proof surface C by the moisture-proof sheet 12a is positioned along the edge surface of the floor 8, but is positioned between the back surface of the outer wall panel 4 and the heat insulating material 12. May be. In this case, it is desirable that the moistureproof surface D under the wall extends to the upper surface of the heat insulating material 12. Further, the under-beam moisture-proof surface E by the moisture-proof sheet 13 a is located along the edge surface of the ceiling 6, but may be located between the back surface of the outer wall panel 4 and the heat insulating material 13. In this case, it is preferable that the above-wall ceiling moisture-proof surface F is extended to the lower surface of the heat insulating material 13.
