Claims (15)
- 生物導管の閉塞を治療することによって前記生物導管を開口する手技の後に行われる前記生物導管の内壁への少なくとも1つの治療薬のボーラスの局所送達および適用のためのシステムであって、
外面を有する拡張可能ステントであって、前記生物導管への送達が可能であり、前記導管内で拡張する、ステントと、
第1の溶解性または生分解性材料と第2の溶解性または生分解性材料とを備えたバッグであって、かつ、前記バッグの中に前記少なくとも1つの治療薬の用量を備えた、バッグと、
を備え、
前記バッグは前記拡張可能ステントの外面に取り付けられており、前記第2の溶解性または生分解性材料は、前記拡張可能ステントの外面に取り付けられて前記拡張可能ステントの外面を連続的に放射状に包み込んでおり、
前記第2の溶解性または生分解性材料に対する前記拡張可能ステントの押圧の結果として、前記第1の溶解性または生分解性材料は、前記生物導管の内壁に対して押圧されて配置され、
前記第1の溶解性または生分解性材料は、前記第1の溶解性または生分解性材料が溶解または生分解するときに前記少なくとも1つの治療薬の前記用量が前記生物導管の前記内壁に曝されるように、前記第2の溶解性または生分解性材料が溶解または生分解する前に溶解または生分解し、
前記第2の溶解性または生分解性材料に対する前記拡張可能ステントの前記押圧が、前記第2の溶解性または生分解性材料が溶解または生分解するまで前記少なくとも1つの治療薬の前記用量を外傷を治療するための位置で保持する、システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの治療薬は、抗再狭窄薬を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記抗再狭窄薬は、細胞骨格阻害剤を含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記抗再狭窄薬は、平滑筋阻害剤を含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記抗再狭窄薬は、タキソール、タキソテール、パクリタキセル、アブラキサン、およびコロキサンからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの治療薬は、抗凝固剤、抗増殖剤、抗炎症薬、血管細胞成長抑制剤、コレステロール降下剤、血管拡張剤、酸化防止剤、抗生剤、ジゴキシン、ベータ遮断薬、アンギオテンシン変換酵素、カプトプリル、麻酔薬、およびエナロプリルからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの治療薬は、ヘパリン、抗トロンビン化合物、血小板受容体拮抗薬、抗トロンビン抗体、抗血小板受容体抗体、ジピリダモール、プロタミン、ヒルジン、プロスタグランジン阻害剤、血小板阻害剤、血管細胞成長促進剤、およびウロキナーゼからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの治療薬は、エノキサパリン、アンギオペプチン、平滑筋細胞増殖を阻止することが可能なモノクローナル抗体、ヒルジン、アセチルサリル酸、アムロジピンおよびドキサゾシンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの治療薬は、グルココルチコイド、ベータメタゾン、デキサメタゾン、プレドニゾロン、コルチコステロン、ブデソニド、エストロゲン、スルファサラジン、およびメサラミンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの治療薬は、骨髄、骨髄由来単核細胞、前駆細胞、幹細胞、多能性幹細胞、線維芽細胞、マクロファージ、および衛星細胞からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記前駆細胞は、内皮前駆細胞である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記幹細胞は、間葉細胞、造血細胞、および神経細胞からなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの治療薬は、自己由来細胞、同種異系由来細胞、異種由来細胞、および遺伝子組み換え細胞からなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの治療薬は、DNA、RNA、ウイルスベクター、および非ウイルスベクターからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの治療薬は、細胞、酵母、細菌、タンパク質、ペプチド、サイトカイン、およびホルモンからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
