Abstract

一种新型可携带药物自膨胀式非血管腔道支架输送装置,包括自膨式金属支架(4)和可携带药物膜片的支架输送装置,所述可携带药物膜片的支架输送装置包括软头(1)、内管(2)、外管(3)、药物膜片保护壳管(5)、中管(6)、前手柄(7)、助推管(8)和后手柄(9)。本发明的新型可携带药物自膨胀式非血管腔道支架输送装置使得医生在手术时,无需先给支架上喷涂或装填药物,再将支架装入置入器中,而新型置入器只需要支架将载药膜片装在置入器软头上,再将保护壳管套在置入器外管上,即可实施手术操作,减少了操作步骤。

Description

一种可携带药物自膨胀式非血管腔道支架输送装置
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,涉及一种可携带药物自膨胀式非血管腔道支架输送装置,用于呼吸道、消化道等非血管腔道内的狭窄的扩张及辅助化疗。
背景技术
现有的非血管腔道支架主要作用为腔道狭窄处的扩张,另有可携带放疗离子支架及可携带化疗药物的支架,可用于狭窄段的放化疗。
现有的可携带化疗药物支架,其载药方式主要是在支架主体上,其一种形式是在支架上捆绑小壳管或小球,用于携带化疗药物,而另一种形式是在支架上覆以微孔海绵结构硅胶膜,硅胶膜可吸附携带放疗性药物。
无论是以上哪种载药形式,都是需要医生在支架植入前,在支架本体上先布上或浸上药物,再将装载药物的支架装入置入器中,增加了医生操作的难度,尤其是在装支架时医生较难操作。
现有技术:
1.非血管支架植入技术;
2.药物缓释膜片技术:利用生物降解高分子材料物理包埋或化学结合需要缓释的药物制成植入膜片,药物从聚合物的孔道中扩散出来,以一定的速率释放,从而达到局部缓释、控释的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供可携带药物自膨胀式非血管腔道支架输送装置,是一种可方便医生操作,降低置入器准备工作的可携带化疗药物的自膨胀式非血管腔道支架,使医生省去装支架的工作,仅需装填药物即可实施支架植入术。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种可携带药物自膨胀式非血管腔道支架输送装置,包括自膨式金属支架4和可携带药物膜片的支架输送装置,所述可携带药物膜片的支架输送装置包括软头1、内管2、外管3、药物膜片保护壳管5、中管6、前手柄7、助推管8和后手柄9,所述前手柄7、助推管8和后手柄9依次连接,前手柄7的前端连接有中管6,中管6内连接内管2,内管2末端连接软头1,自膨式金属支架4套设在内管2伸出中管6的部分,外管3连接软头1和中管6,外管3外侧设有药物膜片保护壳管5。
所述外管3与药物膜片保护壳管5之间设有管状的药物膜片。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的可携带药物自膨胀式非血管腔道支架输送装置使得医生在手术时,无需先给支架上喷涂或装填药物,再将支架装入置入器中,以上步骤带来的问题是要占用手术时间,且支架需经过压缩再装填到置入器中,较困难。而新型置入器只需要支架将载药膜片装在置入器软头上,再将保护壳管套在置入器外管上,即可实施手术操作,减少了操作步骤。

如图1至图5,一种可携带药物自膨胀式非血管腔道支架输送装置,包括自膨式金属支架4和可携带药物膜片的支架输送装置,所述可携带药物膜片的支架输送装置包括软头1、内管2、外管3、药物膜片保护壳管5、中管6、前手柄7、助推管8和后手柄9,所述前手柄7、助推管8和后手柄9依次连接,前手柄7的前端连接有中管6,中管6内连接内管2,内管2末端连接软头1,自膨式金属支架4套设在内管2伸出中管6的部分,外管3连接软头1和中管6,外管3外侧设有药物膜片保护壳管5。
所述外管3与药物膜片保护壳管5之间设有管状的药物膜片,药物膜片为空心管状,其一端设有用于连接的挂片。

1.一种可携带药物自膨胀式非血管腔道支架输送装置,其特征是包括自膨式金属支架(4)和可携带药物膜片的支架输送装置,所述可携带药物膜片的支架输送装置包括软头(1)、内管(2)、外管(3)、药物膜片保护壳管(5)、中管(6)、前手柄(7)、助推管(8)和后手柄(9),所述前手柄(7)、助推管(8)和后手柄(9)依次连接,前手柄(7)的前端连接有中管(6),中管(6)内连接内管(2),内管(2)末端连接软头(1),自膨式金属支架(4)套设在内管(2)伸出中管(6)的部分,外管(3)连接软头(1)和中管(6),外管(3)外侧设有药物膜片保护壳管(5);所述外管(3)与药物膜片保护壳管(5)之间设有管状的药物膜片;药物膜片为空心管状,其一端设有用于连接的挂片;通过挂片将药物膜片装在软头(1)上,再将药物膜片保护壳管(5)套在外管(3)上,即可实施手术操作。
