Claims (4)
- 予測方向を取得するステップと、
もし、予測方向が、現在の画像ブロックの右上のブロックを指示し、かつ、前記右上のブロックが無効であり、前記現在の画像ブロックの左サイドのブロックが有効である場合、前記現在の画像ブロックの前記左サイドのブロック画素値を前記現在の画像ブロックの下サイドのブロックにコピーするとともに、コピーした後に前記予測方向を反転させることによって、指示された前記下サイドのブロック画素値を取得するステップと、
コピーした後に逆方向延伸における前記予測方向によって指示される前記下サイドのブロックの前記画素値及び前記予測方向に基づいて、前記現在の画像ブロックの画素値を予測するステップと、
を含む、符号化又は復号化における予測方法。 - 前記右上のブロックが、現在の画像ブロックが位置している画像の境界の外側に位置し、
前記右上のブロックが、前記現在の画像ブロックと異なるスライスに位置し、
前記右上のブロックが、符号化又は復号化されていない、という上記の条件のいずれか一つを前記右上のブロックが満たすとき、前記右上のブロックが無効である、請求項1に記載の予測方法。 - 予測方向を取得するよう構成される、予測方向取得モジュールと、
前記予測方向が現在の画像ブロックの右上のブロックを指示し、かつ、前記右上のブロックが無効であり、かつ、前記現在の画像ブロックの左サイドのブロックが有効であるとき、前記現在の画像ブロックの前記左サイドのブロックの画素値を、前記現在の画像ブロックの下サイドのブロックにコピーし、かつ、コピーした後に前記予測方向を反転させることによって指示される前記下サイドのブロックの画素値を取得するよう構成される画素値コピーモジュールと、
コピーした後に逆方向延伸における前記予測方向によって指示される前記下サイドのブロックの前記画素値及び前記予測方向に基づいて、前記現在の画像ブロックの画素値を予測するよう構成される、予測モジュールと、
を含む、符号化又は復号化における予測器。 - 前記右上のブロックが、前記現在の画像ブロックが位置する画像の境界外に位置し、
前記右上のブロックが、前記現在の画像ブロックと異なるスライスに位置し、
前記右上のブロックが、符号化又は復号化されていない、
上記の条件のいずれか一つを、前記右上のブロックが満たすとき、前記右上のブロックは、無効である、請求項3に記載の予測器。
