Description
The present invention relates to a roll-shaped laminated continuous sheet in which a laminated continuous sheet formed by laminating an upper layer sheet and a lower layer sheet having a belt shape is wound in a roll shape.
In a roll-like sanitary paper in which a sanitary paper such as a toilet roll or kitchen roll is wound in a roll shape, the paper itself is often required to have a certain degree of flexibility and touch. In order to satisfy such a requirement, a laminated continuous sheet formed by laminating a plurality of thinner sheets is employed. In this case, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for mechanically embossing and stamping the laminated continuous sheets to integrally bond them so that the plurality of sheets in a laminated state do not peel from each other. Proposed.
When embossing or stamping (hereinafter referred to collectively as embossing for convenience) is performed on these sheets so that the laminated sheets do not peel from each other, the embossing position is the width of the continuous sheet. If the direction is always continuous at a certain position, a problem occurs. That is, as a result of a part of the outer peripheral surface of the wound roll-shaped laminated continuous sheet being swelled in an annular shape due to the stacking of embossing, the appearance of the roll-shaped laminated continuous sheet is impaired.
Therefore, in Patent Document 1, design embossing is performed so that an embossed pattern is formed on the entire surface of the laminated continuous sheet that is not subjected to bonding embossing for bonding the laminated continuous sheet. . Furthermore, by reducing the size of the embossed portion formed by the embossing for bonding than the individual embossed portions formed by the embossing for the design, a decrease in the appearance of the appearance is suppressed.
However, the bonding embossed part proposed in Patent Document 1 is greatly different from the appearance of the design embossing part, and these are formed in separate areas. There is no change in being easily visible. Therefore, it is unsatisfactory in terms of improving the appearance of the appearance, and further improvements are desired.
An object of the present invention is to provide a roll-shaped laminated continuous sheet that can significantly improve the appearance of the appearance due to embossing for bonding in a laminated continuous sheet obtained by laminating an upper layer sheet and a lower layer sheet having a belt shape.
A roll-like laminated continuous sheet according to the present invention in which a laminated continuous sheet formed by laminating a belt-like upper layer sheet and a lower layer sheet is wound in a roll shape is continuously along the width direction and the longitudinal direction of the upper layer sheet. A plurality of first embossed portions formed on the upper sheet so as to define a repetitive embossing pattern, and an upper bonding emboss for defining a bonding area where the upper sheet and the lower sheet are in close contact with each other And a joint region in which the upper layer sheet and the lower layer sheet are in close contact with the upper joint embossed portion, and the upper layer sheet and the lower layer sheet are integrally joined with the upper joint embossed portion. An embossing portion for lower joining for performing at least one of the upper and lower joining embossing portions with respect to the width direction and the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet. Arranged at each predetermined interval along the respective inclined direction, and wherein the area of each of the top of the bonding embossed portions arranged at fixed intervals is less than the area of the top portion of each of the first embossed portion .
In the present invention, the upper layer sheet and the lower layer sheet are integrally bonded in the bonding region of the upper bonding embossed portion and the lower bonding embossed portion. The upper bonding embossed portion is in a state of being mixed into the embossed pattern formed by the first embossed portion.
Note that the description of “joining embossing” described in the present specification includes not only embossing but also a state according to a processing form such as stamping accompanied by deformation of a workpiece. Therefore, in the present invention, it is possible to form the “joining emboss” on the workpiece using a stamping roll or the like instead of the embossing roll for forming the “joining emboss”.
It is preferable that the interval between the joining regions of at least one embossing portion adjacent to each other along the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet is equal to or less than the length of each matching region along the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet.
Further, the arrangement interval of at least one bonding embossed portion inclined with respect to the width direction of the laminated continuous sheet and the arrangement interval of at least one bonding embossed portion inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet are the same. It may be.
The upper and lower bonding embossed portions can be formed close to both side edges in the width direction along the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet.
The other of the embossed portions for the upper and lower joints may have a continuous planar shape or groove shape.
The joining area | region by the other embossing part for joining may exist in the same position as the surface of the upper layer sheet in which the 1st embossing part is not formed regarding the thickness direction of an upper layer sheet.
It is preferable to protrude the first embossed portion toward the lower layer sheet.
Each embossing pattern may have a point-symmetric shape in which the first embossed portions are concentrically arranged, a rotationally symmetric shape, or a spiral shape.
It is preferable that the arrangement direction of the emboss pattern is inclined with respect to the width direction and the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet.
A plurality of second embossed portions having a truncated cone shape formed in the lower layer sheet at predetermined intervals along the width direction and the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet so as to protrude toward the upper layer sheet side can be further provided.
According to the roll-shaped laminated continuous sheet of the present invention, the upper bonding embossed portion is in a state of being included in the embossed pattern formed by the first embossed portion. For this reason, the visibility of the embossing part for joining falls rather than the conventional one, and the fall of the appearance of the roll-shaped lamination continuous sheet by having formed the embossing part for joining can be suppressed significantly. Moreover, since at least one of the upper and lower bonding embossed portions is arranged at regular intervals along the direction inclined with respect to the width direction and the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet, the embossing roll during the embossing Periodic vibration can be suppressed.
When the interval between the bonding areas by one of the adjacent embossing portions along the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet is set to be equal to or less than the length of each bonding area, the periodic vibration of the embossing roll during the embossing is reduced. This can prevent the generation of noise further. In addition, the replacement life can be extended.
When the arrangement interval of at least one embossing part for joining inclined with respect to the width direction of the laminated continuous sheet is the same as the arrangement interval of at least one embossing part for joining inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet, Therefore, the embossing roll can be easily manufactured.
When the embossed portion for bonding is formed close to both side edges in the width direction along the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet, both side edges in the width direction of the continuous laminated sheet that are easily peeled are joined, and the upper sheet and Peeling from the lower layer sheet can be prevented more reliably.
When the other of the embossed portions for upper and lower joining forms a continuous planar shape or groove shape, the adhesion between the upper layer sheet and the lower layer sheet can be further enhanced.
In the thickness direction of the upper layer sheet, when the bonding region by the other bonding embossed portion is set at the same position as the surface of the upper layer sheet where the first embossed portion is not formed, the deformation of the upper layer sheet by the upper bonding embossed portion is reduced. be able to. As a result, the visibility of the bonding embossed portion is further lowered, and the deterioration of the appearance of the roll-shaped laminated continuous sheet due to the formation of the bonding embossed portion can be further suppressed.
When the 1st embossed part protrudes in the lower layer sheet side, the touch of the surface of a lamination | stacking continuous sheet can be kept favorable.
When each embossing pattern has a point-symmetric shape in which the first embossed portions are arranged concentrically, the joining embossed portion can be further mixed into the embossed pattern. As a result, it is possible to further suppress a decrease in appearance due to the formation of the bonding embossed portion.
Similarly, when the arrangement direction of the emboss pattern is inclined with respect to the width direction and the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet, the joining embossed portion can be further infiltrated into the emboss pattern. As a result, it is possible to further suppress a decrease in appearance due to the formation of the bonding embossed portion.
When a large number of second embossed portions are formed in the lower layer sheet at predetermined intervals along the width direction and the longitudinal direction of the laminated continuous sheet so as to protrude to the upper layer sheet side, the flexibility and feel of the continuous laminated sheet are further improved. Can be made.
One embodiment in which the roll-shaped laminated continuous sheet according to the present invention is applied to a toilet roll will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. However, the present invention is not limited to such an embodiment. For example, any roll-like laminate in which a laminated continuous sheet formed by laminating a lower layer sheet and an upper layer sheet in a strip shape is wound into a roll shape such as a kitchen roll. It can be applied to continuous sheets.
The appearance of the toilet roll in the present embodiment is shown in FIG. 1, the front shape of a part of the laminated continuous sheet is shown in FIG. 2, and the cross-sectional shape along the III-III arrow is extracted and enlarged and schematically shown. 3 shows. The
In the present embodiment, the two continuous layers of
A large number of first
In the present embodiment, each emboss pattern P is set so as to occupy a substantially square area, but may be set so as to occupy an equilateral triangle area and arranged in a dense state. Moreover, even if these embossed patterns are the ones in which the first
The
As described above, the
The
The upper bonding embossed
A number of lower bonding embossed
The upper bonding embossed
When the lower bonding embossed
When the above-described joining
