Description
−前記上昇流リフトは、前記傾斜方向に平行に延びる透明なチューブである。
−前記光バイオリアクターは、前記平均勾配のアジャスターを備え、前記上昇流リフトは、前記流動基材と一体である。
−前記光バイオリアクターは、該光バイオリアクターを垂直軸に沿って回転させる装置を備える。
−前記流動基材は、前記上昇流リフトの入口ポートが配置される最低高さの地点と、前記上昇流リフトの出口ポートが配置される少なくとも1つの最高高さの地点とを含む。
−前記流動基材は平らで矩形であり、前記表面の前記下流側の部分によって側溝が形成され、該側溝は、前記流動基材の前記傾斜方向に垂直な方向に沿って傾いている。
−前記光バイオリアクターは、前記表面を覆う透明な蓋を備え、該蓋は、前記溶液の表面に空気の膜を残すように構成されている。
−前記流動基材の前記表面は凹凸を有する。
−前記流動基材の前記表面にコーティングが塗布され、該コーティングは、前記流動基材の表面エネルギーを増大させるために親水性であり、及び又は、前記流動基材の前記表面上への細胞の付着を回避するために付着防止性である。
−溶液分散部が前記上昇流リフトの出口に位置し、前記溶液分散部は、前記流れが前記流動基材の前記表面を全体的に覆うよう、前記溶液を広げるように構成されている。

寸法決めの例を以下に与える。
本発明は、バイオマスの生成におけるその使用に関して説明したが、液体の処理用の光触媒の分野において用いることもできる。実際には、この分野では、照射される大きな比表面積が同様に必要である(照射される壁のファウリング、材料の大量の移送等を回避するために必要とされる)。
Claims (10)
- 表面を有するとともに傾斜方向(I−I)に沿って平均勾配で傾いている流動基材(2)を備え、該流動基材(2)上に溶液が流れ、該流動基材(2)は上流側(21)及び下流側(22)を有し、前記溶液は懸濁した細胞を含む、細胞の培養用の光バイオリアクター(1)において、
前記傾斜方向(I−I)に対してほぼ平行である上昇流方向に沿って前記溶液を前記下流側(22)から前記上流側(21)へ運ぶ上昇流リフト(3)を備えることを特徴とする光バイオリアクター。 - 前記上昇流リフト(3)は、前記傾斜方向(I−I)に平行に延びる透明なチューブである、請求項1に記載の光バイオリアクター。
- 前記平均勾配のアジャスター(4)を備え、前記上昇流リフト(3)は、前記流動基材(2)と一体である、請求項1または2に記載の光バイオリアクター。
- 前記光バイオリアクターを垂直軸に沿って回転させる装置を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の光バイオリアクター。
- 前記流動基材(2)は、
前記上昇流リフト(3)の入口ポート(31)が配置される最低高さの地点(23)と、
前記上昇流リフト(3)の出口ポート(32)が配置される少なくとも1つの最高高さの地点(24)と
を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の光バイオリアクター。 - 前記流動基材(2)は平らで矩形であり、前記表面の前記下流側の部分によって側溝(25)が形成され、該側溝(25)は、前記流動基材の前記傾斜方向(I−I)に垂直な方向に沿って傾いている、請求項5に記載の光バイオリアクター。
- 前記表面を覆う透明な蓋を備え、該蓋は、前記溶液の表面に空気の膜を残すように構成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の光バイオリアクター。
- 前記流動基材(2)の前記表面は凹凸を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の光バイオリアクター。
- 前記流動基材(2)の表面エネルギーを増大させるための親水性コーティング、及び/又は前記流動基材(2)の前記表面上への細胞の付着を回避するための付着防止コーティングが、前記流動基材(2)の前記表面に塗布される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の光バイオリアクター。
- 溶液分散部(6)が前記上昇流リフト(3)の出口に位置し、前記溶液分散部(6)は、前記流れが前記流動基材(2)の前記表面を全体的に覆うよう、前記溶液を広げるように構成されている、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の光バイオリアクター。
