Description
The present invention relates to a dry-type antifouling / cleaning sheet that can easily remove dirt on a surface to be cleaned and can simultaneously provide an antifouling effect.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, cleaning sheets for removing dirt are known in various shapes and materials such as a wet sheet type and a dry sheet type.
There are various wet sheet types. In the glass cleaning sheet and the glass cleaning sheet article of Patent Document 1, a surfactant, a hydrophilic solvent, an antifogging component, and / or a detergent component on a rayon or cotton nonwoven fabric are used. Or what was impregnated with 1 type chosen from an alkanolamine and an alkali metal is described. In addition, the non-woven fabric for cleaning and the non-woven fabric article for cleaning described in Patent Document 2 are obtained by impregnating a spun lace non-woven fabric with a surfactant, a water-soluble solvent and an alkaline agent to remove stubborn oil stains on the hard surface. Compared with a cleaning method using steel wool or the like, it is possible to clean easily and effectively with very little effort without worrying about damage. In the cleaning sheet of Patent Document 3 and the manufacturing method thereof, as a cleaning sheet having a high cleaning effect suitable for furniture and fixtures installed in a place where water is used, a non-woven fabric containing rayon fibers and polyethylene terephthalate fibers is used as an interface. The thing containing the cleaning agent containing an activator and a polyhydric alcohol is disclosed. In patent document 4, the wet type which impregnated the nonwoven fabric with the aqueous | water-based cleaning agent containing the antistatic agent which consists of an anionic surfactant or a nonionic surfactant, and the thickener which consists of an anionic thickener or a nonionic thickener. This cleaning sheet is shown to prevent the occurrence of dirt due to static electricity. However, when these wet type sheets are wiped off the window glass or screen, the dirt once wiped out is pushed out to the surface to be cleaned by the cleaning liquid, and it cannot be wiped off even if wiped many times. It was necessary to wipe twice later.
On the other hand, as a dry sheet type, there is a cleaning wiping tool of Patent Document 5, and a sheet formed by laminating a fibrous web made of hydrophilic fibers and crimped synthetic fibers on a long fiber nonwoven fabric, an oil agent component and an interface. A cleaning wiping tool carrying a dust control agent made of an activator is shown. Moreover, in the cleaning tool of patent document 6, the antigenicity reduction composition containing the antigenicity reduction component which reduces the antigenicity of the substance which causes allergy, an oil agent, and surfactant in dry type fibrous base material A cleaning tool provided with an object is shown. However, these dry type sheets firmly adsorb the wiped dirt, and the dirt does not reattach to the surface to be cleaned, but it contains the water-soluble antifouling component used in the wet type. It was difficult to impart an antifouling effect to the surface to be cleaned after wiping.
The present invention is composed of a sheet impregnated with an oil containing a hydrocarbon-based solvent that is liquid at 20 ° C. and a specific surfactant that dissolves in the solvent. According to the antifouling / cleaning sheet of the present invention, as an impregnating oil agent, a high cleaning effect is obtained based on the blending of a hydrocarbon-based oily solvent that is liquid at 20 ° C. and a specific surfactant that dissolves therein. In addition to the performance, an antifouling effect can be imparted to the surface to be cleaned after cleaning.
Further, the antifouling / cleaning sheet of the present invention can be used as it is or after being attached to an applicator.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described.
The nonwoven fabric used in the present invention can be used without particular limitation as long as it can be impregnated with a sufficient amount of impregnating oil and has a strength capable of withstanding cleaning. Particularly preferred nonwoven fabrics include, for example, spunlace nonwoven fabrics, spunbond nonwoven fabrics, suction nonwoven fabrics, heat bond nonwoven fabrics, melt blown nonwoven fabrics, and the like. The fiber composition which forms a nonwoven fabric can be selected suitably, and fibers, such as rayon, polyolefin, polyester, a pulp, can be used individually or in a laminated form. Furthermore, it is desirable that the nonwoven fabric used in the present invention has a basis weight of 30 to 200 g / m 2 . If the basis weight is too small, when used as a cleaning sheet, the strength becomes insufficient, and tears or fibers fall off, causing dirt. On the other hand, if it is too large, the cost becomes high, and it becomes difficult to transmit the force to the cleaning surface.
Examples of the hydrocarbon-based oily solvent that is liquid at 20 ° C. used in the present invention include paraffinic hydrocarbons, olefinic hydrocarbons, naphthenic hydrocarbons, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Examples of paraffins include normal paraffins and isoparaffins, and olefins include α-olefins such as 1-dodecene, 1-tetradecene, 1-hexadecene, and 1-octadecene. Moreover, the mineral oil etc. with which these hydrocarbons were mixed may be sufficient. In particular, paraffinic hydrocarbons, olefinic hydrocarbons, or naphthenic hydrocarbons are preferably used because they have good soil adsorbability and lubricity.
As specific surfactants to be dissolved in the hydrocarbon oil solvent, polyoxyethylene alkylamine, polyoxyethylene alkyldiamine, sorbitan fatty acid ester and ionic liquid are adopted from the viewpoint of solubility and antifouling property. Those having an ethylene oxide addition mole number of ethylene alkylamine and polyoxyethylene alkyldiamine of 3 or less are preferred. Surfactants other than these, such as polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, fatty acid alkanolamide, and glycerin fatty acid ester, are not preferable because they are poorly soluble in hydrocarbon oil-based solvents even if they have a low HLB.
The blending amount of the surfactant dissolved in the hydrocarbon-based oily solvent is preferably 5% by mass or more from the viewpoint of the antifouling effect, but a corresponding antifouling effect can be obtained even if the blending amount is increased beyond 30% by mass. In addition, the cost is increased, so the range of 5 to 30% by mass is appropriate.

防汚率(%)=(A−B)/A×100

<Anti-fouling test>
A 1 mm thick vinyl chloride plate is cut to 5 x 10 cm, wiped evenly with an antifouling / cleaning sheet, and then wiped down with a 9 cm diameter petri dish containing dry soil. It was placed on top and the back side was rubbed 10 times with a non-woven fabric to cause static electricity to adhere the soil. The amount of soil adhesion was measured, and the antifouling rate (%) was calculated by the following formula.
Antifouling rate (%) = (A−B) / A × 100
A: Amount of soil adhering to untreated vinyl chloride plate B: Amount of soil adhering to vinyl chloride plate wiped with antifouling / cleaning sheet
Moreover, the antifouling effect at this time was visually evaluated according to the following criteria.
○: Slightly less adherence of dirt than untreated △: Slightly less dirt than untreated ×: Stained as much as untreated
