Description
Claims (9)
- ディストリビュータセグメント(80)上に設けられた切欠き(83c)及びケーシング上に配置されたボアの両方の内部に取り付けられる回転防止ペグ(120)を含む、ケーシングの内側壁とディストリビュータセグメント(80)の外側壁の間における熱遮蔽シート(30)の介在を伴う、ターボ機械のリング形状のケーシング(10)の内部に収容されたリングセクタの形態のディストリビュータのセグメント(80)の回転を防止するための装置を有するターボ機械にして、熱遮蔽シート(30)は、回転防止ペグ(120)に圧接するタブ(30a)を含む、ターボ機械であって、
装置が、ターボ機械の動作の際の熱遮蔽シートの可能な半径方向の変位の場合に当接部を形成する半径方向においてタブとケーシングの前記内側壁の間における表面部分(122c)の配置を含むことを特徴とする、ターボ機械。 - その回転防止ペグ(120)が、ディストリビュータセグメント(80)の切欠き(83c)内に収容されたヘッド(122)と、ケーシング上に配置されたボアに進入するロッド(121)と、を含み、前記表面部分(122c)は、回転防止ペグのヘッド(122)と一体をなしている請求項1に記載のターボ機械。
- その前記表面部分(122c)が、回転防止ペグのヘッド内に機械加工された肩部によって構成される請求項2に記載のターボ機械。
- その前記表面部分(122c)が、ディストリビュータの軸に対して平行であると共にケーシングの内側壁に圧接するラグによって形成される、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のターボ機械。
- ディストリビュータセグメント(80)が、ディストリビュータの軸に対して垂直のリブ(83)を含むと共にケーシングの内側壁に圧接し、その前記切欠き(83c)は、リブ(83)の一側部上に設けられた突出部(83’)内に形成される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のターボ機械。
- その熱遮蔽シート(30)が、前記突出部(83’)に対応する凹入部を有するリングセクタの形態を有し、タブ(30a)は、凹入部の底部内に配置される、請求項5に記載のターボ機械。
- その遮蔽シート(30)が、ディストリビュータセグメント(80)のリブ(83)及び回転防止ペグ(120)との関係において上流に設けられる、請求項5又は6に記載のターボ機械。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のターボ機械内において使用することができる回転防止ペグ(120)であって、
まっすぐなロッド(121)と、
ヘッド(122)と、
を有し、
ヘッドは、ロッドの軸に対して平行である第1面と、ロッドの反対側における第1面との関係において垂直の表面部分(122c)と、を有する、回転防止ペグ。 - 前記ペグが、まっすぐなロッド(121)の軸との関係において垂直のラグを含み、前記表面部分(122c)は、ラグによって形成される、請求項8に記載のペグ。
