Description
−管は、案内の第5段階の案内手段と協働し、管の水中への降下を押し進めるのに適するらせん状外側うねを備える。
−製造された管を太陽放射から保護する手段が、基地と水との間に提供される。
−保護手段は、キャンバスシートを備える。
−樹脂の完全架橋結合の第2段階は、管を加熱する手段を備える。
−スチレン含有量(styrene content)の毎週の検査。その蒸発が低架橋結合の可能性をもたらすかもしれない。
−樹脂の反応性の検査を有効にするためのゲル化持続時間(gelatinization duration)の検査
−粘性(viscosity)の検査。織物の繊維の適切な湿潤に必要である。
−好ましいバブライジング(bubblizing)、好ましい含浸、ウェブの好ましい被覆、周囲条件等を検証することを可能とする目視検査
−「BARCOL」硬度を測定することによる検査。比較により得られる架橋結合レベルを決定することを可能とする。「BARCOL」硬度測定は局所的(local)であり、材料は不均一(heterogeneous)であり、結果の分散(great dispersion)が観察されてもよい。材料が十分な硬度、例えば40よりも大きな硬度を有するときに、架橋結合は適切である。表面だけがアクセス可能である。架橋結合の終了時に、壁のサンプリング(sampling)に備えるべきである。
−示差熱量測定に関連するDSC測定による検査。その測定は、材料サンプル上の、硬化後にまだ消散されていないエネルギを測定し、副重合(sub-polymerization)を検出することを可能とする。DSC測定は、管から採取されるサンプル上、又はチップ若しくは制御サンプル上で行われてもよい破壊検査である。
−放射線検査。付着力(adhesion)により行われる付属組立品を確認し、付着性(adhesive)を欠く領域を検出するために用いられてもよい。
−超音波検査。剥がれた表面、層間剥離(delamination)、隙間、及び厚みの変化を検出し、燃焼により繊維レベルを監視することを可能とする。
Claims (4)
- 海洋温度差エネルギ設備のために深層水を汲み上げる複合繊維樹脂材料からなる硬質管を原位置で製造する装置であって、
前記管の垂直軸方向に連続生産手段が設置される水上基地を備え、
樹脂が含浸された繊維のウェブをワインディングロールの周りにその部分的架橋結合のために巻き付ける巻き付け部と、
前記樹脂の完全架橋結合を行う完全架橋結合部と、
前記管に機能性部材を取り付ける取り付け部と、
このように製造された前記管を検査する検査部と、
前記管を案内する案内部と、を備え、
前記管は、前記案内部の案内手段と協働し、前記管の水中への降下を案内して押し進めるのに適するらせん状外側うねを備えることを特徴とする、深層水を汲み上げる硬質管を原位置で製造する装置。 - 前記製造された管を太陽放射から保護する手段が、前記基地と水との間に提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の深層水を汲み上げる硬質管を原位置で製造する装置。
- 前記保護手段は、キャンバスシートを備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の深層水を汲み上げる硬質管を原位置で製造する装置。
- 前記樹脂の完全架橋結合を行う前記完全架橋結合部は、前記管を加熱する手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の深層水を汲み上げる硬質管を原位置で製造する装置。
