- 電子モニタリングデバイスであって、

前記電子プロセッサが、前記変化する血流信号から心臓パルスと心拍数(HR)とを得るように更に動作可能であり、前記心拍数(HR)を乗算した前記変化する血流信号のフローピーク振幅(PAmp)の関数として血行動態パラメータを生成するように更に動作可能である、電子モニタリングデバイス。 - 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、
前記電子プロセッサが、前記心臓信号から心臓パルスを分離し、選択される心臓パルスと前記選択された心臓パルスの後の前記変化する血流信号のピークとの時間差に基づいて血行動態パラメータの電子的表現を生成するようにも更に動作可能である、デバイス。 - 請求項2に記載のデバイスであって、
前記電子プロセッサが、いずれもが胸部加速度計センサ回路に基づく、血行動態パラメータと心拍数と呼吸パラメータとを提供するように更に動作可能である、デバイス。 - 請求項3に記載のデバイスであって、
前記血流信号用の前記フィルタが、ウィンドウサイズが約200ミリ秒の低次多項式フィルタを用いて前記心臓信号を更に平滑化する、デバイス。 - 請求項2に記載のデバイスであって、
前記電子プロセッサが、前記ピークのフローピーク振幅と時間位置とを特定するために前記変化する血流信号に対して電子的ピーク検出を実施するように更に動作可能である、デバイス。 - 請求項5に記載のデバイスであって、
前記電子プロセッサが、前記変化する血流信号を用いて等容性収縮間隔の電子的表現を出力するように更に動作可能である、デバイス。 - 請求項6に記載のデバイスであって、
前記電子プロセッサが、前記等容性収縮間隔を用いて収縮性の電子的表現を生成するように更に動作可能である、デバイス。 - 請求項7に記載のデバイスであって、
前記電子プロセッサが、フローピーク振幅(PAmp)を特定するために前記変化する血流信号に対して電子的ピーク検出を実施し、前記フローピーク振幅(PAmp)の関数として血行動態パラメータを生成するように更に動作可能である、デバイス。 - 請求項8に記載のデバイスであって、
前記電子プロセッサが、前記変化する血流信号のフローピーク振幅(PAmp)の鼓動毎の値の変動から、呼吸と胸腔内圧と胸郭内圧との少なくとも1つに関連する信号を導出するように更に動作可能である、デバイス。 - 請求項9に記載のデバイスであって、
前記電子プロセッサが、前記変化する血流信号から前記心臓パルスと心拍数(HR)とを得るように更に動作可能であり、前記心拍数(HR)を乗算した前記変化する血流信号のフローピーク振幅(PAmp)の関数として血行動態パラメータを生成するように更に動作可能である、デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、
側面部と、前記側面部に対して平行に加速度感度の直交軸を有する加速度計センサ回路とを有する加速度計センサアセンブリを更に含み、
前記電子プロセッサが、前記加速度感度軸の少なくとも2つを表す、前記加速度計センサ回路からの信号を混合するように動作可能である、デバイス。 - 請求項11に記載のデバイスであって、
前記電子プロセッサが、選択される心臓パルスと前記選択された心臓パルスの後の前記変化する血流信号のピークとの時間差内の心臓鼓動にわたってジッタの測定値を生成するように更に動作可能である、デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、
前記電子プロセッサが、いずれもが胸部加速度計センサ回路に基づく、血行動態パラメータと心拍数と呼吸パラメータとを提供するように更に動作可能である、デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、
前記電子プロセッサが、フローピーク振幅(PAmp)を特定するために前記変化する血流信号に対して電子的ピーク検出を実施し、前記フローピーク振幅(PAmp)の関数として血行動態パラメータを生成するように更に動作可能である、デバイス。
