Claims (20)
- 制限された遠隔通信サービス区域にサービスするように構成される複数の屋内ベースのアクセス・ポイントのうちのアクセス・ポイントを含むシステムであって、
前記アクセス・ポイントは、
無線リソースは前記制限された遠隔通信サービス区域の外部の領域にサービスするように構成される基地局によって配信される制御チャネルであり、前記制限された遠隔通信サービス区域内でモバイル・デバイスの前記無線リソースのアクセスを制御するよう、
前記制御チャネルにスペクトル的にオーバーラップするように構成される周波数搬送波をスケジューリングするよう、
前記制限された遠隔通信サービス区域内で前記モバイル・デバイスによる前記制御チャネルの受信を阻止する電力レベルで前記周波数搬送波を送信するよう、
前記制限された遠隔通信区域内で前記モバイル・デバイスの識別証明書を要求するよう、そして、
監視されることの同意を前記モバイル・デバイスから受信するのに応答して、前記モバイル・デバイスによる前記周波数搬送波へのアクセスを許可するように構成される、
システム。 - 前記制御チャネルは、無線技術プロトコルに従って少なくとも1つの電磁放射周波数帯に従って送信される無線信号を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記アクセス・ポイントは、前記モバイル・デバイスが前記制限された遠隔通信サービス区域内で前記周波数搬送波へのアクセスを許可されるかどうかを識別するフィールド属性を含むアクセス制御データに少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記周波数搬送波へのアクセスを制御するようにさらに構成され、前記アクセス制御データは、前記無線リソースに関連したサービスの特徴を規制する属性のセットをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記周波数搬送波に関連するシグナリングを監視するように構成される管理コンポーネントをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記管理コンポーネントは、前記モバイル・デバイスによる前記周波数搬送波に対するアタッチメント・シグナリングに関係する統計を生成するようにさらに構成される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記管理コンポーネントは、制御判断基準に少なくとも部分的に基づいてアクセス制御データを更新するようにさらに構成される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記管理コンポーネントは、前記周波数搬送波内でトランスポートされるシグナリングに基づいて前記モバイル・デバイスを突き止めるようにさらに構成される、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記アクセス・ポイントは、前記周波数搬送波上のシグナリング・アクティビティの監視に基づいて前記モバイル・デバイスを突き止めるようにさらに構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記管理コンポーネントは、アクセス制御に対する前記無線リソースの選択を容易にするプロトコルを開始するようにさらに構成され、前記プロトコルは、無線技術プロトコルに従って電磁放射周波数帯に従う前記無線リソースに対するスキャンによって検出される複数の無線リソースに関係する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- メモリ内で保持されるコード命令を実行するのに1つまたは複数のプロセッサを使用するステップであって、前記コード命令は、前記プロセッサによって実行される時に、
閉じ込められた区域内で第1の無線リソースを識別するステップであって、前記第1の無線リソースは前記閉じ込められた区域の外部の領域にサービスするように構成される基地局によって配信される、ステップと、
前記第1の無線リソースにスペクトル的にオーバーラップする第2の無線リソースをスケジューリングするステップと、
前記閉じ込められた区域内でモバイル・デバイスによる前記第1の無線リソースの受信を阻止するように構成される電力レベルで前記第2の無線リソースを送信するステップと、
前記モバイル・デバイスの識別証明書を要求するステップと、
監視されることの同意を前記モバイル・デバイスから受信するのに応答して、前記モバイル・デバイスによる前記第2の無線リソースへのアクセスを許可するステップと
を実行する、ステップ
を含む方法。 - 前記第2の無線リソースへの前記アクセスを許可するステップは、アクセス制御データに基づき前記アクセスを許可するステップを含み、前記アクセス制御データは、前記モバイル・デバイスが前記第2の無線リソースにアクセスすることを許可されることを識別する属性を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- プロビジョニングされた判断基準に従って前記アクセス制御データを更新するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の無線リソースへの前記アクセスを許可するステップは、
前記モバイル・デバイスによる前記第2の無線リソースに対する許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングの通知を受信するステップと、
前記モバイル・デバイスに関連する加入者の証明書を要求するステップと、
前記証明書を受信するステップと、
前記証明書が前記モバイル・デバイスの前記第2の無線リソースへのアクセスが認められたことを示すことの決定に応答して、前記モバイル・デバイスによって前記第2の無線リソースへアクセスすることを可能にするステップと
をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の無線リソースへの前記アクセスを許可するステップは、
前記モバイル・デバイスからアタッチメント・シグナリングに対する要求を受信するステップと、
前記アクセス制御データによって定められる属性に基づいて前記モバイル・デバイスの妥当性検査を実行するステップと、
妥当性検査が失敗したという決定に応答して、前記モバイル・デバイスからのアタッチメント・シグナリングに対する前記要求を拒絶し、許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングの通知を生成するステップと、
妥当性検査が成功したという決定に応答して、アタッチメント・シグナリングに対する前記要求を受け入れ、前記モバイル・デバイスによる前記第2の無線リソースへのアクセスを可能にするステップと
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記モバイル・デバイスによって実行される許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングの指示を受信するステップと、
許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングの前記指示を記録するステップと、
前記許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングの前記指示に基づいて、一定の期間内の許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングのパターンを取り出すステップと、
前記モバイル・デバイスについて前記一定の期間内の許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングのレポートを生成するステップと
をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の無線リソースによる遠隔通信サービスへのアクセスに関連するアクセス制御リストに前記モバイル・デバイスを識別する属性を含めるディレクティブを生成するステップと、
前記リスト内で識別される前記モバイル・デバイスによって開始される呼セッションに関係するデータを受信するステップと、
前記データに少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記呼セッションに関するインテリジェンスを生成するステップと
をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の無線リソースに関連するトラフィックに基づいて前記モバイル・デバイスを突き止めるステップをさらに含み、
前記突き止めるステップは、
前記モバイル・デバイスによって実行される許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングの指示を識別するステップと、
前記閉じ込められた区域内で前記第2の無線リソースを送信するアクセス・ポイント・デバイスに関連する分散アンテナのセットの送信電力を変調するステップと、
前記送信電力を変調する前記ステップに基づいて前記許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングの反復を監視するステップと、
前記送信電力を変調する前記ステップに少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングの前記反復に関連する分散アンテナの前記セット内のアンテナを識別するステップと
を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の無線リソースに関連するトラフィックに基づいて前記モバイル・デバイスを突き止めるステップをさらに含み、
前記突き止めるステップは、
送信電力変調シーケンスの実施中に許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングに関係するデータを収集するステップと、
前記データに基づいて前記許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングの相関を決定するステップと、
分散アンテナのセットのうち、前記許可されないアタッチメント・シグナリングの前記相関に関連するアンテナを識別するステップと、
前記アンテナのアイデンティティを決定するステップと
を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 閉じ込められた区域の外部の領域にサービスするように構成される基地局によって配信される第1の無線リソースを、前記閉じ込められた区域内で識別する手段と、
前記第1の無線リソースにスペクトル的にオーバーラップする第2の無線リソースをスケジューリングする手段と、
前記閉じ込められた区域内でモバイル・デバイスによる前記第1の無線リソースの受信を阻止するように構成される電力レベルで前記第2の無線リソースを送信する手段と、
前記モバイル・デバイスの識別証明書を要求する手段と、
監視されることの同意を前記モバイル・デバイスから受信するのに応答して、前記閉じ込められた区域内で遠隔通信サービスを提供するために前記モバイル・デバイスによる前記第2の無線リソースへのアクセスを許可する手段と
を含むシステム。 - 前記第2の無線リソース上でのシグナリングの監視に基づいて前記モバイル・デバイスを突き止める手段を含む、請求項19に記載のシステム。
