Claims (11)
- 血管内人工器官器具と、
前記血管内人工器官器具の部分と係合している1以上のトリガーワイヤであって、トリガされることによって前記血管内人工器官器具を解放して前記血管内人工器官器具を患者の人体内に展開するようになされたトリガーワイヤと、
前記血管内人工器官器具上に位置決めされ、前記1以上のトリガーワイヤのうちの1本のトリガーワイヤと信号通信状態にあって、展開位置における前記血管内人工器官器具の展開の間、前記1本のトリガーワイヤに信号を送り前記血管内人工器官器具に関する位置情報を前記トリガーワイヤに提供し該位置情報が該トリガーワイヤを介して遠位位置において検知されるようにするセンサと、を備えていることを特徴とする血管内グラフト給送装置。 - 前記信号が電気信号又は光信号又はその両方からなる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血管内グラフト給送装置。
- 前記センサが、前記トリガーワイヤの導電部分に付加される電気信号によって、電力を供給されるようにされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血管内グラフト給送装置。
- 前記血管内人工器官器具が患者の体内に位置決めされると、前記センサが前記トリガーワイヤにフィードバック情報を付与するようになされている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血管内グラフト給送装置。
- 前記トリガーワイヤが導電性のトリガーワイヤからなり且つ前記フィードバック情報が前記導電性のトリガーワイヤを伝送される電気信号を含んでいるか、又は前記トリガーワイヤが光ファイバからなり且つ前記フィードバック情報が前記光ファイバを光学的に伝送されるようになされている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の血管内グラフト給送装置。
- 前記センサが、前記トリガーワイヤを通して受け取った作動信号に応答して前記位置情報を示す位置決め送信信号を発する送信器を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血管内グラフト給送装置。
- 前記送信器が、高周波エネルギ、磁気エネルギ、又は光を、前記位置決め送信信号として発信し、該位置決め送信信号は、前記血管内人工器官器具を体内に配置するために体外から検知可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の血管内グラフト給送装置。
- 血管内グラフト給送装置であって、
人体内に位置決め可能な血管内グラフトと、
付加された作動信号に応答して、前記血管内グラフトに関する位置情報を示す電磁的な送信信号を伝送する1以上のセンサであって、当該血管内グラフト給送装置の近位端に位置決めされているセンサと、
1以上のトリガーワイヤであって、対応する各トリガーワイヤが、対応するセンサと信号通信状態にあって前記作動信号を対応のセンサに付与し、前記血管内グラフトの一部分と係合してトリガーがかけられたときに前記血管内グラフトによる機械的な拘束を解放するようになっており、該1以上のトリガーワイヤは該血管内グラフト給送装置の遠位端から出て行くようになされている、1以上のトリガーワイヤと、
を備えている、ことを特徴とする血管内グラフト給送装置。 - 人体外に設けられており、伝送された前記電磁的な送信信号を受け取るようになされている受信器と、
前記受信器に接続されていて、受け取った前記電磁的な送信信号及び人体についての記憶されているデータに基づいて前記血管内グラフトの位置決め画像を形成するディスプレイ機器と、
を更に備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の血管内グラフト給送装置。 - 前記1以上のトリガーワイヤが光ファイバを備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の血管内グラフト給送装置。
- 前記1以上のトリガーワイヤが光ファイバと一緒に束ねられている電気線を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の血管内グラフト給送装置。
