該ハンガー本体の他端部に設けられた係合部と、
前記車体に支持され、前記係合部に係脱可能のボルト部材と、
該ボルト部材に螺着することにより前記ハンガー本体を介して前記スペアタイヤを格納時位置に固定するナット部材とを備え、
前記スペアタイヤが格納時位置にある状態で前記ボルト部材,ナット部材及び前記係合部の外周部を覆うカバー部材を前記ボルト部材に設け、
前記スペアタイヤが格納時位置にあるとき前記カバー部材の下縁は前記ナット部材の下端面より下方に位置している
