有底筒状の不燃材で形成された灰皿を有する煙草ケ−スの形状は既存の煙草ケ−スと同じである。
煙草を消火する為の不燃材の形状は有底筒状になっている。
形は円形、四角形、五角形、六角形等でもよい。
不燃材はアルミ箔、銅箔などがある。
芯材はクッキングシ−トなどがある。
有底筒状の底の部分は、密閉して空気を遮断している。
機能としては煙草を包み、吸殻をためて、且つ消火するようになっている。
煙草の形状が長さ8.5センチで、其の内図２のC煙草のフィルタ−部分が2.5 センチで、直径8ミリの円筒形である。
この煙草を包む前の不燃材は、図３に示すように長さ8.5センチ、幅3.5センチである。
喫煙中は、吸殻を捨てる為に何度も図２のF有底筒状の不燃材の中に煙草を出し入れする必要がある。その為に図２のＥ有底筒状の不燃材の煙草の差込口となる、折込み部分は硬く、しっかりしたものでなければならない。しかし、図３の不燃材は薄くて、ぺらぺらしている為に、其の儘、有底筒状にした場合、煙草の差込口が、すぐに折れ曲がり煙草の出し入れがしにくくなる。
これを解決するため、図５のＧ芯材を縦3センチ横3センチ用意して、これを三つ折にして1センチ幅にして図２のＥ有底筒状の不燃材の折込み部分の中に芯として折り込んでいる。このようにすることで差込口が硬くなり、煙草の出し入れが何度も出来るようになっている。
この有底筒状の不燃材で形成された煙草ケ−スの製造方法は、図３のＦ’有底筒状の不燃材を開いた状態の8.5センチの長いほうの上端に、図５のＧ芯材を三つ折に折りたたんで上端から2ミリ下げて乗せて、その2ミリを図３のＧ芯材上に折りたたみ、更にもう一度図３のＧ芯材を巻き込んで、折りたたむと図４の状態となる。
この図４のＣ煙草のフィルタ−部分を図４の状態のように2センチ程出して、煙草を置くと、反対側の端は5ミリほど残すことになる。
煙草を置いた図４の状態で煙草を不燃材で、くるくると巻いて筒状にして、巻き終わりを接着テ−プで貼り付けて閉じて空気を遮断している。
図４のＣ煙草のフィルタ−部分の下方、5ミリを内側に折り畳んで密閉し、吸殻をため、且つ煙草を完全に消火するようにしている。
