Claims (13)

(b)(i)内側バンド(82)、(ii)外側バンド(80)、及び(iii)前記内側及び外側バンド間に延びる翼形部形ベーン(78)を各々が含み、前記ストラット(54)の各々を囲む複数の二部品ストラットフェアリング(72)と、
(c)前記外側リング(48)と前記ハブ(42)との間に配置され且つ周方向で前記複数のストラット間に配置された複数のノズルセグメント(76)と、
を備え、
前記ストラットバッフル(116)が、ストラット(54)の各々と関連するストラットフェアリング(72)のベーン(78)との間に配置され、
前記各ノズルセグメント(76)が、(i)弓状外側バンド(148)、(ii)弓状内側バンド(150)、(iii)翼形部状ベーン(146)を含む一体化された金属鋳造物である、
タービンフレーム組立体。 - 前記ガスタービンエンジンの作動の際に、
前記ストラット(54)を通って前記ハブ(42)まで第1の部分の冷却空気を半径方向内向きに配向させ、
前記ハブ(42)内に配置された内側マニホルド(206)に前記第1の部分の冷却空気を通し、
前記内側マニホルド(206)から前記ハブ(42)の下流側に配置されたタービンロータまで前記第1の部分の冷却空気を通し、
前記ストラット(54)から前記ストラットバッフルに第2の部分の冷却空気を通し、
前記衝突冷却孔を通して前記ストラットフェアリング(72)上に前記第2の部分の冷却空気を衝突させる、
請求項1に記載のタービンフレーム組立体。 - 前記外側リング(48)、前記ハブ(42)、及び前記ストラット(54)が単一の一体鋳造物である、

(b)(i)弓状外側バンド(122)、(ii)弓状内側バンド(124)、及び(iii)翼形部形ベーン(120)を含む、前記供給管体組立体(58)の各々を囲む供給管体フェアリング(74)と、
を更に備え、
前記ベーン(120)が、前記供給管体組立体の周りに連続フェアリングを定める、

(a)細長い中空の供給管体(60)と、

請求項6に記載のタービンフレーム組立体。 - 前記供給管体フェアリング(74)のベーン(120)の各々が、蛇行流路を定める壁を含み、該蛇行流路が、前記ベーン(120)の後縁に配置された少なくとも1つの後縁通路と流体連通している、
請求項6に記載のタービンフレーム組立体。 - ガスタービンエンジンのタービンフレーム組立体を冷却する方法であって、
(a)(i)外側リング(48)、(ii)ハブ(42)、及び(iii)前記ハブ(42)と前記外側リング(48)との間に延び且つ衝突冷却孔(118)が穿孔されたストラットバッフル(116)と翼形部形ストラットフェアリング(72)により囲まれた少なくとも1つのストラット(54)を含むタービンフレーム(38)を提供する段階と、
(b)セグメント化された内側及び外側環状バンド間に保持される複数の翼形部形ベーンを含み、前記ハブ(42)と前記外側リング(48)との間に配置されたノズルカスケードを提供する段階と、
(c)前記ストラット(54)を通って前記ハブ(42)まで第1の部分の冷却空気を半径方向内向きに配向する段階と、
(d)前記ハブ(42)内に配置された内側マニホルド(206)に前記第1の部分の冷却空気を通す段階と、
(e)前記内側マニホルド(206)から前記ハブ(42)の下流側に配置されたタービンロータまで前記第1の部分の冷却空気を通す段階と、
(f)前記ストラット(54)から前記ストラットバッフルに第2の部分の冷却空気を通す段階と、
(g)前記衝突冷却孔を通して前記ストラットフェアリング(72)上に前記第2の部分の冷却空気を衝突させる段階と
を含む方法。 - 前記タービンフレーム(38)のハブ(42)の後面上に環状シール部材が更に配置され、該シールが前記ハブ(42)と協働して前記内側マニホルドを定め、そこに少なくとも1つの冷却通路を有する、
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記ノズルカスケードと前記外側リング(48)との間に環状外側バンドキャビティ(186)が定められ、
前記方法が更に、
(a)前記環状外側バンドキャビティ(186)に冷却空気を配向する段階と、
(b)前記ベーンの各々における蛇行流路を通って冷却空気を流す段階と、
(c)前記ベーンの各々において後縁冷却通路から前記冷却空気を排気する段階と、

請求項9又は10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記ノズルカスケードと前記外側リング(48)との間に環状外側バンドキャビティ(186)が定められ、
前記方法が更に、
(a)前記環状外側バンドキャビティ(186)に冷却空気を配向する段階と、
(b)前記ベーンの各々における蛇行流路を通って冷却空気を流す段階と、
(c)前記ベーンの各々において後縁冷却通路から前記冷却空気を排気する段階と、
を含む、
請求項9乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記ノズルカスケードと前記ハブ(42)との間に環状内側バンドキャビティ(208)が定められ、
前記方法が更に、前記ストラットフェアリング(72)状に衝突した冷却空気を前記内側バンドキャビティ(208)内に配向する段階を含む、
