ヒンジ固定板に対峙して設けられ、前記本体側腕部をヒンジバネの反力に抗してヒンジ固定板側へ押圧した状態で係合支持する調整板と、
調整板のヒンジ固定板側への押圧度合を調整可能にするネジ部とを備え、
調整板は、一端側の押さえ部が前記本体側腕部の中央部よりもバネ本体寄りの位置に当接し、他端側の支持部がヒンジ固定板に当接し、押さえ部と支持部との間の位置が前記ネジ部によってヒンジ固定板側へ押圧付勢される構成とした、加熱調理器の蓋開閉機構。
