Description
Claims (22)
- 流体の特性を求めるための流体検査システムであって、
流体試料を採取するために前記流体検査システムを患者に連結するように構成された患者連結部と、
ポンプ領域、バルブを備える流体移送領域、およびインライン検査領域を有する一次流体経路指定部分とを備え、流体移送領域が、一次流体経路指定部分のポンプ領域とインライン検査領域との間に配置され、ポンプ領域が、流体試料を患者からインライン検査領域に送り、検査後に一次流体経路指定部分からの流体試料の一部を患者に送り戻すように構成され、インライン検査領域が、流体試料の被分析物の濃度を含む少なくとも第一の特性を評価するように構成される第1のセンサを備え、流体移送領域が、流体試料の一部が一次流体経路指定部分の外に送られることを可能にするように構成され、前記流体検査システムがさらに、
一次流体経路指定部分のポンプ領域と相互作用するポンプと、
オフライン検査部分を含む二次流体経路指定部分とを備え、二次流体経路指定部分は、バルブが開かれた位置にあるとき、流体移送領域を介して一次流体経路指定部分の外に送られる流体試料の一部を受容するように構成され、二次流体経路指定部分は更に、オフライン検査部分における流体試料の一部が一次流体経路指定部分に流れて戻ることを妨げるように、バルブが閉じられた位置にあるとき、オフライン検査部分内に一次流体経路指定部分から受容した流体試料の一部を止め、オフライン検査部分は、流体試料の第二の特性を評価するように構成される第2のセンサを備え、前記流体検査システムがさらに、
インライン検査領域の第1のセンサおよびオフライン検査部分の第2のセンサの両方が配置されるハウジングを備える本体と、
流体試料を患者に送り戻した後に、流体検査システムを洗い流すために流体検査システムをフラッシュ流体に連結するように構成されたフラッシュ流体連結部とを含む、流体検査システム。 - 流体試料の第一の特性および第二の特性に関する情報を受容装置に通信するように構成された通信装置を更に含む、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- 流体試料が血液を含む、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- 流体試料の第一の特性が、流体試料の血糖レベルを含む、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- 流体試料の第二の特性が、流体試料の凝固速度を含む、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- 通信装置が受容装置と無線通信する、請求項2に記載の流体検査システム。
- 受容装置が注入ポンプを含む、請求項2に記載の流体検査システム。
- 第2のセンサが、複数の検査にわたって連続的に用いられる複数の検査センサを有するセンサパックを含む、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- ポンプがぜん動性ポンプである、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- 第一の特性と第二の特性とが同じである、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- 第一の特性と第二の特性とが異なる、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- 第1のセンサが光センサを備え、該光センサが、一次流体経路指定部分の光検出域と光通信するように配置され、一次流体経路指定部分の光検出域を通過する光の強度を示す出力を生成するように構成された、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- 一次流体経路指定部分および二次流体経路指定部分が、両方とも使い捨て可能である、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- ハウジングが、インライン検査領域にアクセスするための一次流体経路指定部分アクセスドアと、一次流体経路指定部分における流体試料の流れを妨害することなく、バルブが閉じられた位置にあるときに、オフライン検査部分の第2のセンサにアクセスしかつ取り外しまたは置き換えるための二次流体経路指定部分アクセスドアとを備える、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- ハウジングを患者に取り付けための部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- 流体移送領域が、バルブプラグを備え、該バルブプラグは、バルブを開かれた位置にするためにバルブノズルから離れる第1の位置に移動されるように構成され、流体試料が、流体移送領域からオフライン検査部分へ流れ込むことを可能にし、前記バルブプラグは、バルブノズルに対して第2の位置に移動されるように構成され、オフライン検査部分における流体試料の一部が、一次流体経路指定部分に流れることを妨げるように、バルブを閉じられた位置にする、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- さらにバルブピンおよびカムシャフトを備え、前記カムシャフトは、バルブプラグを第1の位置と第2の位置との間で制御可能に移動させるために、バルブピンを移動するように構成される、請求項16に記載の流体検査システム。
- さらにダイヤフラムおよびダイヤフラムピンを備え、カムシャフトは、流体試料が流体移送領域の流体チャネルを通して流れることを妨げるためにダイヤフラムに向けてダイヤフラムピンを移動し、また流体試料が流体チャネルを通して流れることを可能にするためにダイヤフラムから離れる方向にダイヤフラムピンを移動するように構成される、請求項17に記載の流体検査システム。
- 二次流体経路指定部分が、さらにセンサインデクサを備え、該センサインデクサは、複数のオフライン検査センサからなる第2のセンサを支持するカルーセルを回転する、請求項1に記載の流体検査システム。
- 二次流体経路指定部分が、複数のオフライン検査センサを制御可能に加熱するヒータをさらに備える、請求項19に記載の流体検査システム。
- 二次流体経路指定部分が、複数のオフライン検査センサの温度を監視するサーミスタをさらに備える、請求項20に記載の流体検査システム。
- ハウジングを患者に取り付けための部材が、ストラップを備える、請求項15に記載の流体検査システム。
